Quiet house 900 meters from the beach

Single-family home with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6,
On the first floor: a master suite (160-bed), a shower room, a large living/dining area, an open kitchen, and a dining area opening onto an utility room.
A first separate half-bath.

Upstairs, there is one bedroom (with a 140-bed) and another bedroom opening onto a balcony terrace (with two 90-beds). There is one full bathroom upstairs with a whirlpool tub.
A second separate half-bath.
Also upstairs, there is a mezzanine office overlooking the living room; you can set up your computer there and enjoy Wi-Fi and fiber-optic internet.



The 540 m² property is completely fenced in, always sunny, and shaded thanks to its two terraces.
The garage and garden shed will be locked, as this is our year-round home (except during the summer), and we’ll be storing our personal belongings there.

Some closets will also be locked.

The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac with six houses of the same style. Parking is easy for several cars along the property wall or in front of the garage.

The entrance to the expressway to La Rochelle is 1 km away; you’ll reach La Rochelle in 12 minutes by car.
Châtelaillon-Plage is the most beautiful beach on the coast near La Rochelle. Water temperatures of 27 degrees have been recorded at high tide on sunny days.

The municipal pool is well-heated (28 degrees), and there’s a thalassotherapy center with a wellness spa area at the edge of town near the small harbor.

The house is close to the ocean—a 10-minute walk (900 meters).

There is a thermal spa in Rochefort (22 km, 18 min, 4-lane highway).

The premises must be left clean upon your departure, in the same condition as when you arrived.
The refrigerator must be emptied and cleaned. The dishwasher must be emptied.

Before your arrival, please send a security deposit (check or bank transfer) of €120, which will be refunded to you if the cleaning has been done properly.

Bed linens and towels are not provided. Only duvets and pillows are provided.
