Maevarau, "Deseos de bienvenida" en idioma tahitiano.

Maevarau Résidence es un espacioso apartamento de lujo, idealmente ubicado.

Ofrece una magnífica vista de la laguna de Punaauia y Moorea, una hermosa piscina y un gimnasio también están disponibles.

El apartamento de alto standing se encuentra en el tercer piso, en la esquina frente al mar de una residencia entregada en agosto de 2019, es luminoso y ventilado.

El edificio está asegurado por una puerta automática, así como una placa electrónica para las escaleras y el ascensor.

El espacio habitable tiene:

_Una cocina moderna, grande y equipada con lavavajillas y una isla central para el almuerzo o la cena para 4 personas con dos vistas a la laguna.

_Una sala de estar espaciosa y cómoda con televisión y una vista impresionante de la laguna y Moorea.

_Una terraza de 36 m2 con una mesa grande, un área de relajación / lectura con una hermosa bobinadora y un rincón de aperitivos, todo frente a la isla hermana.

La suite parental:

_Una gran habitación con aire acondicionado y colchones de calidad hotelera (King) para una comodidad óptima. Una tira de luz está integrada en la cabecera.

_Una television.

_Un vestidor con armario y estanterías.

_Un baño con ducha a ras de suelo.

El segundo dormitorio:

_Dos camas individuales con colchones de calidad hotelera que ofrecen la posibilidad de acoplarlos para hacer una cama King size.

_Placard que incluye armario y estanterías.

_Aire acondicionado.

El baño contiguo también tiene una ducha a ras de suelo y un armario.

_ Finalmente el cuarto de servicio tiene su lavadora y secadora. Los estantes llegarán pronto.

Las áreas comunes de la residencia ofrecen una gran piscina de 19m por 8m y un gimnasio equipado y con aire acondicionado.

La residencia está frente al parque Vaipoopoo para acceder al mar, a 10 minutos en coche de la ciudad o del aeropuerto, por un lado, y a 8 minutos de la famosa playa de PK 18, por el otro.

Una tienda de conveniencia 24/7 está a pocos minutos a pie, así como una bodega.

Las famosas "Roulottes" abiertas por la noche también están cerca para cenar en el lugar o para llevar. Los buenos restaurantes también están a menos de 5 minutos en coche, como el hipermercado Carrefour o el Museo de las Islas.

Fantastic apartment in paradise

We really enjoyed our stay here while photographing the humpback whales. The property is really spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Great location near to the Marina and beautiful view over Moorea. Our host Gaelle went out of her way to help us with transportation and anything we needed. She went over and above our expectations. 5 star service and five star apartment. Would very highly recommend this property!

Absolutely beautiful apartment

Eric -- Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed the Maevarau apartment. Spotlessly clean, every feature and conveniece imaginable, and gorgeous views of Moorea. The hostess was super friendly and attentive, both with check-in and check-out. Couldn't be any better. We would absolutely rent there again. Mahalo!

Spacious, modern, with fantastic view

We had a wonderful stay here for a few days prior to our cruise. Communication with both Eric and concierge Brice was excellent, and the apartment was spotless, modern, and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the detailed directions and videos to help find and enter our first time, along with their flexibility in getting us situated at a very early arrival time. This was an excellent place to start our Tahitian dream vacation!

Loved Our Stay At This Property.

Beautiful condo/apt. that was very clean and modern. Had a little trouble finding it but we were very tired and it was dark and rainy. Once we were there, we were given a lot of good information. Great view. Would love to stay there again.

Room with a view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo. The rooms were spacious and well laid out, and the kitchen had everything we needed, along with a Nespresso machine with pods, and an assortment of teas for the guests. The views were breath and we enjoyed the pool. We walked to the grocery store and a couple food vendors that were delicious. Downtown Papeete was not walking distance nor was the port for our cruise, but our host helped us arrange transportation so that was helpful . The security of this location was also wonderful with locking gates, and the elevator needed a code to use. We would highly recommend this place, as well as stay here again if we are ever blessed to return.

Top maintained residential complex with great views

The apartment met all our high expectations in terms of facilities, location and on-site support. Only the main road caused some noise on the otherwise beautiful terrace where we enjoyed the sunset nearly every evening. Brice, the contact person on site, looks after us personally and has great tips for restaurants. Arrival, check-in and everything around the apartment worked really well. The apartment is very well located for shopping and the harbor with various water sports. A car is recommended. Many thanks and we will come back :-)

Christmas stay

The condo was a comfortable place to stay. We liked going to the food trucks down the road but wished it was more walking friendly to get there. The Carrefour supermarket was a madhouse around Christmas! Loved the French breads and Nutella. Just be aware that December is rainy. My biggest regret was not utilizing the concierge. I think they could have helped us find more fun things to do. I got water in my phone at the Arahoho blowhole so watch out for those waves!

Everything you need

Perfect spacious modern apartment with wonderful views close to everything you need. 10-15 min cab from airport. Short cab or bus to Papeete. Four of us stayed 3 nights before joining our cruise and 2 nights after, before flying home. Great location close to supermarket (Marina Supermarket a short walk away has an amazing range of fresh fish, sushi, sashimi, fruit and veg, pates, cheeses and baguettes as well as groceries and alcohol!), and the Parc Viapoopoo is a great place for ‘night market’ style dining with crepes, pizza, steak, salads, poke bowls on offer. Brice the Concierge was very helpful with cab bookings, car hire recommendations etc. The apartment is beautifully decorated with all you need to feel like you are at home. Highly recommend.

Amazing, luxury apartment

This was a wonderful apartment in Puna’auia, about 10 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes from the ferry dock and Papeete Market. The owner was responsive and helpful before and during our stay, and the apartment is gorgeous. It was extremely clean, had a luxury feel, a ton of space, and a beautiful balcony. It is in an extremely safe area with gated access (all of Tahiti felt safe to us, really), and we LOVED the food trucks at the little park at the bottom of the street. The park is within walking distance (or there’s a small parking lot if you want to drive) and we ate at least one meal a day there between breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Poke Bar II was our favorite! The only thing I didn’t love was that you could hear traffic noise from the street below pretty much at all times - not like “New York city traffic,” but the sound of cars and motorcycles; and not from inside if the doors were closed, but when sitting on the balcony; so it wasn’t the most peaceful setting but we still enjoyed it. All in all this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Classy and luxurious and CLEAN!

COMMUNICATION: Was great, both with owner Eric and with his concierge Brice. Even before we exited customs/baggage area, Brice was in contact to make sure we were progressing properly and knew where to go. Arrival late night, so this support is very appreciated. Had to depart a half day early without confirmed seats on new flight at midnight - Eric promised to come pick us up at airport if we couldn't get on the flight! So generous and hospitable! CONVENIENCE: Airport departure to front door was less than 15 minutes!! Our favourite beach was PK18, a 10 to 15 minute drive away, smooth warm clear waters and tons of fish. Groceries, gas, other services were all within a 5 to 10 minute drive, all incredibly convenient. Safe off-street parking under the building. CLEANLINESS: Top of most travellers’ lists, and this condo was immaculate. The floors and cupboards were spotless, the linens lacked any smell of old/stale, kitchen wares spotlessly clean. Kitchen has a smart rubbish/recycle center with sealed bins to prevent any nasty odors. We really enjoyed cooking a meal there, and the new induction stove was quite amazing to use. TONS of counter space and cupboard space to store things and prepare a meal. AIR CON: Tropical humid Tahiti, so effective A/C is much appreciated. Bedrooms had properly closeable doors, we could seal off the bedroom and keep it cool, but fully open the balcony doors and other windows elsewhere in the condo and enjoy fresh sea breezes in the daytime. SPACE: Condo is very expansive and has high ceilings, the living room/kitchen and the master bedroom are very large, tons of space. Master has a huge ensuite/shower and huge closet with tons of storage to fully unpack and get your clothes/baggage out of sight. Lovely local soaps and shampoos, wonderful tropical scents. VIEWS/AMBIANCE: The star of this condo is the lanai/patio! It’s huge, can accommodate a dining table for eight, cozy reading chair in one corner and two cozy armchairs in another corner. Truly a living space, not simply a balcony. 180 degree view of west coast of the island, full views of the lagoon and Moorea. Can stay dry even when it rains. Huge wide and deep pool and beautiful gym. We thank Eric for his hospitable nature and dealing with travellers who had such messy flight arrangements, and we thank him for the incredible Tahitian lunch he brought by one day! We hope to return again one day very soon!

Best Airbnb ever

This place was amazing. So modern and clean and Brice’s service was fantastic. Everyone was so responsive. It’s a beautiful place, definitely stay here but a car is recommended (easy as there is free parking)

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Wohnung. Der Check-in hat hervorragend funktioniert, der Tipp mit den Food-Trucks war super, wir waren 3 Mal dort zum Essen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, die Marina ist ganz nah. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen.
