Come and spend your holidays in our 130m2 house located in a secure, very quiet residence with sea view. A friendly place ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Once parked in front of the house, you will climb a few steps and arrive on the 2 terraces with sea view, both equipped with garden furniture and a small garden with citrus trees.
The ideal place to enjoy your breakfasts, lunches and aperitifs in a peaceful environment.
Upon entering the house, there is an open kitchen overlooking the living room, an entrance hall with office, then a 1 bedroom with 160cm trundle bed with its private shower room and a toilet.
On the half level, a lounge area opening onto the back terrace which is equipped with garden furniture, a summer kitchen, and a plancha. The ideal place for your barbecue evenings.
Upstairs are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 160cm bed both opening onto the sea view terrace. 1 bathroom, with bath and 1 toilet.
You will have the possibility to access the swimming pool of the condominium (5 minutes walk).
The house is located less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, straw huts and municipal tennis courts.
Private parking in front of the house (2 spaces).
The house is located 1.2 km from the center of the village, you can walk along the sea or by bike to get there. Sainte-Maxime is a city that moves all year round, many activities and festivities will be offered to you (see Tourist Office). "Green boats" shuttles are offered from the port for your trips to Saint-Tropez, Grimaud, or see the coastline from the sea. Go to the market in St Tropez by boat!
Linen is included, beds will be made on arrival. Shower towels and pool towels will be provided.
