We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Customers service was very helpful when we needed additional linens. The ice maker didn’t work and there could have been more attention paid to cleaning under the couch and beds, but we have a great time and would book again!

The condo was great. Perfect location right on the beach. The den furniture was a little worn and not as comfortable as we would have liked and some cushions for the balcony chairs would be nice. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean.

Beautiful location, okay room

Our family visited Gulf Shores for Christmas and rented multiple units in this condo. The location of the condo is fantastic. The access to the beach is easy and the beach itself is clean and well kept. Our family ranging in age from 4-81 found the grounds easily accessible and user friendly. The parking is secure and covered, which was a bonus, especially when inclement weather is in the forecast. This condo specifically, was only okay. The patio and outdoor furniture were excellent. We spent most of the time in the room on the patio. This is an older unit that could use some updates. The bedrooms have carpet, which, in our option was very questionably clean. The bedding was clean and comfortable , however the beds themselves are in need of being replaced. One of the things I think needs to be noted is that this condo/property allows pets on premises for its owners (not guests). When we contacted management about whether this unit specifically had pets, the management was unable to tell us. My family has very strong pet related allergies, and they seemed to be very prevalent while in the room at this listed, pet free property. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would probably stay in another unit if we returned.

Paradise Found at Island Royale 506!

Island Royale 506 was all we wanted and more! The views were outstanding! The balcony was spacious and comfy for our party of four. Everyone enjoyed their respective bedrooms and bathrooms. We will definitely be back!

My stay

Condo was clean and nice however the first day there the fridge was not working they came out at 8 in the evening to fix. Got up next morning to cook breakfast and only 1 out of 4 eyes on the stove worked. It took 2 hours to fry 1 load of clothes. It was very inconvenient with 6 adults all trying to cook and do laundry!

Property needs

The property has some issues to address. There is a hole in the middle bedroom ceiling covered up with plastic and blue tape. There is cardboard under the mattress and foam pad in one bedroom. The dryer was pretty bad. It took six runs to dry swim wear. Only one roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels. The burner on the stove front would not turn to come on.

Perfect week

This is a lovely condo with lots of room for 6 (though we only had 4) with a perfect beach location. It had gray covered parking with security onsite and smooth access to both the pool and beach. It was so nice we decided to come back annually!!

Lovely unit, great location

My parents and I had such a lovely stay. The unit is in the perfect location. Great corner balcony with amazing views. Just steps from the ocean. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Great location, great view, close to most everything. Kitchen stocked with most everything you needed to prepare meals. Nice balcony facing the Gulf. Could watch the kids in the pool from the balcony. We were pleased with our stay.

Beautiful View

We had a great stay, but the unit was small to accommodate 6 adults. The AC did not work and it took 5 of our six days for it to be fixed. Some were warm & very close to each other. Great location for a smaller group both in number and stature.

Beautiful getaway

This cabin and the location was absolutely beautiful and secluded. The gentleman that took us down to the cabin made us laugh the whole time. Perfect for a couple or just a couple of friends looking for a getaway.

Great, clean.

Beach, pool was steps from the elevator. Pierr 33 store was across the street. And a coffee shop up stairs. Restaurant was within 1 mile. Traffic was easy. We will be staying there again.

Space for everyone

It looks better in person than in the pictures, what a pleasant surprise! We had a great week on the beach! We booked this condo because we wanted to be on the beach, within walking distance to things, and to give our teenagers their own space. The layout ended up being perfect for us. The rooms were spread out and gave all of us our privacy. Being on the 5th floor was great, we were high enough to have a lovely view, yet low enough to climb the stairs when the elevator was backed up. Being the end unit was nice because we didn't get the noise of people waking by. We enjoyed the extra large balcony facing the beach, we saw dolphins every day! The small balcony was nice for watching sunsets over the bay. Having 3 full bathrooms in the unit was nice. The laundry room is not very big, but everything worked. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals, including a cork screw & crab leg crackers! Booking with Liquid Life was a breeze, their communication was great from beginning to end. We did have a couple minor maintenance issues, but they were taken care of quickly and didn't hinder our stay. We will definitely book with them in the future! Location is nice, close enough to things to walk, yet not in the heaviest part of traffic. Pier 33 & Coffee shop is across the street, very convenient for little things. Be aware that traffic does not slow or stop for pedestrians, this was odd to us after staying on other beaches with slower speed limits.
