Perdido Sun # 404 ~ ¡Disfruta del sol, la arena, el surf y los bombardeos!

Esta unidad del cuarto piso da a la playa de arena blanca como el azúcar y tiene entrada sin llave, por lo que no hay llaves que mantener mientras estás de vacaciones. Tome su café de la mañana en el balcón con vista a las piscinas, el jacuzzi y una vista perfecta del Golfo de México. Cuando esté listo para dar un paseo por la playa, tendrá que caminar un poco para llegar allí, la playa está literalmente a unos metros de distancia.

Esta unidad está decorada con buen gusto con pisos de mosaico, molduras de techo y encimeras de granito en la cocina y los baños. Muy bien amueblado con un reproductor de DVD Roku TV / Blue Ray de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar y un reproductor de DVD LCD / BLUE RAY de 32 pulgadas en el dormitorio.

La cama king size en el maestro también tiene un colchón tempurpedico con almohada que es increíble para dormir. Un nuevo sofá cama de sección con colchón cómodo para disfrutar de noches de sueño placentero.

Internet de banda ancha / wifi está disponible en la unidad.

El vestíbulo y las áreas comunes son excepcionales y están impecables en todo momento. Hay una sala de fitness para aquellos que quieran hacer ejercicio mientras están de vacaciones. Hay una lavandería que funciona con monedas en una habitación fuera del vestíbulo para uso de los huéspedes.

Nadar en el Perdido Sun es durante todo el año con una piscina al aire libre y una muy bonita piscina cubierta climatizada con baños y duchas. Ambas piscinas están frente al golfo. Debido a que la piscina cubierta está totalmente acristalada, puedes ver la playa mientras nadas. Una recepción amable y servicial está en el sitio. Te sentirás seguro con los códigos de acceso solo para entrar al edificio después de las 5:00 p.m.

Great trip! The place was wonderful. Enjoyed the balcony and watching the sunsets. We even saw dolphins several times right out in front of the condo. Debbie was very easy to communicate with and she was able to answer the few questions we had almost immediately.

Beautiful condo it has everything a person would need. Bed was comfortable and condo was very clean. Owner was very helpful. Definitely will be staying here again!! We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony every morning and watching the dolphins eat and play.

Great stay! Clean building and grounds, friendly staff, easy parking, not crowded on the beach. This place is close to anything you want. We went to Pensacola and orange beach with no bad traffic. Beautiful condo with a view. We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony. The chair rentals on the beach were the best we have ever had and are the best price also! Cannot wait to go back!

Cozy, Clean, and Comfortable Condo!

We really enjoyed the complex and condo unit. It has everything you need in the kitchen, a very comfortable king bed, and an unbelievable view of the ocean! The beach access was easy and the restaurants were delightful! We will look forward to another trip in the future JKHP.S. A trip to see the Blue Angels is a must!

The condo itself was very clean. However, the grounds and the building were not as clean as they should be. The host Debbie was fabulous and I almost hated to write anything negative because she was fantastic very informative and gave us all the information we needed ahead of time. condo had everything we needed and more. The only thing I suggest is removing the rug in the bathroom it’s a trip hazard. Our biggest problem was parking and I cannot blame Debbie for this at all, she gave us a warning about the it before we left, we were told that if we had more than one car one would have to park across the street. I did not realize how far across the street would be. We had two vehicles and each driver are handicap and have handicap placards we went to the front desk and asked since the road was further than we thought if we park in the handicap, would we still possibly be towed we were told only one car could park in the handicap inside their parking lot. I was very understanding and so we decided we would just drive the other person to and from his vehicle. It was the 4th of July so they were very busy I understood the policy, but then I was told that they did not have enough places for the amount of condos. Some work was done on an elevator and we noticed two work trucks parked in front. Also workers working on an air conditioner. We noticed several employees parked in my front, this is unacceptable.Quest are across the street. While employees are in the front.

I'm so glad you found everything clean, well-stocked, and that the information I provided helped make your arrival and stay easier. I also appreciate you sharing your experience with parking. As you mentioned, I let guests know before arrival that Perdido Sun allows one vehicle per condo in the main parking lot and that additional vehicles must use the overflow parking area across the street. Unfortunately, the building's parking policies and lot management are determined by the HOA and management office rather than individual condo owners. During the busy Fourth of July holiday, with the property at full capacity and major elevator replacement work underway, parking was more challenging than usual. Thank you as well for mentioning the bathroom rug. Guest safety is important to me, and I appreciate the suggestion. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I hope you'll consider staying again on a future visit to Perdido Key.

Great place to stay

A great place to stay. Very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking. A fantastic view from the balcony. Pools, hot tub, and beaches were very nice. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.

My husband and I purchased the condo in 2016 and have fallen in love with Perdido Key, Fl. We love using the condo ourselves and since we cannot be at the condo most of the year, we like sharing it with others via VRBO.

Since I love to cook, you will find the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and small appliances. Also, 2 large grocery stores are just minutes away and many great restaurants are in the area. For the nature lover (and fisherman), two parks are close to the condo. Johnson Beach (National Park) is a 1.25 mile walk along the beach heading east from the condo. Big Lagoon State park is on the other side of the bay and has many nice attractions from bird watching to fishing. Paddle boats and canoes are also available for rent at this park.

I am always happy to share what I know about the area and to hear from others about what you find interesting to see and do in the area.
