Tranquility 310 - Frente del Golfo - Playa Seacrest

Seacrest Beach, ubicada en la Scenic Highway 30A, es una comunidad de playa muy tranquila y poco concurrida donde puedes relajarte, leer un libro, escuchar las olas, construir un castillo de arena, volar una cometa o dar largos paseos por la hermosa arena blanca.

La Unidad de Tranquilidad 310 se encuentra en lo alto de un acantilado de dunas de arena para disfrutar de hermosas vistas desde el balcón y la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal con ventanas de piso a techo, perfectas para observar delfines. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño completo y su propia televisión de pantalla plana. El baño principal tiene bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada.

Nuestro condominio está a 1. 5 millas de Rosemary Beach (una caminata fácil en la playa o en bicicleta para el almuerzo, compras en boutiques, spa, tenis o una cena), además de Camp Creek Golf, Deer Lake State Park, Alys Beach, Seagrove y Seaside está a un corto trayecto en bicicleta para ofrecer amplias opciones gastronómicas y de entretenimiento. Sal por la puerta del condominio y súbete a las 20 millas de camino pavimentado para correr, caminar o andar en bicicleta todo el largo de 30A.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The location is great and the place is very quiet. The only snag we ran into was the listing says additional parking across the street, not that you can only have one car park across the street, so with three couples staying, we had to figure out parking for the week. Just to keep in mind if you are traveling with more than two cars. Other than that everything was great, clean, and the management company checked in and responded quickly.

Great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent, the apartment had everything in the kitchen, and the benchmark was great with what we requested.Cleaning we pay a cleaning fee, right?!?The dust was all over; the floors were not well taken care of; blinds you could see the dust through the sunlights. I would suggest that needs to be paid more attention to this matter.

Only complaint were no tv remote in master, had to run through tv channels to reset in living room. Maybe a tv help guide would be nice. Gnats are an issue. Probably coming from sink drains.

Fall Break Trip

Overall we were satisfied with our experience. A few things of note: the description states Alys is a 3 min walk. It’s almost a mile away, so not long but certainly longer than 3 minutes. Description also states parking for one car and additional parking across the street. However, the additional parking only includes one car and that is not noted in the description. When I asked for additional information, they really couldn’t tell me anything. That was frustrating, especially since the units were not full, so there was more than enough parking for multiple cars. We did arrive early and our unit had already been cleaned, so they did let us in about an hour early, which was great customer service.

In regards to the distance; what we provide is an approximation and varies depending on how fast you walk/drive. We also apologize for the inconvenience faced with parking. Please note that whilst the units were empty, we do not manage all units at the complex and the HOA strictly enforces the parking rules. We recommend Southern Self Storage for overflow/additional parking. We are happy to hear that you got an early check-in. This is offered to all our guests free of charge; once the unit is ready prior to 4pm. A vacation ruined

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was 310 Tranquility. Unit itself was nice, clean, updated, ocean view. However our stay was ruined by the total incompetence of Benchmark. We were not told BEFORE arrival that the building was being REROOFED. Large noisy crane, hammering, debris falling on cars, dumpsters blocking parking. Benchmark hard to reach, unresponsive, nothing but excuses. Will never rent from Benchmark again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in unit 310 for a Mother’s Day girl’s weekend. The unit was clean & the view of the beach was great. However, the building is old & the elevators and outside stairwells were dirty & not up to the standard that we like in a rental unit. We avoided touching anything which is hard to do when unloading. The additional parking across the street had no lights at night & crossing 30A at night was dangerous. The beach itself was beautiful but I would not stay at this complex again. It is in the need of a little TLC. We were there during roof construction & debris was left outside our entry door every day.

The only issue I found which was when I needed someone to move their car out of my spot your business assumed it was my job to do so. They said they would let me know when it was fixed. I ended up doing the work to get it done. None ever contacted me.I texted them back letting them know I took care of it. They said great. That was not very professional. All in all a great location and stay:)

Frustrating property management experience

Nice place, comfortable, and on the beach. The property management service is the reason I won’t return. Was told I could check in the day before if I wanted to pay for another night, that the location was ready. We weren’t arriving until the next day so I declined but was interested in early check in. They said for $65 I could check in at 1. When I asked for that the next day they said they needed to have the location inspected first. When I arrived at 9am I called to request the door code for early check in at 1pm, I was at the location waiting as I had my elderly parents with me and they were worn out from flying. They said they needed someone to come by and check the unit. No one ever came by the unit to check. Tried to call and no one would answer. At 2 I get a text saying It was ready (no one had came by as I was sitting out side of the unit.) they charged my card but didn’t give me a code to enter. No response via text or answering the phone until almost 3:30. 30 minutes before regular check in. They charged me for the 1pm check in for 30 minutes of extra time. The keypad worked on and off the whole trip. So much trouble getting it to work. Leaving us stranded a lot. The house is well taken care of, the location is convenient to the beach, beautiful views. Pool was nice to have as well. If you have a car and don’t mind driving to lunch and dinner it’s an ok location. But we like to walk to dinner. It was a little far for that. Nothing within walking distance.

On the other hand, we do apologize that you did not have a seamless check in process; but as explained via text, although we made the offer for you to come in a day early at a discounted rate; the units are inspected on the day of arrival as such seeing as you declined coming a day early; the unit would not be inspected until the actual day. As such the early check-in for the actual arrival date was still not a guarantee as the unit would need to be inspected first. We do apologize for the delay in our response to you via text; but our system does show that we assisted via phone call and then sent a follow-up text to find out how you were settling in. In regards to the malfunctioning key pad, we do apologize for the inconvenience this caused during your stay with us. Please note however that we received no reports of this until the day of your departure. Had this been reported to us; we would have happily sent our maintenance team by to make the necessary checks. Despite this issue being reported on the day of departure; we thank you for bringing it to our attention. We reported it to the relevant parties and will be making the necessary checks to ensure that this is not an issue for future stays. Despite the check-in process, we are happy to hear that you loved the amenity of the pool and the view, and that you found the location convenient. Please note however that the HOA of the complex is in charge of the items listed. We will reach out to them so they can make the necessary checks and to ensure these will not be issues for future stays. We will also reach out to the relevant parties regarding the street lights. In regards to construction; we are sorry to hear that the atmosphere was not the best while you were here. Truthfully, almost the entire 30A is undergoing construction and this is not something that we compensate for. We understand this may come as an inconvenience since we do not manage the work going on around our properties and there is nothing much we can do. Usually, if we are made aware of neighboring construction that will affect our guests majorly, we would notify them before arrival and/or provide alternative options. Clean unit and great location - walking distance to Alys Beach but too far to walk to Rosemary Beach. Walk from building to beach was very easy. Only 2 problems with stay - 1) middle bedroom mattresses were TERRIBLE - they seemed cheap; they were very noisy and every time you moved, they made noise so sleeping in that room was very difficult; 2) We had a difficult time finding beach service company for chairs and umbrellas. An employee from Benchmark gave me name of company that didn't service the condo and I called 2-3 other companies with no luck. When I called Benchmark again, a different employee gave me name of correct beach service and a phone number. But beach service never answers phone or returns phone calls. I finally found their website on my own to make reservations. I expect management company to be more helpful with that information.

Fantastic getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and beach views for 310 Tranquility are excellent. The condo is spacious with 3 bdrms and baths. The deck furniture needs updating and the sliding door to the deck definitely needs work. However, we would not hesitate to rent the unit again.

Would Rent Again

This unit worked out great for our group. We were a little leery as previous reviews were not glowing. But we found that the bedding had been updated and the unit's kitchen was very well stocked. We would rent this unit again!
