¡Bienvenido a casa! Esta es una hermosa y recientemente renovada casa de 6 dormitorios ubicada en el área de Las Vega. Estamos a solo unos minutos del Strip de Las Vegas y del centro de Las Vegas. Los supermercados de Vons y Smith están a la vuelta de la esquina. Un montón de opciones de restaurantes en el barrio.

Los impuestos locales de la ciudad se solicitarán al 13% de los ingresos recibidos de su anfitrión después de la reserva, según las ordenanzas de la ciudad de Henderson. Wonderful property

Great, clean, quiet property for my crew to stay at during a convention. The location was 1/2 hr from the LVCC (evening commute) and offered a great respite from the craziness of the strip. Top notch property!

CONEXPO express

This was a great location to stay during our week in Vegas for CONEXPO. Located close to the airport and freeways to get around town was fantastic. Grocery store across the street with a Starbucks in it was also convenient.

Wonderful comfy home

It was very easy to arrange our stay in this lovely house. Emily was very pro-active in arranging our stay and her manager, Malee always there for us when we had a question. The check in was very easy with the key-code and the house was spotless and welcoming. The location is very good - less than 10 minutes drive to the airport adn 15 minutes to the Strip - close to the highway to Hoover Dam. Even better - there are great supermarkets and other shops just over a block away so you also feel like you are living like a local. We all enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it unreservedly to future guests.

The best part of this home was that it was close to the airport which made it easy to get to. It was a relatively quiet neighborhood. It was mostly clean except that there were some missed items by the cleaners/owners. One of my friends found a thong in his bed. There was a broken chair in the yard as well as a slat from the window blinds and other bits of debris. Kitchen: The dishwasher was in need of updating and did not clean the dishes very well. There was only one kitchen knife and one bread knife, both very dull. We ended up buying and donating a new kitchen knife so that we could properly prepare food. The utensils were an odd assortment of various collections as were the plates. The cooking utensils were basic and we also ended up donating some tongs. All in all a 2 out of 5.Bedrooms: The mattresses were insanely soft and squishy. They are in desperate need of replacing. Bathrooms: The common bathroom upstairs didn't have a fan so you had to open the window if you needed to let out steam while showering. The other bathrooms were basic, but fine.Laundry: The clothes washer was insanely loud and would go off balance every time. The dryer would not shut off if using the moisture control.

From Bama to Vegas

Overall we truly enjoyed the property. The only 2 issues was there was not Enough pots and pans. With the property being able to house up to 18 people there should be an adequate amount of pots and pans to serve that amount. We did purchase a couple of larger pans and bowls to be able to feed a party of 13. We also had to purchase a mop to mop the floors as the bottom of our feet indicated the floors were not properly cleaned. Hair was also found on the sheets but I always wash the sheets again before laying on them at any property so no biggie. However we would still revisit. The property is beautiful!!!

We only advertise for 14 people. I’m sorry you didn’t feel you had enough pots and pans. We will correct the issue. Also if there is a cleaning issue, please let us know immediately so we can correct it. All the sheets were washed and we check for hairs that may have clung to them but can miss it sometimes. We apologize!

LV Family Trip

Spacious home in a convenient location to the LV Strip, airport, and nearby hiking areas for our family of 8 adults and 7 kids. Unfortunately, my family found cleanliness issues with the bedding upon arrival. The 2 cots provided weren’t sturdy enough (one was missing a few springs) to support the pre-schoolers using them, so they just slept on the floor. Stay was further adversely impacted by water coming up out of shower drain and flooding the bathroom floor on Christmas night. Kitchen wasn’t well-stocked (i.e. utensils, glassware, dining ware, etc.) for the number in our family and which really enjoys cooking together. Host was very responsive and addressed both issues the next morning.

Great place for a large family to stay.

We stayed at this property for a wedding. There were 11 of us and we all slept comfortably. There was plenty of space and we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving feast in kitchen. Great downstairs room for older guests. Close to stores, restaurants and a park. Golf courses and Green Valley Ranch Casino close by. Strip and airport minutes away. Host answered all my questions immediately. Highly recommend!!!!

Big home in quiet neighborhood

This property was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, and towels. Very clean. Vons is 5 minute walk for groceries and neighbors were friendly. Uber was readily available in this area. If you plan to sleep during the day, the big windows and minimal drapes let a lot of natural light in so bring eye masks. It was also hot in the rooms facing the sun even with fans. The air conditioner is centralized. Overall had a pleasant stay and the property manager was prompt in responding. Thank you for having us!

Henderson stay.

The light over the kitchen table did not work. Could use more serving, mixing bowls. Multiple people tripped on the step from garage to main entrance, (older crowd ), maybe it could be highlighted. The sliding glass doors were very difficult to open. Overall we were satisfied.

Fabulous Home

The house was amazing and fully stocked to meet all of our vacation needs. Check in was simple, the home was very clean and accommodating for large groups. our group of 11 had plenty of space to be together in common spaces and private spaces without feeling crammed. Owner/Manager checked in to ensure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely rent again if visiting Vegas.

Spacious house close to strip

Emily was an amazing host. We had 10 people in our party and it was more than enough room. We had an early flight and was able to check in as soon as we landed. We only had 1 issue during our trip and Emily fixed it extremely quick. House was a 10 min drive from airport and 15 mins drive from strip. Only wish it was a pool to cool off because the Vegas heat was extreme. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Vegas.

Great house and location

This is a beautiful house in a great location. It is less than 10 minutes away from the airport. It's not far from the Strip. The house itself is very spacious and roomy. I traveled with a group of 6 teenagers and another adult, and there was more than enough room. The only thing concerning is the previous comments regarding the shock. We all were getting shocked quite a bit, even touching the water in the kitchen. The property manager is very responsive and accommodating. We had a late flight back and she allowed us to check out late. I'd definitely stay again.

Las Vegas Paradise

This house was the perfect location for our sizable family to celebrate our twin sisters 60th birthday. It was in the middle of everywhere and comfortably fit our expansive brood. The rooms were sizable, the living area and TV room warm and inviting, and its located from the Vegas strip, airport and other sights including the Grand Canyon, and Hoover Dam made it the perfect escape for all of us.

Good Stay

The place is amazing, other than the static when touching everything. Really big and spacious. Also the water doesn’t stay hot after at least 3 people shower. Overall it was a great stay and I would book again.
