Great location but people were there to party. Next door left lights on all night shining into our faces. Also unit says small kitchen but not conducive to cooking. Stovetop never worked. Wish we knew that before buying groceries

Perfect spot for a family stay!

We stayed here for the bluegrass festival with our two sons (3 and 5 yo). The space was perfect for our needs and the location was ideal!

This place is cute, cozy, and a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It’s a bit farther from the town center but the walk was quick and easy.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Small kitchen but with all the amenities. Everything is within walking distance and very close to the gondola. Pool area was nice.

Place was as advertised. Small but manageable and a short walk to the lifts.We had new snow each day, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect location and size for me and my son on graduation ski trip. Very clean and quiet. Great hot tub for apres ski.

Loved this gem!

Great location close to town. Condo was very simply with a fridge that didn’t work (it froze everything), but otherwise it was perfect.

Price was very reasonable for location. Owner really optimized the space. Had a pull out couch if you did not want to sleep on the bunk beds. Would stay again

Small but comfortable condo

The 1 bedroom condo was comfortable and nicely furnished. Small kitchen with everything you need for a 2 person stay. Easy walk to town, restaurants and bars. Galloping Goose free bus transportation was a great way to get to the Jazz festival when we carried our chairs and rain gear. Free gondola to Mountain Village was easy walk down the river trail. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Walking distance to everything

The gondola and dozens of restaurants are less than half a mile away. There is also a bus stop 30 yards away that will take you anywhere in town. The galloping goose is a free bus service that comes by every 10 minutes for free downtown bus rides.

Great little condo

We had a great stay, but the unit could use a couple of sets of hooks to hang jackets and over the door hooks in the bathroom. heater in bedroom whistles when turned down not sure why but these are minor issues compared to the great location and nice furnishings.

Great location for skiing and town. Condo was clean and comfy. Only downside was that we were asked to upgrade to 217. Pictures didnt really represent that you entered into the bedroom and the bunk beds were essentially in the bathroom space. A little awkward but we had a great time and would book again.

President's Weekend Getaway

The property is as advertised. Top level unit, looking at the ski mountain, and close to Chair 7. Very convenient and very cozy. Our only complaint was the sofa is too small and the price was a bit steep. Also, there were only 3 towels and no key for the ski rack lock. (We did not ask the host about this however, so I can't fault them for it.)

We work hard to ensure our guests have an enjoyable visit and happily would have supplied more towels and a solution to the missing ski rack key had you reached out while you were in house.

Not bad

It looked bigger in the listing. The listing also kind of made it look like the unit had a private balcony. It doesn't, not much view of the river either. But other than that its a great spot.

This really is a great spot and value! The floor plan is in the listing and it notes that it is 480 square feet. Also the fact that it has a kitchenette says it is on the smaller side. We do not claim in the listing that it has a balcony or a river view. We appreciate you taking the time to review tho and would love to host you again in one of our bigger units. Thank you!

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines start at $500.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
