Topsail Dunes 2308 - Oceanfront Condo - Community Pool

Located within the oceanfront Topsail Dunes community, Unit 2308 is a comfortable 3rd floor, two bedroom and two bathroom oceanfront condo that sleeps up to five guests. The Topsail Dunes community boasts gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as an oceanfront community pool, playground, basketball court, bocce ball court, horseshoe court and grilling area. (Community Pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day, subject to HOA's discretion.) *Please note: There are NO elevators in this building.*

Upon entry into Unit 2308, you will find yourself in the fully equipped, spacious kitchen with an eat-in-bar seating up to four guests. Just past the kitchen is the breakfast nook for two additional seats and oceanfront living room with access to the oceanfront deck featuring breathtaking views of the Atlantic. A flat screen TV and comfortable furniture are located in the living room for your enjoyment as you take a break from a long day in the sun.

Directly off the living room, there is convenient access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway, as well as a stacked washer and dryer laundry area. On the soundside of the hallway, you have a Guest Bedroom with a Double bed, Twin bed, and TV. On the oceanside of the hallway, you will find the oceanfront Master Bedroom featuring a King Bed, private bathroom with stand up shower, flat screen TV and access to the oceanfront deck.

“Topsail Dunes 2308” will surely be your family’s favorite vacation spot for years to come!

Only 2 parking passes and 5 pool wristbands are provided for this property.

Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). 

Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.   

Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. This property is managed by Access Realty in Surf City, NC.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.
**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.
**After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In.

Gorgeous on the water condo! Spacious, plenty of comfortable seating. Fully stocked kitchen for whatever you need. Mattresses also comfy. Beach chairs are a plus. Will stay again. Karen W

Great place to relax and unwind!
This is a beautiful condo, located on an equally beautiful beach. The check in and checkout process was easy. Communication was top notch. We loved the quiet and laid back feel of the area. Not built up or touristy- just perfect for relaxation. The ONLY downside we found (and this is our own personal preference) was the number of people smoking cigarettes at the pool. At one point, a mom moved away from her kids to smoke (good), and came and sat next to us (no thanks). Later on, each table was filled with someone smoking. We’re just not used to that and prefer not to deal with second hand smoke. A few smokers on the beach didn’t bother us as much. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great place to stay at an affordable price!
The realty company was great with communication and very pleasant to work with. The property was well take care of and met all of our needs. Very pleased with the location. Would be nice if this building had an elevator as trips up and down the stairs with a lot of luggage was a bit of a struggle. All things considered, will stay here again.

This property was everything we expected. Very nice and clean with a beautiful view. Had a 3rd floor room and wish there was a elevator. We will definitely be back.
