Cozy Mountain Cabin 3 BD 3 BA with back porch near RMNP entrance!

A cozy mountain getaway perfect for couples and families! The cabin is a five-minute drive to the center of Grand Lake and two minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. The house is at the top of a hill, and moose sightings are frequent (though can't be guaranteed). With a full kitchen and grill, summer back porch dinners are a great way to unwind.

The house includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
-The primary bedroom is a suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom.
-Bedroom two is a double with a closet.
-Bedroom three is set up to be a second living space with a television and doubles as a bedroom with a fold-out couch (memory foam mattress so you're still comfortable!).

Perfect location for taking in RMNP. 5 minutes and you are in the park and enjoying the beauty of the Colorado Rockies. 5 minutes and you are downtown Grand Lake! Home is well maintained and sits in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is stocked with everything for meal prep and serving. Would love to return in the future.

This is the perfect Grand Lake vacation rental for our family. We stayed here last year and knew we wanted to return this summer. The floorplan works perfectly for us, the home is well appointed, and the home is well cared for. Both the hosts and management are easy to contact, and are concerned their guests have a great stay. Another bonus is the location of the house, as it's equidistance from RMNP and town. We plan on staying here next summer.

Best vacation rental we've ever stayed

This is our eighth year staying in Grand Lake, and this house by far is our favorite. We've never stayed in any home multiple times, but I plan on booking this home next year. The location is perfect for our needs, as it's equidistance from town and RMNP. The home was extremely clean and well appointed. We had no issues while there, so had no need to contact the property manager during our stay, but communication with the owner prior to our visit was quick. In short, we loved this house!

Quiet, great location

Enjoyed the close proximity to Downtown Grand Lake, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bedrooms and everything you need is there. Primary shower could use a good scrubbing, other than that we enjoyed the stay!

The property was just as described. This will be short & sweet: Nicely furnished, clean, GREAT location, quiet, not a ten page list of instructions or how to's and overall, just a comfortable property. Would definitely return.

Wonderful, quiet, convenient cabin

This was the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. The master closet even served as a spacious bedroom for our baby in the provided pack n play. They had everything we needed-the kitchen has everything. We grocery shopped at the City Market in Granby before driving up to Grand Lake and were able to make some great meals! Wonderful chartered fishing on Grand Lake by Kirk’s Fly Shop-my husband and 2 sons caught their limits and we grilled fish on the deck. This location is perfect for exploring the less crowded side of RMNP where we saw moose, elk, chipmunks, a coyote and marmots! Adams Falls trail, right on the other side of the little town of Grand Lake, was a great, easy hike with our 3 year old and our older kids had fun playing in the river. Wonderful memories made!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet cabin with mountain views. Very close to Grand Lake Village and west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Fantastic place

Just an outstanding place to stay. Cabin is roomy, layout is great, very well provisioned with everything we needed. The owners replied quickly to any messages and were very accommodating. Highly recommeded.

Fantastic home base

This is a great 3 bedroom that feels both remote (on the end of a culdesac, with a porch facing undeveloped forest land), but it's also a nothing-3-min drive into town for dinner or an afternoon at the lake. Best of both worlds, perfect location!

Great place!

Might be the best place I have rented. Great location, clean, well stocked, good layout, owners great to work with. We ended up getting there early and the owner was really accommodating and let us check in several hours early. It’s a quick drive to town (5 min) yet feels very remote. We had deer in the yard and saw two moose just down the street. Awesome stay!

Beautiful home, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was well stocked, very clean and beautiful. The location was perfectly nestled between downtown and the RMNP. The owners were quick to reply with questions and I’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We all enjoyed the location being close to town, but felt like we had a more private and scenic experience. We saw Moose the first few minutes we arrived, from our deck. The house was clean and was well stocked with whatever we needed. We had a wonderful family weekend, and would stay here again!

Home was clean, well stocked for all our cooking needs. Very close to RMNP. Neighborhood was quiet.

Enjoyed the home ,clean and well stocked in kitchen. Quite neighborhood. Only thing we might suggest is some fans for bedrooms they got a little stuffy at night, otherwise great weekend.
