Nuestro condominio de estudio (Gambel Oak Unit 761) cuenta con una cocina completa, un baño completo con actualizaciones modernas y una terraza privada. Con vistas a los campos de golf del Glacier Club y vistas inigualables de las montañas de los alrededores de San Juan. Los huéspedes pueden jugar al campo de golf.

Condominio bellamente actualizado! Cuenta con una cómoda cama Queen, sofá cama de cuero, chimenea eléctrica. Disfrute de algunas comidas caseras en su cocina completa. Baño completo con ducha / bañera combinado. Hay mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4. TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD. Lavadora / secadora apilables en el condominio para su conveniencia. Cubierta trasera con muchos asientos y una parrilla eléctrica. Preciosas vistas!

También hay un Ski Shuttle de invierno que sale a las 9:05 a.m. y regresa del Purgatorio a las 4:05 p.m.

Política de cancelación: Se requiere un pago de $ 300 al momento de la reserva. Este pago de $ 300 se aplica al monto total adeudado y solo es reembolsable dentro de las 72 horas posteriores al momento de la reserva. Si su fecha de llegada es dentro de los 45 días de la reserva, se requiere el pago completo al momento de la reserva. Las cancelaciones o cambios que resulten en una estadía acortada, que se realicen dentro de los cuarenta y cinco (45) días de la fecha de llegada, perderán el monto total de la reserva, mientras que las cancelaciones hechas con más de cuarenta y cinco (45) días antes de su llegada solo se perderán El pago de $ 300 realizado al momento de la reserva. Durango vacation

Very nice property by the golf course. Nice and quiet which was a plus as we were there over Memorial Day weekend. The pool was never crowded and the condo itself was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo, great location. Everything was clean and it looks exactly like the photos. We enjoyed the fireplace, the views and so nice to have a full kitchen.

Most perfect mountain getaway

It was very clean and bright, the beds were super comfortable, the space was perfect for my family of 4, the balcony was so nice, and the bathroom was big. It was far enough away from town that it was quiet and peaceful but close enough to be convenient (w/in 20-30 min drive) The pool and hot tub were amazing, we used the gym one day too and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was super easy. Possibly our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. Also-if you are contemplating the train - DO IT!

Great Location. Tamarron is 20 minutes from town and close to many hiking trails. We have been coming to Durango for 10 years and love the town and area.The condo was not very nice. We ended up washing all of the dishes, glassware and pots and pans before using. They were filthy. We were baking a dish in the oven and the smoke alarm went off. The oven had not been cleaned in ages. The bedding was old and odd....blanket and sheets threadbare and the comforter was very, very heavy (like a weighted blanket). There were plenty of bath towels and the bath was clean. The drains were very slow.The couch which is supposed to act as a bed smelled as if someone very sweaty had slept there multiple time. The blankets there were disgusting. The sleeping loft has been proclaimed off limits.A major disappointment for our two week stay!

Family trip

We had a great time with our two little ones on this trip. The kids loved the amenities like the indoor pool, my husband enjoyed the gym, and we all enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. It’s a 20 minute quick trip into Durango for anything you need and the VRBO is well stocked with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The stairs are definitely steep but that is told ahead of time and it wasn’t an issue. The host was very kind and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

It was quiet and we felt like we were in a secluded place even though there was a golf course right outside and it was a condo. Fully stocked kitchen and I truly appreciated the master bedroom in its own room and not open plan. There was a grill in the balcony and we were able to buy groceries and eat at our home away from home. I have 3 older kids... we were comfortable. I slept in the master bedroom, my daughter (19) slept on the full bed in the loft, one son (16) slept on the couch, and one son (21) elected to sleep on the porch in his sleeping bag! Lol. We weren’t able to take advantage of the hot tub and sauna but my son was impressed with the gym and we would definitely stay here again. One bath was our only inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again. Would be really great during winter as a ski lodge.

The master bedroom bed was so comfy that I didn't want to leave... I really enjoyed the private view of forest from the back patio, and the condo was so quiet it was a very rejuvenating experience. This is also a great place to work remotely too with dependable WIFI. Would stay again! :)

My Experience

We really liked this resort and the setting is beautiful! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Being a one bedroom, a king size bed may work better. Also, a welcome packet of coffee would have been nice too; have always had that at other VRBO’s. When being the second one to take a shower, there could be a little more hot water and definitely a shower mat for the tub as it was slippery when wet. Aside from the minor things, it was a Great condo! Very warm and cozy.

The owner has done a great job of remodeling and clearly wants us to enjoy our stay by providing essentials and more. Parking is an issue since 761 is the furthest away. Maybe designate 4 parking slots not three as people assume, and mark the slots for that far building.

Broken washer.

There was a note on the washer that said it was broken. And it said that the maintenance had been notified. It was very unfortunate because I needed to wash my clothes.

I think it’s in the wall and needs to be dealt with.Also, the neighbors upstairs get up at 4:30 and it sounds like they are in the same room.The unit was nicely updated with pretty views but the smell in the bedroom is unacceptable.

The deck was dirty and very noisy in the morning because of golf course maintenance. I thought the closets in the bedroom smelled. Very comfortable bed but no tv in bedroom and the bathroom was nice. We didn't use the loft but I stuck my head up there and it was hot. Sorry but I wouldn't stay there again.

Location!

Reviewer Comments: Comfortable bed and nice linens- great shower and water pressure but shower liner needs to be changed as it is moldy- very limited cookware and dinnerware so its hard to cook and hard to eat- 7 mismatched dinner plates and only 3 knives! Skillet handle loose and not safe- sofa VERY uncomfortable and one end of it is broken- the bench in the bathroom has bent legs- I would give it a 3 out of 5 with 5 being the highest- Rental agency was made aware of all of these issues when we rented it for 2 weeks earlier- very disappointed nothing had changed when we rented the same unit again a couple months later for3 weeks- would not rent again until they upgrade/fix these issues
