I had to contact to get check in instructions. Confusing. We got there and the sign on the table told us not to use the tap water for drinking, cooking or brushing our teeth. Calls to VRBO support and owner. He told us that sign should have not been up, water was good, he apologized after we had run to the store and purchased water. We had 1 bath 1hand, 1 wash cloth for 2 people for 5 days. No wash rag or dish towel or dish drainer. We got towels and kitchen cloths after we asked. The apartment was not clean. I wiped the counters down after we got a dish rag and it was visibly dirty. The toilet wouldn’t flush and we had to plunge it several times during our stay. The shower doesn’t drain, tried plunging that but didn’t work. Massive water leak under the sink and the cupboard there is ugly!! The corners on the floors are filled with dirt. The window sills were filled with dirt and spider webs. 3 clocks none of them worked. The garbage area had such a stench it made our stomach turn when we took the garbage out. The area hadn’t been cleaned or washed out in a very long time. I swept the patio off and we spent outside time there as the gazebo had table and chairs that were so dirty that it wasn’t going to be worth cleaning up for us. Our two previous VRBO’s were delightful. This one, not so much. I am on the airplane now so will not be able to load the pictures will do this when we land.
