Nuestra villa de una planta incluye tres habitaciones principales con tres baños elegantes y una sala grande y espaciosa. Este concepto de piso abierto es perfecto para entretener a los invitados.

La cocina gourmet totalmente equipada está decorada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Y el comedor formal cuenta con una hermosa mesa de madera con asientos para seis personas.

Un exuberante paisaje tropical con plantas y flores exóticas rodea la piscina infinita con patio cubierto y área de barbacoa. Este es el factor sorpresa que todos deseamos en nuestras vacaciones, ya sea que pase un día relajado junto a la piscina o que disfrute de una noche romántica estrellada bajo la veranda cerrada con iluminación al aire libre.

La gran sala cuenta con un televisor de alta definición de 55 pulgadas y un sonido envolvente digital de 7 altavoces de primera línea con un reproductor de DVD. Así que trae tus DVD favoritos para las noches tranquilas que pasas en casa. TV vía satélite, internet wifi de alta velocidad y un teléfono residencial que son características adicionales que ofrecemos.

Cada habitación incluye una caja fuerte, secador de pelo, colchones de primera calidad para hotel, con ropa de cama blanca y cómodos edredones de plumas.

Todas las habitaciones incluyen aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo. La decoración tailandesa con pisos de madera de teca establece el ambiente para esta villa altamente renovada.

Enjoyed our stay & the privacy!

My fmaily stayed at this villa over summer of 2011 for 2 weeks. We have 2 smaller girls who enjoyed countless hours in the swimming pool. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed each having a room to ourselves. The maid service was excellent and it was so convenient having a kitchen when needed, although we had numerous delicious meals at the local restaurants. The massage place up the road from the villa is heaven! Our favorite beach was just down the road! A heavenly home in paradise - thanks Kurk! We loved it!

My husband and I stayed i...

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for 4 days in Jan. Everything was top quality, exceptionally clean and the pool is perfect for relaxing by after a day exploring or swimming at the beach. All activities are very close. We rented a car but a motorbike is really all you need. You must try Mom Tri's restaurant. It is a little more pricey than what you would normally pay in Thailand but it is beautiful and very good. If you don't feel like doing anything you will be just as happy hanging by the pool and enjoying the great surround sound and big screen tv. All of Kurt's people are very nice and will help you with all your needs! We will be visiting Phuket again and plan to stay at Kurt's villa when we do!

Wir haben leider Pech gehabt gegenüber wird eine Villa gebaut. In der ersten Woche hatte ein Bagger den ganzen Tag Betonteile zertrümmert. Der Lärm war nicht zu ertragen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und räumliche Gestaltung sehr komfortabel. Was sehr nett war , der Kühlschrank war gut gefüllt. Vielen lieben Dank Jane 😘

Very nice and peaceful!

Spending Christmas and New Year in this villa with our family was simply fantastic. A really peaceful position, so sleeping was great, I think we managed 10-12 hours in bed most nights! Two minutes travelling in the car would take us to shops, restaurants and bars, so very convenient too. The layout of the living and sleeping areas is just perfect, with the focus around the pool area (which is just the right size). The TV and audio system in the living area was awesome, really easy to use and great picture and sound. Jane met us at the property when we arrived from the airport (even though we were quite late) and the two cleaners came every Friday to clean, change bedding and leave fresh flowers everywhere. We stay in HomeAway properties a couple of times a year and this was one of the best we have been to. Thanks so much!!

Entspannte Tage in Rawai

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa sehr genossen. Ein SevenEleven und kleinere Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben einige der Tipps von Kurt umgesetzt und hervorragend gegessen ( Nikita am Beach und Sabai Corner mit wirklich grandioser Aussicht). Unsere Kinder haben den Pool nur widerwillig verlassen. Die Betreuung durch Kurt und vor allem Jane, auch bereits vor der Anreise war großartig. Selbst bei Problemen, die nicht mit dem Haus verbunden waren ( wir benötigten am Sonntag morgen ärztliche Hilfe) war Jane enorm hilfsbereit. Der von Ihr organisierte Leihwagen wartete bei unserer Ankunft bereits - perfekt. Gerne wieder!

Lovely Stay - Needs to be brought current

I have every confidence that Kurt and his team will bring this to a 5 star property. They are considerate and responsive and have recently taken over this beautiful property. That being said, there's a few things that need to be addressed to bring it to a full 5 star property.

Family Villa near quiet beaches in Far south Phuket

Kurt was a fantastic host - very on top of everything and eager to sort any problems. The Villa is located in the quieter, southern tip of the island and this was perfect for us - a family with 2 tweens, 12 and 14. Well-stocked kitchen, great internet, etc... Close to some quiet beaches and great restaurants. You will need a car, but Kurt's staff can help you with that no problem. A wonderful, relaxing place to stay

A real home from home

My wife and I stayed in this villa for a month, along with our daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandchildren aged 3 years and 8 months. The villa is situated in a quiet residential district, which to my mind is preferable to a dedicated tourist development. The villa is surrounded by a wall and has nice gardens. It felt very safe for our young grandchildren. The quality of the villa is very high and the whole place feels solid. It is decorated with some beautiful pictures and carvings. The beds are large and very comfortable. It very much felt like we were borrowing a house from a friend. There is free wifi, which is not superfast, but perfectly adequate for all normal Internet usage. We were able to make Skype video calls and stream music and video. There is a phone, which can be used to contact Jane or make quick local calls for a taxi or food. There is a 60" HD TV, with a good satellite package and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped and the only things we had to add were some wine glasses and a sharp cooks knife, as most of the knives were pretty blunt. Things like toilet paper and garbage sacks were provided and there was a washer and dryer that we could use. Outside the pool area is very nice and comfortable and there's an American style gas grill. The maid came every 3 days and was really thorough. The pool was serviced about every 3 days and the gardener came in about once a week. Jane was a delight to deal with and very professional, both before we arrived and during our stay. She replied promptly to both emails and phone calls. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby and a search on Tripadvisor will give you many suggestions. It's as well to search for both Nai Harn and Rawai restaurants as you're situated between both and some restaurants in the same street can be listed under one or the other. There's a German bakery about 5 minutes away by car, which does excellent croissants, bread and pastries. There is also an Italian delicatessen, which is well stocked with hams, salamis, cheeses, oils and wine. For general shopping there is a large Tesco Lotus about 20 minutes away by car. If you require medical attention, the nearby Andaman Clinic is good, with a doctor who speaks very good English. There is also a paediatrician nearby. Our favourite beach was at Yanui, which is between Nai Harn and Rawai and is a nice quiet little beach with a surprisingly good restaurant/bar behind it. Look no further

Our family of 6 stayed here in March 2013. We absolutely loved it! We were a little concerned that the villa was a bit out of the way, and it is. Which made it perfect for us! Phuket is now very full on, and this villa was the perfect place to come home to after our long days out. Renting a car is a must (be careful who you rent from: suggest one of the major companies). This house is large and well laid out. The air conditioning is excellent and our girls were in the beautiful pool at all hours. The pool boy came to check it every day we were there! There is a nice modern BBQ which we put to good use, and a neighbourhood dog came to join us every night. The cleaning girls were very sweet. Janie is the contact that will answer any questions for you. She even brought us a cake on the girls birthday. The owner Kurt is first class and offers his insights on everything you need. For us, it was a ten out of ten.

Beautiful House!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Kurt's villa. All of the pictures are accurate representations of the house... everything was well-maintained The pool is stunning and the floor plan for the house was ideal for our situation (two couples and two kids). We followed Kurt's recommendation of renting a car. You will want to rent either a car or a motorbike as there are very few food options in easy walking distance.

Nai Harn Villa

This was our second vacation staying at Kurt's villa. Life doesn't get any better than this! The villa is very comfortable and the infinity pool is so inviting. The villa comes with all the extras you will need including the 60" flat screen tv. The neighbors are wonderful and have became close friends with us. They made us feel like this was our second home! Nai Harn beach is only a 5 min. bike ride away and is our favorite beach on Phuket. The food in the area is excellent. The fresh seafood is very inexpensive so we ate out daily. There is so much to see and do in the area or you can just relax in the pool or at the beach. We hope you enjoy Phuket as much as we do. Book your trip now and have memories that will last a lifetime!! Thanks for everything Kurt!!

Your next holiday has to be here!

My family just spent 3 months in this great house in this fabulous location. The photo's are a great depiction of what the house looks like but you'll be surprised by how neat and well kept it is. The kitchen is fully equipped and to make your holiday even better get your clothes laundered locally and talk to Farris about getting the cleaner once a week, she's amazing and only a few dollars to change the sheets and towels, clean the bathrooms, floors and windows. You must hire a car/motorbike. Nothing is too far away on this island. The airport is only 50 minutes from the house, if you have kids you must go to the waterpark near the airport and visit the Soi Dogs rehabilitation centre and play with the puppies. Patong is a 25 minute drive for the tourist bargains and crazy night life. A great supermarket is only 10 minutes away and has fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. We travelled the whole island and the best beach was 5 minute drive from the house. Nai Harn beach is next to the Phuket Yatch Club and is clean, family friendly with great massages and competitive restaurants. Central shopping centre is about 20 minutes from the house and has large department stores, cinema and free parking. Kata and Karon offer pretty beaches, restaurants, parasailing and great night mini-golf at Dino Park. For more traditional Thai food Rawai has some lovely restaurants that will serve you on the beach, visit Nikitas for beautiful Thai and Western food; you can catch the boats over to Phi Phi from here also. Elephant riding, snake show and Big Buddah are in the vacinity also. I will definately be looking to stay in this house when we return to Phuket in the future. Great Stay

Just returned from a wonderful 8 nights in the villa. Everything was great, no surprises other than the pool being more awsome than the web pics. The house and layout was very comfortable and the TV & surround sound worked great. Location of the villa is in a quite place, which was just what we wanted. Rental car is a must and certainly adds to the adventure of exploring the area, beaches and restaurants. Kurt, Farris & Ying all did a great job to make us welcome and were super to deal with. Thank you all, we certainly had a fantastic time and look forward to returning in the near future - - - Larry & Elinor

I stayed in this home for...

I stayed in this home for 5 days in June, I had a great time, the house is perfect layout. I like the 2 master bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom all have a comfortable King size beds. The stereo is awesome I recommend bring a Ipod for the stereo Ipod doc. Great open layout the great room looks onto the pool with lots of privacy. I like the quit location close to Nai Harn Beach. I rented a motor bike and it was delivered to property as promised. I recommend this home for your next vacation, the property manager was helpful and the maids did a great job keep the place clean. I felt as if I was staying in a luxury hotel suite with full service. I look forward to getting back to Phuket and staying at this villa agagin. Cheers Chris Tantaro. USA
