- Bedroom 3 (Italy): Double bed (160 x 200) (or two single beds on request), closet/wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with drawers, 2 chairs, armchair. Private bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. Window opening on the shady garden behind the house.
- Bedroom 4 (Brussels): Double bed (160 x 200), closet/wardrobe, small desk with drawers, chair. French windows opening onto a terrace and the pétanque court behind the house. Small private shower room: Shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.

The 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 5 (Paris): Double bed (160 x 200). Open wardrobe, desk with drawers, 2 armchairs. Separate private WC. Private bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. French window opening onto a private balcony with views of Mont Ventoux.
- Bedroom 6 (South of France): Double bed (160 x 200). Open wardrobe, desk with drawers, 3 armchairs. Private shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. French window opening onto a private balcony with views of Mont Ventoux.

- Private parking space in front of the house (5 cars in total), including 2 spaces in a carport equipped with an electricity outlet, a water tap and 2 charging stations for electric vehicles.
