Included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, several parking spaces and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).



Classified as a 3-star furnished accommodation, this villa offers a certified quality of service and equipment. The classification also reduces the cost of the residence tax.



The house is nestled in a green space, on the edge of the National Reserve of Calanques, just steps from the Calanques. You will enjoy an extraordinary calm in a typical Provencal vegetation setting.

The house also offers you walking access to several of the treasures of The Ciotat. In a few minutes you can reach the Calanque and the Mugel Park, and in less than 10mn you can reach the Calanque of Figuerolles, another local jewel. Enjoy the old port and historic centre in less than 15 minutes.



On the ground floor you will find a living/dining room with a fireplace giving direct access to 2 shaded terraces. The first, at the foot of the restanques, offers you a friendly dining area with its arbour, large awning and barbecue. The second terrace is ideal for moments of idleness or for aperitifs in the shade of the large plane tree by the swimming pool. The commissioning of the pool begins from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays).



On this same level you will also find a large and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace by a large bay window.

As for the beds, 3 bedrooms and a studio are available with 3 double beds and 2 single beds, all of very good quality.

You will also have access to a bathroom and 2 shower rooms.



The large park will also be a friendly place to let you wear local scents, play “pétanque” or enjoy the trampoline.

The property allows you to access all amenities and has several secure private parking spaces.

The owners have simply privatized a room that is dedicated to storage.

You will have a single contact available to welcome you, check in and check out.

This person will introduce you to the property as a whole, how it works and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation.

She will give you and comment on our touristic guide who advises you on typical days to discover the region.

She will be reachable by email, Whats App and on her mobile.



Other remarks

Several secure private parking spaces.

Pets are not allowed.

It is not allowed to smoke.

The charcoal barbecue is not usable in summer due to the risk of fire.

The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

Arrival times: 4pm - 7pm, departure time: 9am - 11am.

During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The neighbourhood

The house is located only 200m from the Calanque and the park of Mugel, 600m from the Calanque of Figuerolles, 1 km from the old port of La Ciotat.

On the old port you will find all shops, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants

After a few hours of laziness and relaxing at the edge of the pool, you can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of the Calanques, Calanque of Figuerolles, park and Calanque of the Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, …

On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, navigation, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the ubiquitous sun.

You can also take back your vehicle and launch at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve…
