It was the meeting of a passionate owner and two interior architects that allowed a very beautiful rehabilitation of this 1930's house into a real cocoon full of charm with a garden in the very popular district of "Sainte Thérèse" located south of the Rennes train station.

Passing the gate, you cross the garden and its pretty wooden terrace to reach the ground floor of the house through the main room composed of a living room and dining room with its high table and open kitchen. This room bathed in light brought by the large bay window and its zenithal glass roof contrasts with the deep and intense tones of the walls of Sarah Lavoine's house. Softness and quality of materials, audio/video equipment, high speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, induction hobs, dishwasher. . . ) with all the necessary elements for stays of all lengths.

To the left of the kitchen is an independent laundry room where you will find a washing machine and dryer.
In the continuity a first bedroom with King-Size bed, wardrobe and television with a breathtaking view of the garden. Opposite you will find a shower room and a separate toilet. At the end of the ground floor a second bedroom with its private shower room and toilet with a bay window also overlooking the garden. The room has again a King-Size bed of 180x200 and a television.

A staircase in the living room leads you to a third and very pretty attic room, again with all the comfort with a queen size bed 160X200 (wardrobe and television at your disposal).



As part of your rental, household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be prepared when you arrive. You will have on site a wifi connection adsl, a television in the living room and in each room.
Ideal for a family, a small group of friends or colleagues visiting or training in Rennes, this house will allow you to be immersed in the very pleasant environment of this typically Rennes district, close to transport and the city centre.

By staying at Maison Castellio you are 5 minutes walk from Rennes station, and 250 metres from the Jacques Cartier Metro, where you will find local shops.
