LA CONDUCCIÓN ES UNA PENDIENTE INCLINADA, POR LAS PREOCUPACIONES DE SEGURIDAD, SOLO EL COCHE DE CONDUCCIÓN DE 4 RUEDAS PERMITE CONDUCIR HACIA ABAJO.

Diseñado y reconstruido por el propietario. Nueva cabaña de lujo de dos pisos de 4 + 2 habitaciones frente al mar en Parry Sound. El edificio principal tiene una vista espectacular del lago y el amanecer con grandes ventanales alrededor de la cabaña. Esta hermosa casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones que duermen 8 en total, con 3 baños. Casa de invitados más trasera con 2 dormitorios con capacidad para 4 personas, sin baño. Todas las camas están listas con sábanas y sábanas limpias. También cuenta con una lavadora y secadora de ropa para estadías extra largas, no se suministra detergente.

La planta baja es un gran espacio abierto (sala de estar, cocina y mesa de comedor) para acomodar a todos con chimenea y pantalla plana con reproductores de CD y conexión Wi-Fi disponible. Fuera de la cabaña tiene una gran terraza de madera con una parrilla de barbacoa de gas.

Acceso completo y sin restricciones al agua a través de un gran muelle, que puede acomodar varios tipos de embarcaciones y es ideal para nadar en el agua. Gran lago para pescar en aguas abiertas.

Cottage cuenta con una hermosa fogata al aire libre con vista al lago que puede acomodar a todos los huéspedes a la vez. Está protegido por todos lados para mayor privacidad con árboles y arbustos, cerca de madera alrededor del 70% de la propiedad.

Booking with Owner thru VRBO was very efficient . Property views beautiful. Do not drive down driveway if you don’t have AWD//4WD. Park at top. Owners equipped the property with necessary kitchen supplies. Had a lovely vacation

Fantastic cottage on beautiful lake

My family and I had a great time at this cottage! Very little negative to say about it. It was a really pretty location. The lake was exactly what we wanted. It's a smaller lake but big enough to explore. There's a cool waterfall kind of thing near by that we found. The outdoor amenities provided were great too. We had enough for everyone to get out on the water. The cottage itself was super nice. It had definitely just been redone. The only 2 things that I think could be improved were the king bed mattress. If you like VERY firm then it's for you. The other beds are really comfortable though. My other complaint is that there wasn't a coffee table. Or at least the coffee table was being used for TV stuff (DVD player etc) and it would have been difficulty to unplug and move it. It would have been nice to have a spot for drinks and snacks. Those 2 are small complaints, given everything else was pretty well perfect. The kitchen is nicer than the one at my own home! All in all I would absolutely recommend this cottage. It was perfect for the 5 of us who are all in our 30s. I could see it being great for friends, families etc.

Scenic Cottage

View from the property was exceptionally beautiful, both the lake view and the river view. Cottage itself was modern and spacious, so a good vacation experience to be sure. Swimming off dock was shallow for a bit, and rocky, so recommend water shoes. We had a wonderful time.

Great location! Spacious property all brand new. Really enjoyed having kayaks and paddle boards available and that we had access to both lake and the river. Thank you!

Beautiful spot but lacking much for cost

It was a beautiful spot on the water, lots of bedrooms BUT the master bedroom mattress was so hard didn’t get much sleep all week. The kitchen was lacking lots of glasses, frying pans, utensils…felt like we were constantly washing dishes even though the dishwasher wasn’t full. Not enough comfortable seating in living room, huge deck with no comfortable patio furniture and nothing around fire pit….maybe be nice to have some muskoka chairs. Ad stated that there are 4 canoes but are kayaks, has a boat launch 500 metres away and a beach a few minutes drive away but couldn’t find it and not given an address. Loved sitting on the dock every morning drinking coffee and having lots of bedrooms so everyone could have there own bed. If your after lots of room, this is the cottage for you but not if your after being comfortable to relax.

I am really sorry that you did not enjoy the cottage to the fullest. However, there is a spare mattress in the smaller cabin that is a lot softer than the master bedroom mattress. Nonetheless, I am sorry that the mattress was not to your liking. As for the kitchen utensils and , I have provided more than enough for 8 people. I'm also not exactly sure what you wanted about the comfortable seating in the living room. We have 3 couches in the living room and there are 8 chairs from the dining room that can be easily moved too. There are also a table on the deck with a couple of chairs. I designed it this way to allow more room to play basketball, but I do understand that you may have not liked it. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding about the kayaks, I have changed that already. I have given the location of the beach, both in our messages and also there is a map inside the cottage for the beach location. With that said, I wish you had contacted me during your stay as I would have responded asap and made your stay much more enjoyable. Even so, I am very happy that you provided me with lots of feedback. I'm constantly improving the cottage with more additions, as I have now added large logs around the firepit thanks to your suggestion.

Relaxing cottage vacation

We had a relaxing week at this wonderful cottage. Location is great with beautiful views of the lake and the little waterfall on the other side. It was nice listening to the sound of the little waterfall at night. Our teenage boys loved playing basketball on the deck and kayaking the two rivers that connect to the lake. We did a lot of hiking, we loved the nearby little beach Owen recommended. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable for our two families. We very much appreciated the drinking water graciously provided by the owner. Thank you Owen for your responsiveness and hospitality.
