The house is equipped with fastest optical fiber Internet available in Costa Rica. It usually delivers around 100Mbps.
Inside :
On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with mineral water dispenser, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, blender, toaster, boiler, gaz stove and oven. We provide as well a local selection of spices, and all the cookwares necessary to make you feel like home...
The air conditioned living room hosts a large and comfy corner sofa and a desk to work.
The first bedroom comes with a brand new Queen bed, A/C and a Tek wood cabinet. It has a double large windows and black out curtains to allow you relax completely.
Going up the elegant wood and metal staircase you will arrive to an open and cosy mezzanine. It hosts a TV space equipped with large corner sofa and Satelite & Smart TV (Netflix, Youtube ...) to chill out after a long day under the sun.
On the other corner of the mezz come 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet.
The Master bedroom is a very stylish space with a King size bed, extra sofa, A/C and a large Tek wood wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with large windows on the back and sanded glass sliding doors on the front and receive a lot of natural light.
Outside :
The large and shady patio is the ultimate playground for your beach holidays in playa Guiones !
First comes the brand new Jacuzzi to relax. It is heated and is equipped with multiple jets and lights to offer you the best luxury experience you deserve.
As well you could chill out on the new outside sofa or queen size day bed surrounded by tons of comfy pillows. This space come with electric plugs and fan to allow you work or chill from that spot comfortably.
The patio host a new Guanacaste wood dining table to allow 6 peoples eating with space and 2 sunbeds.
As we live into the house sometimes, we like to give the same sense of attention to our guests.
On the last corner, there is space for beach toys as a surf rack,bikes, beach towels and gears...
The bikes are 4 beach cruiser bikes that are included for your convenience.
The entire house is accessible to the renter.

Bikes, ATV and surfboards are available for rent on demand.

We have a full security system to let you enjoy with peace of mind your holidays. The house is equipped with 6 cameras only filming the outside access and the parking. We recently installed an alarm and have security guard every evening from 4 to 10pm.
