Nuestro condominio tipo estudio con cocina completa y un baño completo está convenientemente ubicado junto a todas las comodidades del resort, incluyendo una piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje y gimnasio.

Este estudio está ubicado en el albergue, cerca de la nueva piscina cubierta y al aire libre, el jacuzzi y el gimnasio. La cocina incluye una nevera grande, estufa / horno, microondas, cafetera y lavavajillas. Los arreglos para dormir incluyen: 2 camas Queen y 1 sofá cama Queen. Acomoda fácilmente a 6 personas. TV de pantalla plana / reproductor de DVD. El baño está equipado con una combinación de bañera / ducha. Este condominio puede unirse con Studio # 413 para dormir adicional. Disfrute del hermoso paisaje de las montañas y la vida salvaje de Tamarron, pero aún lo suficientemente cerca de la ciudad de Durango. ¡Hay tanto para elegir con esquí, rutas de senderismo y golf disponibles en el famoso Glacier Course!

También hay un Ski Shuttle de invierno que sale a las 9:05 a.m. y regresa del Purgatorio a las 4:05 p.m.

Política de cancelación: Se requiere un pago de $ 300 al momento de la reserva. Este pago de $ 300 se aplica al monto total adeudado y solo es reembolsable dentro de las 72 horas posteriores al momento de la reserva. Si su fecha de llegada es dentro de los 45 días de la reserva, se requiere el pago completo al momento de la reserva. Beautiful getaway

The drive to and from Durango is close and we usually see the train, river, and wildlife. The location is also ideal if you want to go to Silverton or Ouray. The room was boiling. Had to have the AC on the lowest setting at all times. Still was hot. Room was super dusty. Beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the ground. Sleeper sofa mattress dipped below the metal bars for a 10yo girl. And on top if that the pool has posted hours open until 10p and they kick everyone out at 9p.

The room was clean and very comfortable for our family of 5. We used the indoor pool once which was nice on a rainy afternoon. Otherwise we utilized the location to get onto 4WD trails around Silverton and Ouray and had easy access to Durango for in town needs. We will stay again!

Great Resort facilities but low quality room

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine for a quick stay but I kept thinking if only the owner spent just a little bit more on better quality sheets, pillows, soap, cutlery etc it would dramatically change the feel of the stay. For example the bed skirt was duct taped onto the base, I had to fold two pillows in half to make one, and there was hair and crumbs in the fold out bed. We came a little early and asked reception to mind our bags while we hit the slopes and they said we could put them in the lounge but they could not be put in a safe area. Was disappointed with this given checkin is 4pm and every hotel in the world minds bags because it’s hard to get travel schedules to perfectly align with checkin times. The spa was really great and worth a visit. This increased my overall rating.

Much better than staying at a regular hotel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stopped here for two nights on our way home from the Grand Canyon. It was a last minute choice, but I am very glad we did. The view was beautiful from our window (you are able to watch the sunrise). The room is set up like a hotel room, but larger, and includes a leather sofa, table for 4, and a small kitchen with standard appliances. It was fine for making ourselves toast and cereal in the morning, but I would not recommend it for large meals as there is no counter space (we used the stove for a counter). There is a coffee pot, but be sure you bring your own coffee. This is stated, and we had our food with us, so wasn’t an issue for us. I would suggest that they add a peeler and some decent knives to the kitchen. The few supplied were dull with wobbly handles. Also, more coffee mugs (there are 3). And a mirror in the room would be nice for those of us with daughters lol. The pool is AMAZING! We didn’t try the property restaurant, but highly recommend the James Ranch burgers just south. They are well worth the wait time! This location is wonderful and we hope to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time for all the family. We were able to enjoy the pools and hot tub and the restaurant on site. The outdoor porch was a nice place to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. The mattress on the sofa bed was kind of thin and you can feel the springs so we just slept on the couch instead of pulling it out. The kitchen was just right loved having a full refrigerator to store our items since we were on a multiple stop road trip. Having a washer and dryer on each floor was great because we were able to do a load before leaving. Overall a great stay only downside was that it was not long enough.

Great Resort!

Loved the views and ease to find snow to play in with our kids! We liked that we were far enough out of town to enjoy the scenery and animals but still close to businesses like Purgatory, sleigh rides, Honeyville and restaurants.
