Pasa tus días relajándote en Emerald Isle en la mejor playa de la costa de Carolina y disfruta de las puestas de sol desde nuestra terraza con vistas al océano desde esta casa de la cuarta fila en un lote alto. Nuestra casa, en la impresionante área de Coast Guard Road, se encuentra a pocos pasos del acceso a la playa. Puede tener los dedos de los pies en la arena en menos tiempo del necesario para leer este párrafo.

El espacio
Dancing Barefoot tiene un diseño tradicional de planta inversa de casa de playa y se ofrece como con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños en un lote arbolado en uno de los vecindarios más deseables en los Outer Banks del Sur. La sala de estar / comedor / cocina abierta tiene vistas en 3 lados y las ventanas proporcionan mucha luz natural.

La cubierta superior de la sala de estar tiene fantásticas vistas al océano y nuestros robles vivos brindan privacidad a los vecinos en la cubierta inferior, afuera de las habitaciones. Muchos días incluso podrás ver grupos de delfines jugando en el océano. Hay muy pocos alquileres de vacaciones en nuestra calle, lo que permite una playa vacía, incluso en las semanas más ocupadas del verano.

La playa aquí en Emerald Isle fue votada como la mejor playa de Carolina del Norte por la encuesta de playa de USA Today 2018 y nuestra área aparece con frecuencia en los programas de caza de casas centrados en la playa de HGTV. Muy cerca se encuentran el sendero para bicicletas Emerald Isle, el mercado de vinos Emerald Isle, Publix, Food Lion, el muelle de pesca Bogue Inlet, una tienda de cerveceros y varios restaurantes deliciosos.

Annual Emerald Isle vacation

We visit Emerald aisle every year and by far our stay at this property has been the most comfortable. The house is close to the beach and has amazing ocean views. We will be back and thank you so much for making our stay the best ever.

Fantastic Family House

Love the third floor kitchen and porch/eating area w a view of the ocean. Great location w excellent shade from surrounding trees! Does not have a hot tub as listed and the grill did not work, but otherwise LOVED our time here!

Gorgeous Emerald Isle stay

We had a wonderful stay here! The property was exactly as described. We were thrilled with the games in the living room during our one rainy afternoon. The beach was so close - which meant we enjoyed impromptu walks with zero planning, as well as entire days on the beach with all the gear. Thank you for a great start to the summer!

Place was as advertised and even nicer/cleaner and more organized in person. Proximity to beach is accurate as is the lovely view from heff red upper deck. short drive to activities/ places in town and nearby. Beds are super comfy. Outdoor shower is awesome. Shaded driveway a great plus in summer. And Kelly was quick to respond to my texts while there. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Emerald Isle.

Emerald Isle at its Finest

There is so much to love about this perfectly situated, nicely decorated, well stocked, and comfortable beach home. The property is lovely inside and out. We loved the trees surrounding the home that provided beauty, privacy, and shade on the lower deck and back yard. The porch on the upper main living area has expansive ocean views. You get to experience the sound of the waves crashing and to enjoy the birds contributing their songs. It doesn’t get much better! We loved Dancing Barefoot’s location near the point and found the street and neighborhood to be highly desirable. Lastly I must add that it was a pleasure corresponding with the owner Kelly Stout who was always thorough, kind, and responsive in a timely manner in addressing my questions concerning her property and Emerald Isle in general. Thank you Kelly for insuring that our stay was top notch!

Hidden Gem

My husband and I stayed here for a four-night mini vacation. This property has everything you’ll need, to include a view of the ocean from the top deck, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large gas grill on the back deck. Check-in was very easy and communication with the owner was great—she was very quick to respond to our questions. We also found it very convenient to plug our fire stick into their hub to watch our own streaming services. We really enjoyed our stay at this property!

Really awesome stay - will return!

We stayed for two weeks at Dancing Barefoot, and it was a wonderful experience! Location is absolute best, the house iself is in excellent shape, it had everything we ever needed during our vacation (Weber gas grill!!!), and we very much appreciated the host's great communication. A true five star experience!

Property was very clean, view of the ocean was spectacular! Sitting on the deck and enjoying the view while eating a meal was so peaceful and relaxing. Able to make meals easily with supplied kitchen tools and dishware. Would highly recommend a stay at Dancing Barefoot and can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful and great location!!

My husband and I stayed here with our three kiddos for a family wedding in town. The place is gorgeous and clean. We loved being able to see the ocean from the property and easily access the beach. It is a great set up for families, as the bedrooms are all on one level. Our host has thought of everything and never did we have to look far for what we needed. All appliances worked well and with three young kids, we especially appreciated the laundry machines! This property has function, convenience, and beauty. Our family was relaxed and comfortable during our stay. So comfortable that our four year old said he never ever wanted to leave! Thank you!

I highly recommend this property. The location is amazing, private and a quick easy walk to the beach. The home was very clean and cozy. It had all of the amenities you could need plus more. The upstairs living area provided ample seating and a beautiful view you could enjoy from inside or relaxing on deck. I rented the home with friends but would definitely rent again with my husband and children if I were to ever vacation in the area (we were there for a wedding). Kelly was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. When you walked in the home it felt like we were staying at a family members home rather than a rental.

Perfect Emerald Isle Getaway

We loved our stay at Dancing Barefoot! Working with Kelly was a breeze - she quickly answered questions and we got all the info we needed on time. The house is very comfortable with the bedrooms downstairs and the open living area upstairs. We enjoyed the deck and loved the way it's nestled in the Live Oaks - it feels woodsy and private. I even saw a deer one night when I was grilling dinner! It's an easy walk straight down to the beach from the house. We really enjoyed being on the end of the island - it's a bit quieter and we didn't have to deal with as much traffic getting on/off the island. Publix is close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. One thing I really appreciate is when a host has all the little things you need... like TP, salt and pepper, foil, paper towels, and soaps. We had a nice getaway and look forward to coming back sometime!

Great property & location

The beach house was about the cleanest property we’ve stayed at! Sufficient towels, toilet paper, comfortable accommodations & fully equipped kitchen! The deck is great for morning coffee and listen to waves! The beach is literally a 2 mns walk, grocery store, ice and restaurant are around the corner. Communication with owner was excellent and she was a great hostess! We saw a pod of dolphin on our last evening!

Perfect getaway during stressful times!

Everything about this was perfect! The house was beautiful and the perfect size! The walk to the beach was super short and the beach itself was not crowded at all! We went during COVID-19 so being on a non-crowded beach was truly perfect. We also had many worries and questions leading up to our travel dates. With the whirlwind of changes happening across the world, and traveling with a high risk person, we wanted to ensure going to the beach was the right move. Kelly was absolutely amazing! She was able to answer all of my questions with a quick turnaround time and let us know her home was safe for us. All in all, it was a great place and a very relaxing week! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking in the area and I will definitely remember this place for a future stay!

Cozy beach house for our family of 5

We had a great stay and would consider Dancing Barefoot again. The owners are very friendly and communicate all you need to know. The location is perfect: quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close enough to the beach to avoid post-beach time meltdowns, across the street from a small park as well as biking distance from The Point where we found sunset views and a plethora of shells. The house was clean and well stocked with linens, soaps, games & books. An outdoor shower area, large storage shed nice and grill are assets that we used a lot during our stay. I would recommend bringing your own knives and cast iron skillet if you plan to cook a lot.

Quick stay at a perfect location!

The house was very clean! And stocked with what was needed. The location was just minutes from the beach and walking barefoot there was a luxury. The process for renting was easy and we felt welcomed. It was just what we needed for a couple of days at Emerald Isle!!

We LOVED Dancing Barefoot!

Beautiful cottage. Awesome porch with ocean views. Extremely comfortable, tidy and clean. Location was perfect and extremely easy to access the beach. Loved the privacy of the property surrounded by Live Oaks and Myrtles. Perfect beach getaway.
