Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations and that you encountered so many challenges. Guest comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and it’s clear we fell short in your case. We’re sorry for the issues with the hot tub, air conditioning, water pressure, and cookware, as well as any discomfort caused by the cameras and lack of privacy. We recognize that these problems impacted your experience, and we take your concerns very seriously. While the cameras are in place for security, we understand how they might feel intrusive. Your comments about the AC system and cookware are especially concerning, and we are addressing these with our team to prevent similar issues in the future. We are also taking steps to ensure our housekeeping standards and appliance maintenance meet the high expectations our guests deserve. We regret that your concerns about a partial refund were not resolved to your satisfaction and will review this matter with the property management team. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention, and we hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide the exceptional stay you should have received.
