Esta propiedad está rodeada de extensos bosques con castaños y valles y, por lo tanto, es el destino ideal para aquellos que aprecian los colores y los aromas de la campiña toscana y al mismo tiempo desean visitar las hermosas ciudades de la zona, como el encantador Cortona y Arezzo, así como Umbría con sus cascadas y lagos.

Esta villa construida en piedra se distribuye en 2 plantas conectadas por una escalera interior. En la planta baja hay una cocina totalmente equipada con comedor contiguo, un amplio salón con chimenea, TV vía satélite, sofá y vistas panorámicas, una espaciosa habitación doble con baño con ducha.
Arriba hay otro dormitorio (doble) y un segundo baño con ducha.
En el exterior, la piscina recientemente agregada (con una característica de cascada adicional y agradable) proporciona un punto de observación privilegiado para admirar el área virgen circundante. Se proporcionan tumbonas, sombrillas, mesa y sillas para cenar al aire libre.

The villa is very cozy, it's about a 20 minutes drive from Cortona, in the middle of the country side, plan on grabbing groceries and supplies immediately. It's perfect if you want to experience a rustic simple authentic Italian country side life. We love our gift of fresh eggs the day before we left. Thanks.

Absolutely awesome! Very warm and welcoming. The whole family was full of smiles. the villa was great. Comfortable and having the pool capped it off. Margherita is also a wonderful cook. No one should leave her table feeling hungry. We have already recommended the place to several of our friends back home in Canada. Directions provided were perfect and made it easy to find. WiFi was good outside the stone walls of the house. We have been finding the walls cause an issue all over Italy.

Beautiful surroundings

It was very nice and quiet. What a wonderful place for relaxing. The restaurant of the owner was excellent! Very, very nice owners, where no question was too much. The house itself is very small but you'll find everything you need. Also the terrace is very small. The little swimming pool (North) is usually half in the shade and is therefore very cold. There is no promised privacy. We had specifically asked for a very private situated house but, that it is certainly not the case. Also, the Internet connection is very bad. Reason for us after 1 week to move to another house. I'm sorry that we didn't get what was promised (although I specifically requested it). This has cost us a lot of money.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser süßen kleinen Finca in der Toskana. Wir waren zwei Paare mit Hund unterwegs – das eingezäunte Grundstück war dafür perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr abgeschieden, mitten im Nirgendwo, und man fährt etwa 25 Minuten über Serpentinen nach Cortona beziehungsweise zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt. Allerdings hat man dafür absolute Ruhe, Idylle und Natur pur. Die Gastgeber sind super herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Haus sowie die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet – uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war kalt, aber dafür traumhaft gelegen und die Aussicht mit dem infinity Pool ein Highlight. Alles in allem: Entspannung pur und ein idealer Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in sehr ruhiger Lage! Nächste Stadt bzw. Supermarkt eher weit entfernt, für ein Einkauf unbedingt 1h Fahrtzeit einplanen, mit guter Planung aber absolut machbar! Wunderschöne Aussicht mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen direkt von der Terasse aus! Pool im Mai noch sehr kalt, eher erschwert nutzbar. Von der Temperatur ca. 5 Grad kälter als im Tal. Unterkunft an sich lädt aber sehr zum Wohlfühlen ein, für 2 Paare + Hund super ausreichend! Süße Hunde in der Umgebung von den Nachbarn, die immer frei rumlaufen. Klare 5 von 5 Sterne! Gerne wieder.

Petite maison ancienne au charme désuet dans un hameau perdu dans la campagne. (2 autres gîtes et l’habitation de l’hôte plus quelques autres maisons). La vue sur les collines et les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Nous étions trop tôt dans la saison pour profiter de la piscine qui était bâchée :-/ Margherita est très gentille, nous avions un joli bouquet de tulipes à notre arrivée et avons reçu une bouteille de vin de la région en cadeau.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Margherita Tre verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und betreiben zusätzlich ein kleines Agriturismo. Die Speiskarte ist übersichtlich jedoch völlig ausreichend, es ist alles hausgemacht und sehr sehr lecker. Das Haus liegt auf 800m mitten in den Bergen von Cortona und während man unten in Cortona schwitzt, ist es in Bagnolo angenehm warm. Für 2 Pärchen ist das Häuschen jedoch etwas klein - zumindest empfanden wir das so - hat ja nur ca 50 - 60qm. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir als Ablagefläche und Haushaltsraum verwendet. Dafür entschädigte der Infinity - Pool und die Aussicht ist umwerfend. Der Pool wurde regelmäßgi gereinigt. War zu unserem Zeitpunkt Ende Mai noch sehr kalt, aber dadurch unglaublich erfrischend. Wir empfehlen die kleine Villa Margherita Tre auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wir haben sehr schöne und ruhige Tage in der Villa Margherita Tre verbracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und das Essen deren Agriturismo hausgemacht und lecker. Auch der Bäcker, welcher dreimal die Woche in den abgelegenen Ort gleich vor die Haustüre fährt ist lustig und die Brioches fein. Wir erinnern uns gerne an die Woche in Cortona.

tutto assolutamente perfetto,pulizia totale,i proprietari Margherita e Vereno sono gentilissimi e disponibili ad aiutarti per qualsiasi richiesta,per chi vuole uscire dalla routine e dal traffico non esiste scelta migliore,posizione comoda anche per organizzare gite in Umbria e verso il lago Trasimeno,si è a 10 minuti da Cortona ad 800 metri slm,Sicuramente ci ritornerò !!!

Schönes Haus zum erholen

Das hast ist klein aber fein, liegt toll in den Bergen und ist ideal zum erholen. Keinen Trubel, nur Ruhe und Natur pur. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Cortona. Dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und eine schöne Altstadt. Die Famile denen das Haus gehört wohnen gleich neben an, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war's im April noch etwas kalt aber dank dem Offenen Kamin und genügend Feuerholz war das kein Problem. Wir werden dort bestimmt nochmal Urlaub machen.

schnuckeliges Häuschen mit super Aussicht

Das Häuschen ist wirklich so schnuckelig, wie man es sich aufgrund der Bilder vorstellt. Da in diesem Häuschen an jedes Schlafzimmer ein Bad (klein, aber alles da) nebenan hat, entzerrt das das Miteinander zu dritt oder zu viert enorm😉. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt so braucht. Für die doch schon eher kühlen Abende war der Kamin goldwert. Was in der Beschreibung in meinen Augen nicht ganz so rübergekommen ist, ist die Tatsache, dass das Häuschen wirklich ab vom Schuß ist und man zum Einkaufen o.ä. immer ca 20 min auf einer sehr kurvigen Strecke fahren muß, natürlich auch für die Strecken in die eigentlich nicht so weit weg liegenden Städte wie Siena oder Florenz. Wenn man das weiß und das einem nichts ausmacht, ist es eine perfekte Unterkunft. Zumal die Vermieter nebenan sehr hilfsbereit ist und auch sehr gut kocht.

Kleines gemütliches Haus mit Pool und super Blick in die Berge der Toscana.

Ein nettes Haus für zwei bis max. drei Personen. Sehr freundliche Gastfamilie die auf dem Anwesen noch weitere Ferienhäuser betreut. Das einzige was nicht gefallen hat waren die beiden kleinen Badezimmer die mal renoviert werden sollten. Das Bad im Untergeschoss kann nicht wirklich benutzt werden. Sehr eng und der Spiegel hängt in Bauchhöhe. Der Klodeckel schlägt einem in den Rücken weil er gar nicht an der Wand liegen kann, dafür ist es zu eng im Bad. Das obere Bad ist etwas größer. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhige erholsame Lage. Aber eines sollte man wissen: Die Auffahrt von Cortona dauert ungefähr 25 Min. und 160 Kurven !

Sehr dunkel und abgewohnt

Das Haus liegt sehr hoch in den Bergen. Ende Mai ist es einfach zu kalt dort zu wohnen. Der Kamin ist nicht funktionstüchtig. Es war für uns so kalt in allen Zimmern. Wenn es regnet fällt der Schmutz vom Dach in den Pool, den es gibt keine Dachrinnen. Die Liegestühle sind sehr unbequem, auch die Stühle, die draußen stehen, sind für ein bequemes Sitzen nicht geeignet. Im Haus ist einfach alles vollgestellt. Die Decken im Bett sind nich hygienisch und die Bettlacken hatten Flecken. Die Toilette im EG war kaputt. Ein Sitzen, aufgrund der Enge ist nicht wirklich möglich gewesen. Die Warmwasserversorung am Abend unzureichend. Wir waren sehr tolerant, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht realistisch. Die Bilder im Internetgeben nicht den aktuellen Stand wieder, Sie sind schon einige Jahre alt. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen. Die Treppe in das OG ist gefährlich zu laufen, besonders für Kinder.

Den Spätsommer in diesem tollen Haus zu verbringen ist einfach nur schön! Wir wollten gar nicht mehr aus dem Schwimmbad herauskommen. Zu jeder Tageszeit kann man von hier aus einen tollen Blick über die Landschaft geniessen. Ausserdem ist Cortona schnell zu erreichen und auch der Lago Trasimeno ist einen Ausflug wert, denn hier gibt es u.a. auch Wassersport- Möglichkeiten. Guter Standort.

Zwei sehr kleine Duschbäder, 2 gemütliche Schlafzimmer und einem Aufenthaltsraum mit Kamin in Wintergartenoptik. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und bemüht und betreiben nebenher ein kleines Restaurant zu äußerst moderaten Preisen, große Portionen, absolut empfehlenswert. Voranmeldung erwünscht. Im Zweitagesrhythmus kommt der Bäckerwagen im Laufe des Vormittags. Die Einzellage sowie der Privatpool haben nun mal ihren Preis...

Immerse yourself in the Italian countryside and culture!

My husband and I cannot say enough about this villa! The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. It is about a 30 minute drive from main city centre in Cortona. The nearest train station we used was Camucia. We would recommend renting a car to have to drive around the area and surrounding areas. Otherwise, it will be hard to get around. We would drive our car and park it at the Camucia train station and then take the train to Florence and Rome, etc. It was amazing staying in this villa surrounded by so much history. We learned a lot about the area by taking a walk and reading the historical marker. It had plenty of space for 2 people. We enjoyed reading and writing on the couch in the little nook with the windows open and the breeze flowing in. The unit was fully equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, stove, etc. We used the washing machine a few steps away. The pool was cool and refreshing. The first floor bathroom was quite small, but still usable. There was plenty of room in the upstairs bathroom. The wifi worked well! Margherita, Serena and their family are wonderful as well! The ristorante is superb. We really enjoyed the cuisine - so fresh and delicious. They really welcomed us into their family. Bagnolo is a small and quaint village - away from all the hustle and bustle of the larger cities. If you want to experience the untouched and natural beauty of the area while only being a few minutes away from everything, this is your place! It is tucked away in the mountains with incredible views. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed our stay and most of all, Villa Margherita Tre is a hidden gem!

Tutto bellissimo. La casa è piccola ma c è tutto quello che serve Il personale dell agriturismo è gentilissimo e tutti meravigliosi

Excellent Excellent Stay

An absolutely wonderful place! From the moment we arrived (and we were early) to the moment we said goodbye, we were treated with warmth and made to feel like part of the extended family. Marghertia is a wonderful hostess and an awesome cook. The rest of the family are just a welcoming. We really enjoyed the relaxing quiet and gorgeous scenery. Give this place a 10star rating!!!
