Si usted está buscando para unas vacaciones relajantes, nuestro apartamento soleado es la propiedad perfecta de vacaciones para usted.

Se encuentra a 10 minutos de la playa y muy cerca de restaurantes y bares que rodean la bahía de la pintoresca localidad. Esta propiedad se encuentra en el tercer piso y se sirve con un ascensor.

Cerca del apartamento hay varias tiendas; como supermercados, el carnicero, confitería e incluso una farmacia. También hay un mini-mercado (100 metro de distancia), que está abierto hasta tarde por la noche.

El apartamento tiene tres dormitorios y tiene capacidad para hasta 5 personas.
Dormitorio principal con una cama de matrimonio y cuarto de baño.
Segundo dormitorio con una cama doble. Estas dos habitaciones tienen aire-condiciones y ventiladores de techo.
Tercer dormitorio tiene una cama individual y un balcón con muebles de exterior que goza de impresionantes vistas al mar. Este balcón es perfecto para cenar al aire libre tarde por las noches, o mejor, de desayunar mientras disfruta de las magníficas vistas de la salida del sol sobre el sol besó olas.

El baño es muy amplio y lujoso acabado con un baño. También se puede encontrar una lavadora y secadora de cabello.

Cocina combina con comedor y sala de estar: La cocina está totalmente equipada con horno, frigorífico, microondas, tostadora, cafetera y hervidor eléctrico. También está bien abastecido con ollas y sartenes, vasos y tazas, platos y cubiertos de comedor.

La sala de estar es demasiado con televisión por cable (32 pulgadas LCD TV) con varios canales, Internet inalámbrico, teléfono con llamadas locales gratuitas y aire acondicionado sofá. El salón tiene un balcón con muebles de exterior también.
Otras características que complementan nuestro apartamento: zona de secado (en la terraza), espejos de cuerpo entero, plancha y tabla de planchar.

SERVICIOS GRATUITOS: paquete de bienvenida gratuito (vino, leche, agua, pan maltés y queso para untar, té, café, azúcar y otras delicias de Malta), dos adaptadores eléctricos, toallas de playa, toallas y ropa de cama, soporte 24/7 gratuito de llamada y cuna bajo pedido.

Excellent Malta location

The property is excellent, very roomy with modern furniture. The balcony was used all the time to catch the afternoon sun. The property owners provided a welcome pack that was used immediately because we didn’t arrive until after 9.00pm. Nothing was too much for the owners, first class.

March in malta

Joesph,s apartment is absolutely supurb. Every thing you need for your stay is supplied ie. towels, cooking utensils and we were left a lovely welcoming hamper. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport and nothing is to much trouble for Joseph. Marsaskala is a lovely harbour town with plenty places to eat, but if you want to travel farther afield the bus stop is not far away and only €4.5 for 3 people to travel. I would highly recommend this property but if you struggle walking it is on the top of a hill.

Fantastic!

We stayed in Joseph's house for 3 days. Before that, we stayed in other 2 appartments in Malta and Gozo and I can say for sure that Joseph's house it's the best one! The appartment has everything you need and more and the most important thing, it was cleaner than many others appartments I have ever stayed in my travels with my girlfriend. Joseph it's an excellent person and it was so kind to wait for us the first day when we arrived very late. The other nice detail is that you will have everything you need to prepare your breakfast: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, butter, milk, bread.. and for the last, one bottle of delicious rose wine to take in one of two big terraces of the appartment. Really great appartment and for sure, if I will come back, I already know which appartment I will choose. Thank you again Joseph!

Schöner Urlaub

Uns hat der aufenthalt in Josephs Appartament gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zum Strand (Felsenküste) St. Thomas Bay kann man zu Fuß laufen. Klimaanlage und wifi funktionierten einwandfrei. Alles in allem waren eir wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Lediglich der schwache Wasserdruck und die nicht so bequemen Matrazen sind zu erwähnen. Ganz toll war der Empfang. Joseph holte uns vom Flughafen ab, gab uns viele gute Tipps für unserrn Aufenthalt auf Malta und hat uns sogar morgens in aller Frühe (Flieger ging um 7 Uhr!) zum Flughafen gebracht. Nochmal vielen herzlichen Dank!

Sehr große Wohnung und sehr freundliche Vermieter

Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unterstützen gerne jeden Wunsch. Sind gut erreichbar und geben viele Tipps. Transfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Viel Platz in allen Räumen. Klimanlage hat gut als Heizung funktioniert. War notwendig, da im Februar die Nächte noch sehr kühl sind und die Wohnung sich ohne Heizung feucht anfühlt. Internet lief gut. Wir haben auf der Straße immer einen Parkplatz gefunden, mussten aber meistens ein paar Minuten suchen.

De eigenaren van het appartement zijn zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Goed verzorgd en grote appartement op de 3e verdieping met lift. We werden door de eigenaren en hun dochter hartelijk ontvangen. Ze gaven veel informatie over wat er te doen of te zien is in de omgeving. We kregen ook een mandje met een fles wijn, flessen water, koekjes en brood. Zeer gastvrij dus. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Zeer aan te bevelen. Alleen parkeren op de straat niet altijd mogelijk maar in de omgeving is zeker wel een parkeerplaats te vinden.

Drei wunderschöne Tage

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende auf Malta und haben drei wunderschöne Tage gehabt. Die Unterkunft war bestens. Alles hat gepasst. Unser Vermieter Joseph hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Selbst für unseren sonntäglichen Bootsausflug ab Buggiba stand morgens pünktlich für den Transfer zur Stelle. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Fitst vacation without parents

This was our first vacation without parents and we definitly want to return here. The appartment was very neat and whenever we came back it was with a large smile in our faces. Joseph and Censina were very kind to us and helped us whenever we needed. We had an amazing vacation.

L'appartement est très bien, très propre et fonctionnel. La clim est très appréciable. Joseph est prévenant et se préoccupe régulièrement de ses locataires. A notre arrivée, il nous a conseillés sur les transports, les sites à visiter.... Merci encore Je recommande ce logement

Tolle Wohnung, sehr netter Vermieter

Unser Aufenthalt in Josephs Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig, sie entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Besonders wichtig war während unseres Aufenthalts die Klimaanlage, die bei Außentemperaturen von bis zu 36 Grad gute Dienste geleistet hat. Bei der Ankunft stand schon ein Willkommenskorb mit allen wichtigen Lebensmitteln (Wasser, 1 Flasche Wein, Toast, Butter...) bereit. Joseph war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei der Fahrt zur Wohnung hat er uns schon viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Auch war er jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, Supermarkt (bis 22 Uhr geöffnet!) und Bushaltestelle in 1 Minute erreichbar. Zu dem kleinen Strand und den Restaurants mussten wir ca. 10 - 15 Min. gehen. Da das Busnetz sehr gut ausgebaut ist, kann man sich kostengünstig alles auf der Insel anschauen. Allerdings sollte man sich hierbei manchmal auf Wartezeiten einstellen. Am Abreisetag hat uns Joseph zum Flughafen gefahren, auch das war super . Vielen Dank nochmal an Joseph für den schönen Aufenthalt in seiner Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Enjoyable holidays

We had an enjoyable stay in the flat offered by Joseph Curmi. The flat had a attractive interior and was equipped with everything we need. A real advantage is also a very short way from the flat to the next supermarket. I like to thank Josef for his kind support. He always offered help and organized the transportation from and to the airport. Finally a stay in the flat could definitively be recommended.

Top Familienurlaub

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und ein Säugling) waren neun Tage zu Gast bei Joseph. Joseph wartete schon am Flughafen auf uns, in seinem überraschend geräumigem Auto fand alles Platz (sehr große Reisetasche, 85l Wanderrucksack, ein Kinderwagen(zweiteilig), ein Buggy und zwei Rucksäcke). Als erstes machte Joseph mit uns eine kleine Rundfahrt durch Maraskala und zeigte uns relevante Orte und Fixpunkte zur besseren Orientierung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und in einem guten Zustand. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern. 👍 Es ist wirklich alles da was man zum leben braucht. Hand-/Dusch-/Strandtücher sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, ebenso wie Extradecken usw. Joseph ist sehr zuvorkommend, er hat ein Willkommenspaket mit Wasser, Milch, Brot, Butter, Wein und kleinen Snacks vorbereitet. Alle Sonderwünsche wie Kinderbett, Hochstuhl und sogar Sandspielzeug hat er organisiert. Danke nochmal an dieser Stelle 😊 Von der Wohnung ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen, diverse Späti's, Apotheke, Metzger, Fischladen, Bushaltestellen, kleiner Sandstrand, diverse Spielplätze usw. Joseph war jederzeit per Handy zu erreichen und hatte auch kein Problem damit uns Vormittags (unter der Woche) wieder zum Flughafen zu bringen. Alles in allem kann man die Wohnung, die Insel und nicht zuletzt Joseph einfach nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen dank für diesen mehr als gelungenen Aufenthalt👌👍

Modern apartment in a charming corner of real Malta

We have just spent 10 days in August at this apartment and really enjoyed our stay. It is more spacious than the photos look with high ceilings. The ceiling fans and a/c were essential for our stay in August, although not having a/c in the 3rd bedroom was a very minor negative (the ceiling fan and portable fan did well enough but some nights our daughter moved her mattress in with her brothers to benefit from their a/c!). The apartment is clean and modern and is generally well equipped with TV, wifi, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc. We cooked meals there some nights which was fine. The en suite off the master bedroom is a good plus, although that is the only walk-in shower (other than the shower attachment on the bath in the main bathroom). The balcony at the front was a nice option in the evening, especially when there was a breeze. The street was very quiet and seemed safe. We hired a car in Marsascala for 30 euros/day (Joe's car hire); parking availability was a bit hit and miss depending on what time we returned. Gozo ferry was an hour's drive. There is an excellent convenience store within 50 metres of the apartment which was very useful; accepting card payments. Probably the size of a Tesco Express in the UK so had all the things we needed (including a lot of British goods (marmite, Branston pickle etc) and good fresh bread and delicatessen . It may have been a bit more expensive than some of the Lidl's we saw round the island. There is great swimming less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment on the north side of St Thomas' Bay off a rocky beach which we snorkelled in most days and another 5 minutes beyond was another stretch of rocky beach with toilets and a cafe. We found the buses were great for getting around especially with their a/c which meant we could travel easily in the middle of the day (Valetta took 30 minutes and the bus stop was within 200 metres of the apartment). However, Marsascala was a nice place to enjoy in the evenings round the picturesque harbour with a good playground and range of restaurants and bars. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, modern apartment away from the main tourist areas in a town that gives you a bit more of 'real Malta' and that has good transport options we would definitely recommend it. Joseph and Censina were really welcoming and helpful and checked there were no problems during the week on Whatsapp.

Lovely property and amazing owners

Came across this property online as was looking for an appartment to stay in for a week as attending a wedding. The owners was more than accommodating and couldn't do more for us then expected. They helped pick us up from airport and took us back and if we needed anything just a simple WhatsApp to them. Shops location and walking distance. Had a really good time, would stay again as was affordable and good price for the week!! Property is large and spacious pictures do not do it justice. Most friends stayed in silema and st Julians so travelled by bus which is about 40 mins to valletta then 20 mins to other towns €2 per journey so not far. Average €23 by taxi direct The beach/bay st Thomas is walking distance and pleasant not too over crowded not the best on a windy day as you get dust blowing everywhere.

This was a spacious, comfortable property and very well equipped. It was beautifully maintained and well located for the harbour and shops. Joseph and Censona were very helpful and checked every couple of days to see if we were ok or if we needed anything. We would definitely visit again.

The property was even better than the pictures on the site which was a delightful surprise.

Took us a day or two to get our bearings as we had never been to Malta before, but soon realised that the holiday flat was very near, not only to the beach, but the harbour also. The property was very big and airy and immaculately clean with all the facilities you would need and more. The Wi-Fi never let us down and more than enough sockets to accommodate a ladies holiday ::)). There were lovely restaurants nearby for which you always received a very warm welcome from the Maltese people but equally the cooking facilities at the flat were so good that we did eat in one night and enjoyed sitting in the front balcony and relaxing. Overall would have no hesitation in recommending this flat in Marsaskala. Thank you Joseph for such a welcoming stay and knowing you would be available if anything did happen was a comforting thought.

Large apartment with friendly owners

This large apartment was suitable for our group of 4. The owners met us at the property in the late evening and had saved a parking space for our car which was helpful. They provided us with lots of information about what to see on the island and had a food welcome basket there for our breakfast which was a nice way to start our day. If you have a car, be prepared to drive awhile to find a space because the streets are very full and parking was hard to find, even in March before the tourist season begins.

We are a family of four - my wife, our two daughters and I. We all have a common great interest in travelling and experiencing diverse cultures and traditions.
When we book a holiday our main concern is to find a self catering - apartment which is close to places of interests and cater to our family needs. As soon as we step inside an apartment we can tell whether we made the right choice or not.
