This cozy studio in Euralille district can accommodate up to 2 people. Close to shop and transports, this flat is perfect to visit the city.

This bright apartment located on the first floor (without elevator) consists of a living space of 32 sq. m and includes :
- a charming living space with a double bed,
- an equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- a bathroom with shower,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- hair dryer, wardrobe and fan.
Scaffolding is expected to be in place over the next two months (May and June).

As the accommodation is a hotel apartment, noise pollution may occur.

→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure.
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo.

##Neighborhood

This flat in the middle of Lille is perfect to visit the city. At the border between the Old Lille and Euralille, you will be able to choose between the old typical streets or the ultra-modern business district. In 20 min walking, you will join the huge Wazemmes market where you could find anything you want and enjoy its unique atmosphere. If you need calm, the Bois de Boulogne, the famous Vauban citadel and Lille’s Zoo are just 15 min away by walk : perfect for a walk in family !
