Ubicado en lo alto del acantilado del valle del Mississippi se encuentra el "Sun Set Haven". El nombre de Sun Set Haven habla por sí mismo y es una cabina de visita obligada. Cuando el sol se pone cada noche, te encontrarás memorizado por la belleza natural que ofrece la región sin deriva y cuenta con algunas de las mejores vistas del poderoso río Mississippi. Esta casa privada de "3" habitaciones "2" baños ofrece comodidad, relajación y excelencia de primera clase. La planta principal ofrece una sala de lavandería completa, el dormitorio principal y baño conectado, cocina totalmente equipada y comedor, gran sala con chimenea y TV grande, cubierta envolvente con una parrilla de gas y muebles de patio para relajarse. La parte inferior de la cabina ofrece más características, como un traje privado, un tercer dormitorio, baño completo y sala familiar para reuniones, con un segundo televisor. Un paseo a la bañera de hidromasaje y al pozo de fuego también es una gran ventaja en el Sun Set Haven.

Host was very welcoming and very communicative when needed. The place itself was very clean, had lots of kitchen equipment, a hot tub, a nice bonfire area and even a hill for sledding. This place is definitely at the top of my list

Beautiful sunsets! And, the river view was breathtaking. Saw deer and eagles, and heard so many others. Day trips to area wineries and apple orchards kept us busy.

Wisconsin Vacation

We had a great time and enjoyed our long weekend! We enjoyed quiet mornings with coffee on the deck, game time at the large kitchen table, and ended our nights with a fire and soak in the hot tub. This place is amazing!

Beautiful 10/10!

From beginning to end, our stay was wonderful. Everything was clean and cozy upon arrival, and all amenities were very appreciated. Check in and check out was a breeze, and we loved the cute touches like the guest book to sign. It was so fun to read about others travels before us and add our own stories! We will definitely be back again in the future, thanks for a fantastic stay!

We had a lovely time! The view from the property was great. The amenities were just what we needed. The hot tub was easy to use and a lovely evening activity. The fire was great and nice to have wood provided upon request. We used the grill and kitchen appliances and all worked as expected. The beds were not very comfortable but the rest of the space made up for that. The location is great, it was easy to get to Veroqua, Genoa, De Soto and Westby to enjoy activities. The close route to Lansing is currently closed which was too bad but we worked around that. Ferryville itself is pretty limited but that was okay for us.

Perfect Winter Getaway

This was a brief birthday getaway to celebrate my wife's birthday. The cabin was cozy and comfortable during this cold January week. It is well equipped and the view of the river is fantastic. We had a wonderfully relaxing time.

Family Christmas at the Sunset

Fall getaway

Stunning views of Mississippi from Sylvan paradise!

Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The outdoor views, the spacious well appointed cabin and proximity to town, local attractions and beautiful neighborhood to walk through with many amazing river and bluff views(along with local critters). Highly recommend and are planning our next visit.

Perfect peaceful getaway

If you are looking to escape, this cabin is perfect. It is exactly as described. We were happy to be able to bring our dogs along. The hot tub was fantastic. The best part was just sitting on the deck in the morning and enjoying the view. We loved it.

Everything is just as the listing shows, cabin was great, property manager was great, communication was excellent, had no issues, if you are looking for a vacation cabin, strongly consider this one.

Nice Cabin With a Great View

My kids and I stayed at this cabin for a couple of nights. Overall it was a comfortable stay. If arriving in winter, take note that the downstairs can take a long time to warm up. There are extra quilts in each room and my kids bundled up and were comfortable enough to sleep. The view was fantastic and it was great to be eating breakfast while watching bald eagles and so many other different kinds of birds flitting in the trees. It would be a gorgeous property to visit in the summer or fall, when you could make full use of all the amenities like the fantastic deck and fire pit.

Amazing weekend!

Instead of going somewhere warm and beachy, my family decided on a weekend in a cabin. Beautiful property. We enjoyed the weekend relaxing and playing board games. There's not a whole lot to do outside of the cabin, but that was what I was looking for. The hot tub was an amazing addition to our stay. The cabin was clean and well stocked with things like kitchen things and towels. Thanks SOO much for a great family weekend. We will be returning and will maybe try another property of yours for our next weekend getaway. Don't hesitate to book this cabin, it's worth it!

Amazing Retreat!

Amazing! The surrounding area & people we met at local establishments were wonderful; scenary & views breathtaking. Our host was attentive with great communication. We loved the house layout - was perfect for pur needs. The house was well stocked and very clean. Very welcoming and cozy! We appreciated the opportunity to stay at this home. We hope to return in the future! We had a wonderful get-a-way!

Sunset Haven

Enjoy a hot tub outside and watch movies inside! We went to the closest Walmart on the first night and bought food for our stay, so we never had to leave the cabin for anything. The view from the porch was beautiful. The cabin was overall very clean. We would come back!

How our business started.. In 1994 Eric started a small "part time" lawn mowing business for extra money that would eventually turn into much more and a full time career and a family owned company. In 1998 we were asked to manage a Vacation Home and being totally truthful... we had no idea of what we were dong and how fast we would learn. After having a terrible experience Renting a Vacation Rental in Northern Wis. I knew what my future would hold in the Property Management business. It was 3 simple things. 1) Be True and Honest to your Guests, 2) Treat our Guests the way I personally would want to be treated 3) Provide 5 star "Clean" accommodations and be better then the rest! After 20 plus years, KPS has several repeat guests and so many friend ships have been made. Till this day we still hold true to our 3 step system. We hope someday you can come enjoy one of our vacation homes or cabins. We are very proud of our Vacation Properties and the business we have created.
