Nueva casa de lujo en 150 'playa natural

Bienvenido a la gran inauguración de Shale Beach, una casa nueva que tiene todas las características que deseas. No se necesitan pasos para ingresar a la casa y solo cinco pasos lo llevarán a una amplia playa natural plana.

La casa cuenta con techos de 9 ', techos altos, chimenea de gas y una parrilla de gas incorporada en un amplio porche cubierto. En las noches frías, aprovecha los calentadores integrados en el porche o caliéntate junto a la fogata en el patio de la playa.

Las ventanas extragrandes brindan mucha luz natural e impresionantes vistas al lago. La cocina gourmet cuenta con horno, estufa con campana, lavavajillas, microondas y dos refrigeradores.

Cinco amplias habitaciones, incluidas dos master suites, ofrecen un amplio espacio para que todos puedan disfrutar. Las habitaciones incluirán al menos dos camas king y dos camas queen, cada una con un colchón de calidad hotelera.

This lake house had everything we needed and more! So much space, 2 laundry machines, a full kitchen, it was great! It did get a bit buggy outside and inside the house at night time but that’s to be expected. I would say to remember to bring shampoo and soaps as those were not provided. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

Everyone in my party was extremely impressed by this house. Beautiful inside and out with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Bedrooms were all big with bathrooms for each. The views of the lake from the spacious deck were amazing. Really enjoyed the fire pit as well. We could not have picked a better house. Can’t recommend it enough.

Family Vacation

This is a wonderful house. The kitchen is well stocked. Two refrigerators were a bonus! Lots of water toys were enjoyed the entire week. I would have given this house 5 stars but there was an issue with the smoke detectors. The issue was resolved but we had 3 nights of interrupted sleep.

We had a wonderful week at this home with all of our family and friends. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with all of our needs. Our only thought would be a bigger dock for a large group, it was rather small for all of us. We all enjoyed the windows overlooking the lake in all of the bedrooms. We used and enjoyed the water toys too. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

We take a family vacation every other year. This was the only vacation home that we would spend another week at in the future. Watching the sunrise from the incredible porch was like a post card. The location is great. A few minutes from town. A few minutes from the wineries. The supplied lake toys were a big hit . Hours of enjoyment on the lake.

Perfect Fall Getaway

This was our first trip to Keuka in the fall and it did not disappoint. The house was wonderful and gave us plenty of space. All of the bedrooms face the lake and there are enough bathrooms for everyone. The porch was wonderful and the paddleboat and hot tub were new to us and really added a fun element to the trip. Proximity to Hammondsport was super convenient. If you have a big group and you want everyone to be comfortable and not on top of each other, this is the place for you. Owner communication was top-notch.

The instant you walk in the front door you’ll see the expansive view of beautiful Keuka Lake through the large back windows. You’ll want to eat every meal at long table and get up each morning to watch the sunrise from the comfy sectional - both on the expansive back porch. Every evening we gazed at the millions of stars visible while sitting around the fire pit or in the jaccuzzi. Simply stunning views from every room and the back porch. Truly a great Finger lakes experience!

Perfect lakeside

This is the perfect lakeside location! Water was terrific. There is a nice shallow area that was perfect for little kids. The house was equipped with kayaks, a pedal boat, and life jackets, that were all so much fun for big kids and grown ups. Inside was spotless and well equipped. A million bathrooms and tons of space for everyone. We would like to stay again!

Beautiful spot in the Fingers Lakes

Kids in the water ALL the time. Wear water shoes; Zebra mussels will cut your feet without them. WIFI is good. Very quiet. Plenty of hot water. SUNSCREEN! Didn't notice mosquitoes. We had 11 in the house, plenty of room. Good place for families.

Great Place!

Beautiful house situated right on the water. There were a lot of water toys available so we didn't have to deal with any side rentals of equipment. And the AC worked well during the fluke heat wave!

Awesome Hammondsport Getaway

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Property has tons of space, bedding options and bathrooms to match, not something you find in many rentals there. Easy access to property, drive down and parking directly in front of house for easy loading/unloading. The huge back porch was the star of the show. We spent almost all our time out there. The outdoor heating proved very handy given it was a little cool in the mornings and evenings, despite it being July. Lots of fun water toys provided. Throw in the hot tub, fire pit and dining table and you rarely had to go inside. Dock was not substantial enough or far enough out to support having our pontoon there all week but we contracted for a slip at the local marina and were able to drop off and pick up passengers at the house and tie off for a bit during the day. Highly recommend this property!

Relaxing Lakeside Getaway

First time visiting the finger lakes and it was all we hoped for. We loved our stay, beautiful house, beautiful view, and peaceful. We loved all the amenities inside and out. I highly recommend this home me to others.

Fall Getaway

David was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. My only suggestion would be to put up blinds in the dining room and living room. The morning sun was very bright. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Hi. I grew up in Rochester and visited Keuka lake as a kid every summer for many years. For 10 years, I had been re-experiencing my love of the lake from the perspective of a father of three kids by renting various homes around Keuka lake. For those 10 years we looked for a home to buy but could never find what we were looking for: flat lot without steps, natural shale beach where you can walk right into the water (no sea wall), huge waterfront with privacy from neighbors, and large comfortable home with plenty of bathrooms and modern conveniences (such as dishwashers and air conditioning). So when an undeveloped lot became available, we decided to use our experience building high-end homes in Maryland to build the perfect lake house. We hope you love it as much as we do!

It is an amazing lot for all of the reasons I stated above. Our goal was to build a home that is open, comfortable, elegant and full of modern conveniences. Details include 9 foot ceilings, 7 foot doorways, huge picture windows, huge front porch, solid cherry kitchen, high quality tile and countertops, lots of bathrooms, two refrigerators, dishwasher, wi-fi, large outdoor grill, two sets of washer/dryers, air conditioning, etc.

The home is a short drive to Hammondsport, a great little town with great shopping and restaurants. It is also a short drive to some great wineries, such as Heron Hill, Bully Hill, Dr. Frank and many others.
