Esta villa de reciente construcción se encuentra en el pueblo español de Isla Plana. En la temporada alta se pone muy animado, pero aún conserva la ventaja de no estar abarrotado. Aunque es un pequeño pueblo, Isla Plana está muy bien servido: un supermercado, cajero automático, estanco, pescadería, quiosco, ferretería, veterinario y una panadería, banco, pequeña clínica, farmacia, así como cafeterías y restaurantes. Todos estos servicios y la playa más cercana están a entre 8 y 15 minutos a pie de la villa. Otras playas más largas y arenosas están a menos de 10 minutos en coche en Puerto Mazarrón.
La villa tiene 2 dormitorios dobles, 2 baños en la planta baja (uno de ellos en suite) y en el primer piso un apartamento independiente con un dormitorio doble. En el exterior encontrará el jardín orientado al sureste, la piscina privada con ducha y aseo al aire libre y una barbacoa. Independientemente del clima, la terraza cubierta ofrece la posibilidad de quedarse o cenar al aire libre en cualquier momento. Los estacionamientos con portón eléctrico a control remoto se encuentran en la propiedad. Desde la terraza y el solárium (en el techo), la villa ofrece una magnífica vista del mar y las montañas. La ubicación del jardín con piscina ofrece mucho sol durante la mayor parte del día. Si hace demasiado sol, puede retirarse a la terraza sombreada adyacente, que está equipada con ventiladores de techo con control remoto. El solarium amurallado brinda privacidad mientras toma el sol o simplemente se relaja con vistas panorámicas del mar y las montañas. Las tardes en el solarium son particularmente agradables, ya que desde allí se puede ver maravillosamente la costa iluminada y brillante de la vecina aldea de La Azohia.
Las salas de estar / comedor y todas las habitaciones tienen sistemas de aire acondicionado controlados individualmente. La villa está totalmente equipada con Wi-Fi y electrodomésticos modernos: 3 televisores (incluidos 2 televisores inteligentes) con programas británicos, alemanes, españoles y otros programas internacionales), un reproductor de DVD y equipo de música. Great location

Family of 6 stayed for 2 weeks. Loved the location and size of the private pool. Could walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Comfortable villa with lots of crockery and cooking stuff. Sarah very helpful, easy to check in and always available for advice.

Stunning sea views

We had a very relaxing holiday in this beautiful spacious villa. The villa is very well equipped with plenty of everything. The beds are comfortable and the villa is tastefully decorated with love. The swimming pool is a good size and very well maintained. There is also a good sized BBQ. and plenty of sunbeds. There are numerous beautiful beaches nearby, some offering sunbeds with shades and some with sandy beaches. The caretakers Sarah and John are lovely and always easily contactable.

July 2024 stay

Just come back from a relaxing 2 week break staying in this wonderful villa. We had a group of 5 staying with my wife, two sons and my father. The actual villa was set out perfectly for us with my father staying in the self contained apartment upstairs and us staying in the downstairs area. Everything was as described and the villa was clean and tidy. The swimming pool was just the right size and the whole outside area benefits from sunshine all day. With regards to the location, we couldnt have asked for more, with the beach just a short 5 min walk and restaurants and cafes in Isla Plana 10 mins walk. There is off road parking for our hire car which was useful and loads to see and do in the area having a car is useful. The area surrounding the villa is built up, but the whole area is peaceful. Last thing is the help we got from villa owner Heidi and Tony which and property managers Sarah and John looking after us during our stay. I would definitely go back to stay again.

Wonderful villa.

Perfect location close enough to the Port yet far enough away from the Chaos. The previous guests had left the property in a bit of a state which Heidi and her property managers took care of immediately. We would certainly stay there again.

A perfect holiday!

I would have no hesitation in recommending this property! The villa is beautiful and very well equipped with everything for a comfortable and relaxing holiday - we felt very much at home. The outdoor area is wonderful, the pool is a great size (more suited to adults and older children as the "shallow" end is 1.5m deep) and the water temperature was perfect! The large, shaded terrace is ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing with a book and there are lovely sea and mountain views from the gorgeous roof terrace. It was very hot when we visited so we were grateful for the effective air conditioning which allowed us to sleep very comfortably. The upper apartment is self-contained so would be ideal for a 2-generation family holiday. The villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful area but within easy walking distance of the beaches and amenities of Isla Plana. We hired a car and the drive from Murcia Airport was straightforward and took approx 45 minutes. We found Mazarron Retail Park very useful for shopping (Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl) and this was less than a 10-minute drive from the Villa. Cartagena is well worth a visit and we loved nearby La Azohia for the beach with its warm sea temperature (recommend La Bodega Molina for a meal with beautiful views of the sunset from the upper terrace). Communication with Heidi was excellent and when I contacted her regarding an issue with the wi-fi, this was rectified very quickly. Thank you Heidi, we look forward to returning!

Splendid holiday in the sun!

The villa was excellent. The location in Isla Plana is wonderful. Five minute walk to a lovely beach which even has a beach bar. Great for a pre siesta drink! The villa is very well equipped. The air con works well to help with sleeping during the height of summer. The villa feels very secure and is in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen has everything you will need, the bathrooms are superb and the beds are very comfortable. We loved the views from the upstairs outside area and the pool was amazing. We have never had such crystal clear and soft water in a villa pool. The pool temperature was just right. So easy to take a dip. Never a struggle to get in. All in all we had a fantastic two weeks and would definitely consider staying again. We did pass on two items to improve upon to the owner and she has taken these on board. These were the quality of the sun beds and the access to British TV channels. Not deal breakers by any means. If you want a chilled holiday in a very clean and comfortable villa then this villa is the place to stay. Many thanks Heidi!

Property was very good. Clients must ensure own cleaning of property and all laundry including beds.

3.5-4/5 Beautiful property and all internal features and furniture very comfortable. Pool furniture could be updated to provide for 6 people. A new (one or two) umbrellas are essential. A very small selection of beach equipment available to use but check before you leave the villa as most of it was broken! Look out and budget for essentials- all electricity payable on departure. We were not aware that all bedding and towels would not be replenished or that mid-stay cleaning are deemed as additional extras- factor this in when booking and also buying all laundry sundries. All our other premium villa stays had these included in the price. Older children will like the pool but not suitable for young children as shallow end very deep. Very quiet little residential town - best beach a 20 minute up hill stroll away. Otherwise travel into Mazzaron - with all equipment- for an amazing beach day. Small selection of bars and restaurants to choose from here as well for an evening meal. Car is recommended- otherwise taxis are needed to get anywhere as local shop has only basic produce. Bigger supermarkets in town have everything you may need.

Lovely villa

The villa was great. Very large spaces, an outdoor barbecue and very comfortable furniture. I would happily recommend it to others and will probably try to stay there on our next visit.

A brilliant villa for a great holiday! We stayed 17th - 24th July 2017.

We villa was superb in every respect. With easy access to the port of Mazarron but away from the main road, it was quiet and very relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable and with air conditioning in every room it was beautiful and refreshing inside, when the temperature was 40 degrees outside. The pool was lovely and very private and we would definitely recommend this 'up market' villa for a great holiday. The roof top solarium was especially nice for evening drinks watching the sunset. We will definitely return!

The villa is favourably located. To the town of Mazarron (7 km) and its sister town of Puerto de Mazarron (3 km) it only takes a few minutes by car. Puerto de Mazarron (port of Mazarron) boasts a marina and numerous restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Both towns offer a range of shops, supermarkets, sporting, cultural and service facilities. A short distance from Mazarrón are several golf courses to be found. Cartagena (26 km) - a historic naval port. Murcia (68 km) is the historic capital with Moorish charms. Sierra Espuna (57 km) is a national park offering great walking trails through forests and hills. Many other destinations further afield into the other „Costas“ are possible as day trips or in combination with overnight stays.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Situated on the Mediterranean coast, Costa Calida ("warm coast") offers beaches of fine sand and fine gravel and is an alternative of a healthy lifestyle spoiled with beautiful EEC certified Blue Flag beaches, unpolluted sea, clean air and fresh food. Away from the coast towards the inland you may visit several towns which still preserve their medieval charm and infrastructure. The town of Mazarron, about 7 km away from Isla Plana, is a small Spanish town. Situated in the province of Murcia this town offers amenities which include fresh produce markets, banks, medical facilities, shops etc. Thanks to its location in a bay, the beaches around Mazarron are protected from the cool currents of the Atlantic where water temperatures are about 5°C warmer than in the open Mediterranean resulting in a very pleasant micro-climate with relative mild winters. A 10-minute drive away from here you will arrive at its pretty little seafront sister, Puerto de Mazarron (3 km away from Isla Plana). Here you will find a harbour and marina, long stretches of sandy “Playas" (beaches) alongside the promenade, numerous bars and restaurants. Typical local cuisine includes stews, salads, roasted and grilled meat, pastas, rice and, of course, great sea-food. Do not forget to try the regional wines which are very fairly priced and are of high quality.
Puerto de Mazarron is the touristic centre of the area and offers a complete range of amenities, services, sports, nature and cultural events. You can enjoy golf courses, beaches, harbours, parks and much more in the surrounding areas.
