¡UNA CASA NUEVA, con un lugar de estacionamiento privado! Construido en noviembre de 2019, específicamente para la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes. Perfecto para familias o amigos de 3, 4 ... ¡incluso 6! Es una excelente opción para mantener a todo su grupo unido. (NO un garaje convertido)

La casa es hermosa, cómoda y elegante. Le espera una verdadera sorpresa de la frescura, la novedad y la limpieza de nuestra dulce cabaña. Este espacioso estudio tiene casi 400 pies cuadrados. Es una casa completamente independiente; Muy cómoda, acogedora y privada. En el interior, tendrá dos camas queen y un sofá plegable que se convierte en una cama queen size. Le proporcionamos ropa de cama limpia, toallas limpias, champú, acondicionador y secador de pelo. La cabaña tiene una elegante ducha de casi 3 pies de ancho. La fragancia de la frescura cristalina de una casa nueva te sorprenderá gratamente. Una gran ventana llena la casa con mucha luz natural. El potente calentador de pared, junto con dos ventiladores de techo, un nuevo refrigerador ofrecen la máxima comodidad y estilo. Es muy, muy tranquilo, encantador y dulce retiro.

Ofrecemos té y café complementarios. Tiene una entrada privada y un lugar de estacionamiento privado. Los huéspedes pueden relajarse en el hermoso patio. Estamos a solo unos minutos de increíbles cafeterías como Dark Horse, bares de diversión L'Estate (abiertos las 24 horas) y pubs en el pueblo de Normal Heights. ¡Únete a nosotros para una experiencia romántica, mágica y súper divertida!

Sweet place, great walkable neighborhood

Very spacious guest house, nice and clean with a little outdoor area to sip tea/coffee in the morning. The owners are very sweet and live in the front house but respect your privacy. I would stay again for sure, especially if it stays affordable! :). And lots of great eats and shops right up the street.

We stayed for 2 nights at this property and it was very enjoyable. The place was well cleaned and cozy. We had a late flight and the owners left the lights on until we got there. Would definitely recommend booking here.

Perfect place with the perfect location

This property is adorable! It is in a great neighborhood with so much you hardly need to go far. It’s quiet and close to everything. The hosts Pete and Lena were extremely welcoming and communicated every step of the way. If I ever find myself in San Diego, I know where I will be staying!

Lovely retreat from home

This place was just how the photos looked. It was nice and clean, check in was super easy and quick, and everything was overall very straightforward and easy to access. We loved the vaulted ceilings and the extra blankets and toiletries available. I would highly recommend any couple to stay at this place and would love to stay here again whenever we come back to San Diego!

A hidden gem

Pete was amazing! Thank you for welcoming us to your cottage. It was nice and cozy and was in the perfect location close to everything you need. We celebrated our baby moon getaway in the city where my wife and I first met! It was a great trip and it was nice to come “home” to a cozy place with parking may I add. Thanks Pete and Lena!

This property was quaint! And the owners live in the front home so they’re on site. They came over to greet so and were so friendly. They were flexible with our reservation. It was a great stay, minus no stove, but they indicated we were the first party to stay more than a couple of days. I’d definitely stay there again! Thanks for your hospitality Lena & Pete!

Uncomfortable stay

The owners made us very uncomfortable. The outhouse is false advertised — on the site, it says 6 beds but there are only 3 and it is in a small room in the back of the owner’s house. We are adults, but the owners peered outside the windows to watch us the entire time we were there. They were not communicative and upcharged for an extra guest even though the site says they can accommodate 6 (they charged an absurd amount extra for the 6th guest). When we requested transparency for the policies, they refused and were extremely rude. Again, my entire group felt extremely uncomfortable at this VRBO we were not even able to stay the entire night. Avoid. Also extremely overcharged for the size available.

Lovely Cottage

This little cottage is just as clean and well maintained as represented in the pictures. It was very charming and a perfect fit for my daughter and I for our short visit. Seemed either newly remodeled, well maintained, or both. I found the firm beds very comfortable, my daughter would have preferred it to be softer (which would have been bad for my back). We were visiting family, so only slept here and were not able to fully appreciate the very cute neighborhood. I'd give it 5 stars for value also, but as we've stayed in a few incredibly nice (and also much more expensive) rentals my daughter convinced me I can't give everything 5 stars. Bathroom was a little small, but we already knew that from the pictures. Much happier here than in a hotel.

Perfect location!

Pete built this great studio that far surpasses any hotel room. Large, sunny with a private patio, it was perfect for 3 friends to catch up. 2 large comfy beds and a fold out futon that is also very comfortable! Thank you Pete for the great accommodations! Grocery and wine store in short walking distance and easy access to the freeway make this a perfect place to get to anywhere you want to be in SD!

Awesome place and hosts

My son and I stayed here when he was considering UCSD. Great, bright cozy cottage within a half block of a small strip with shops and restaurants. Pete and Lena are super friendly hosts and super accommodating. We would stay here again for future stays.

Great Basic Stay in a Good Neighborhood

This cottage was very cute though the amenities were basic. For example, there is no television which has not been my experience any other place I have stayed. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was great for a short stay in San Diego!

Quaint, Clean, Comfy

My husband & I had a great time in this cute little place! The owners were so quick to respond to any of my questions, it was immaculate, and a great experience all around! Parking is a little tight, so if you have a bigger vehicle, keep that in mind :)
