Nuestro condominio de una habitación cuenta con un loft, cocina completa y un baño completo. Está convenientemente ubicado junto a todas las comodidades del resort, incluyendo una piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje y gimnasio.

Este loft principal se ha actualizado con una cocina completa y electrodomésticos de tamaño completo. Hay una cama queen y un futón en el nivel principal y dos camas individuales en el desván. Hay 2 televisores con reproductor de DVD y CD. Chimenea eléctrica en la sala de estar. ¡Excelentes vistas!


También hay un Ski Shuttle de invierno que sale a las 9:05 a.m. y regresa del Purgatorio a las 4:05 p.m.

Política de cancelación: Se requiere un pago de $ 300 al momento de la reserva. Este pago de $ 300 se aplica al monto total adeudado y solo es reembolsable dentro de las 72 horas posteriores al momento de la reserva. Si su fecha de llegada es dentro de los 45 días de la reserva, se requiere el pago completo al momento de la reserva. Las cancelaciones o cambios que resulten en una estadía acortada, que se realicen dentro de los cuarenta y cinco (45) días de la fecha de llegada, perderán el monto total de la reserva, mientras que las cancelaciones hechas con m��s de cuarenta y cinco (45) días antes de su llegada solo se perderán El pago de $ 300 realizado al momento de la reserva. Para reservas de al menos treinta (30) noches, la política de cancelación anterior aumenta a sesenta (60) días antes de la fecha de llegada. Ofrecemos seguro de viaje.

Nice place overall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, let me say this place was clean, has a beautiful view and the amenities are amazing. This place has a fully equipped kitchen, which was my personal favorite part of renting here because we were able to cook our own food. I rented this place because I was specifically looking for some place that my preteen son and teenage daughter could have their own beds. Althought this place has that, the upstairs was too hot for them to sleep at night. There is a small AC upstairs but it did little to cool it down enough in July to sleep up there. The other issue that I personally had, and this is likely my personal preference but I found the bed way too soft. I found the bed really soft and not very supportive. I don't mind a softer bed, but this bed made my back hurt and I struggled to sleep throughout the trip. The other thing I found disappointing is they only provided two rolls of toilet paper, and very minimal cleaning supplies. So if you rent this place for more than a couple of days be prepared to bring basic supplies from home or go shopping.

Upstairs too hot

Rented due to upstairs for the kids. But the upstairs was so hot they had to sleep on fold-out in living room with us. Would not stay here again during the summer. Nothing was stated on how to cool down the upstairs, opened windows but did not help.

Good for the price

Nice having a good restaurant on the property, nice staff...the loft room was pretty warm up top, definitely needs ceiling fans, hotel style ac/heat doesnt really work for the style of room. Place is dated but for the money in the area it was pretty good for a family of six.

Ski vacation

Great property and location near the slopes and in the mountains. We’ve stayed at the Tamarron Resort several times and are always impressed by the amenities and staff. The loft was a big hit with the kids and ability to swim in the evenings was great. Highly recommend and we will be back again this summer.

Great stay

Perfect for a weekend! Would be a great place for skiing at purgatory. The surrounding area is beautiful and the building is well cared for.

Summer

We had a great stay. The place was clean, had plenty of room and was convenient. The kitchenette was stocked and had everything we needed. We had zero issues with check in process. We used the pool on site but did not get to try the restaurant. The room had great views. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

First visit to Durango area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was worked out great for us. Easy to find. Not too far from Downtown Durango. Less than 10 min from Purgatory. Kids enjoyed the pool area. The playground equipment was gone during our visit, not the end of the world though. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to eat in a couple meals versus eating out so much. The bathroom was slightly dated but completely functional. Checking in was easy. Overall, we were very satisfied and would stay here again.

It was so easy to drive to ski at Purgatory each day. And we enjoyed the hot tub and pool every evening.

Great views and well appointed condo on the top floor.

This condo was nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. View was awesome. The upstairs loft was a nice addition. Kitchen is well stocked. It is nice to have full size oven and refrigerator. The cons were that we saw one mouse, the dishwasher leaked and upstairs window would not close. We told maintenance and should be taken care of for next visitor,

Very comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was beautiful - the view from my room was very nice. Only thing was a good bit of construction materials left lying on the floor (wooden boards) and the kitchen was unfinished. In all honesty it really didn't make a difference to me because everything else worked fine. But I think there might have been some confusion about which room I was to be in.

Beautiful property

The property is pretty & nestled into a lovely view of the mountains. The condo is small but adequate for a family of 4. The sleeping loft provides the feel & privacy of a second bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked. It is pretty convenient to the town of Durango (15 minute drive) and Purgatory ski resort (10 minute drive).

Nice place, but a few problems.

Great place to stay , but when we arrived the elevator was not working and we had to carry our 4 ft cooler and all our luggage up 5 floors. We understand that it had been going in and out for a few days before we arrived. It was not repaired for another 3 more days. The wifi was also not working when we arrived, which I believe was due to the weather. We enjoyed the room which had all the supplies we needed. The view was beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool, weight room and hot tub. The shuttle to Purgatory also helped immensely.

Excellent!

We stayed for a couple nights for a photo session in Durango. The stay was perfect for a family of 5. I had 3 kiddos (14, 12, 2). We used the indoor pool and gym during our stay. The kitchen was stocked perfectly! The view from our room was picture perfect! I loved the location deep in the mountains! We came from West Texas so being in mountains was amazing! I would recommend this place to anybody! Also I will say that they are more than accomodating. We went to the pool at 8:40 p.m. when they close at 9 p.m. the young gentleman working the pool pulled out the vacuum and let us swim for 20 mins and we left after. Most places I feel would have just turned us away. There are 2 places to eat on sight. Looking for a peaceful place to stay in the mountains this is jt. Did not disappoint!

Family Vacation

Our rental was great the only thing is that the 2 twin beds upstairs, that little area tents to get kind of hot so using the fans are a must. But, other than that everything else was awesome. It has pretty much everything you need to cook if you don't want to go to town to eat.

Decent place as described in listing

The condo served its purpose, which a place to sleep. It was clean and had basic necessities. The queen mattress was too soft for my taste and my back, but the kids were happy with their sleeping arrangements.

Tamarron for the win!

We had a great experience at the Tamarron property, despite AC issues in our first unit. The management was responsive and brought fans, provided a partial refund and moved us as quickly as possible. The common areas were very compliant with COVID restrictions, including reserving time at the amenities.
