¡Le encantará esta cabaña de encanto rústico actualizada! ¡La nueva cocina, la chimenea de piedra apilada y los muebles cómodos son lo más destacado! Este es el lugar perfecto para hasta 4 personas. El dormitorio ofrece una cama queen y el área de literas tiene 2 literas individuales. Comedor para 4 con vistas a la montaña por la ventana. La cocina está completamente equipada para disfrutar de las comidas en casa. El complejo ofrece una divertida sala de juegos con mesa de billar, ping pong y juegos. ¡La bañera de hidromasaje lo ayudará a relajarse después de un largo día de actividades! En verano hay una zona de piscina soleada. Este condominio está ubicado en la ruta de transporte de Orange que te lleva a los lagos o al pueblo. También se encuentra calle abajo del área de esquí Canyon Lodge. ¡El sendero para bicicletas de la cuenca de los lagos también está cruzando la calle! ¡Hay tanto para amar aquí que sabemos que lo pasarás genial!

Overall, this was a lovely rental. The surrounding area was very quiet. One thing to know is that the bedroom has a barn door that doesn’t fully close. The bathroom sink is right outside of the bedroom. If you are a light sleeper staying in the bedroom, you will hear people using the bathroom quite clearly. If you are not a light sleeper, this will not bother you. The condo was well equipped, and very comfortable with everything with needed.

Great host if needed, easy access.

Unfortunately, there had been some unruly guests before our stay and had damaged some living room items. We contacted the host to report this. Our message was left after hours. The host returned our call first thing in the morning. She offered to replace items right away but it was not necessary as this did not cause any disruption for our stay. Our deposit was returned right away. GREAT HOST! Easy access, easy check in and out and most of all, only one step up to the deck entry. We are senior citizens!

Super easy check in process and everything was very clear on how to check out. Property is close to the mountains by car or shuttle for some nice skiing.

Great value for money

Pros: location - 3 min drive / 15 min drive from canyon lodge. Amenities - great hot tub and sauna as well as game room Management communication - super responsive (though slightly curt) and easy to use app for all info. Cons: Weird floor plan and not great privacy for anyone. Bunk beds are right next to the front door and the bedroom sliding door has large gaps on both sides. Needs some decluttering and organization. Lots of stuff in the kitchen was confusing to find and some essentials were missing while niche items were provided. Also there was just trash and left over pieces of things in some closets / drawers. Overall, for this location and price it’s a steal, but I hope the management puts in a little more effort to make the condo feel more homely and practical.

Great Mammoth Property

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. The bed was comfortable :-) We enjoyed the jacuzzi which was the perfect temp and we also had great entertainment in the game room.

Family ski trip

Great location next to Canyon lodge. Kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies just need groceries.

Nice location but needs deep cleaning

Good location for skiing. Unit was very dirty and worn. Patches in walls not painted. Mold in tub. Rugs were dirty and needed to be replaced.

Great location!

We booked a last minute trip to Mammoth over the holidays and found this listing. The condo is in a great location within a short drive to Canyon Lodge. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living room is cozy. It was perfect for our family of 4. The checkin process was somewhat difficult, as we were not sent any instructions and had to track down the manager, and then download the app. Checkin went smoothly after we had the app. Overall, we were satisfied that the unit was well-represented in the listing. However, we were disappointed that the unit did not have its own washer/dryer as advertised in the listing. There is a coin operated facility in the office/game room with 2 machines for the whole complex. There was an issue with the garbage disposal, which caused a smell in the unit. We received an email that it would be fixed, but we never received confirmation. The smell did improve as the week went on. We paid an extremely high rate because we booked last minute over a holiday, which we would not do again. But we enjoyed our stay despite these issues.

Summer Hiking in Mammoth

The place was clean, well stocked, and functional. The location made it easy to get in and out of the downtown area as well as to and from the various trail heads. We would stay there again.

Not somewhere I’d stay again

Here are my good and bad points in no particular order: - Key code given didn’t work - Had to download another app in order to get instructions to get to and into the condo versus them just putting the instructions on VRBO. - The windows shades in the bedroom do not cover the window well enough to cover the entire window thus sacrificing privacy. - Bedroom is very small and cramped with furniture - Pillows were comfortable - Rug in living area looks dirty - Kitchen looks updated - Bathroom dirty - There was a funny smell when we came in. Not like a “just cleaned” smell but rather a moldy like smell or wet dog smell. Keep in mind…we didn’t bring a dog! - Furniture is hard and uncomfortable - They only provide enough toiletries for 3 days. Regardless if you rent for 2 days or 7. Once you run out, you’re required to supply your own. Isn’t it the point of vacationing to not have to worry about those small details? - We did enjoy the locations proximity to shopping and hiking. I think we will stay somewhere else next time.

Great little place

Well appointed although slightly dated unit Dash great location and proximity to Canyon Lodge – mattresses are great, plenty of kitchen utensils and basic spices - wood for the stove would have been nice

Enjoyable stay in cozy condo

Overall, we had a wonderful 5-night stay in this unit. Quick, close access to both Eagle and Canyon lodges. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and the living/kitchen area is comfortable and cozy. We used the wood-burning fireplace each night. There were a few maintenance issues (broken showerhead, inoperative entry lock, wifi) but all were handled promptly and fixed. The management company was responsive. This unit is good for a couple or a small family. Bunk beds are for children only. We recommend this unit and would return.

Good Vacation

Unproductive initial communication with the manager. Lack of responsiveness to questions and hidden blackmail (... if you are unhappy we will be happy to cancel...). Lack of knowledge about the process from Ready 4 Rentals. They (R4R) send all the info necessary in the email form as requested. Property well represented in the add. Property located well within Mammoth Lakes. Well furnished with nice small kitchen with all the necessary things. Nice pool. Timely communications with R4R. Not terribly clean. Rubbish behind the furniture. Dirty carpets, not advised to walk barefoot. Observed mice inside, once or twice.

Great, Cozy Place

The condo is well equipped -- the kitchen is especially nice with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, disposal, and tons of dishes and cookware. Enjoyed the adjustable bed and the WiFi is fast.

mammoth lakes condo

Great location, the property was cute. and had everything we needed in it. it was a a good size, kitchen was nice and redone. it was awesome how it was right across from the bike trail. the pool and spa were closed down. I'm sure due to covid...but that was to be expected.
