¡Bienvenido a Mayan Princess # 201 en Mustang Island! Ubicado en 7477 State Highway 361, Port Aransas, TX 78373. Este es un hermoso condominio completamente renovado de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños con un toque contemporáneo, equipado con todas las comodidades. Precioso azulejo en todo. Cama King en el dormitorio principal con colchón recién reemplazado. Condo duerme siete en total. Litera triple en la segunda habitación adecuada para niños o adultos (pero no para adultos altos). Sofá cama extraíble en la sala de estar con capacidad para dos más; Tiene colchón Milliard nuevo. Baños remodelados, completamente separados de los dormitorios. Cocina remodelada con encimeras de granito. Aire acondicionado central. Entrada privada en el extremo del edificio, se accede por pasos desde el estacionamiento. (Tenga en cuenta que si bien esto le da su propia entrada privada, no tenemos acceso para sillas de ruedas). La unidad es muy tranquila y se siente bastante separada del resto del edificio. Wonderful condo, clean, spacious. Definitely will book agsin check in people failef to tell us the condo had a separate, private entrance so we lugged our luggage up n down every hallway trying to find the condo. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay.

Nice property.

First of all, i would say that the property is nice and access to the beach is great. On the cleaning of the property, I am not sure if thorough cleaning was done after the previous renter checked out because in the patio, there was still an unused tortilla left in the outside table/chair. Also, there should be an extra comforter/blanket especially for the sofabed. My two teenager sons end-up just using the extra bed sheets as their blanket which is not always OK for most people. But since boys will be boys, they are fine with it. Overall, the place is nice and fully furnished.

Nice beach & condo

This condo had everything we needed for our getaway. The only surprise was the second bedroom did not have a bunk bed- only a queen. I imagine this might be preferred by most, but my 9 yo was a little bummed. That said, she enjoyed the sofa pullout. Everything else was as pictured and described. The private entrance was nice, but if we were to return, we’d probably get a unit closer to the beach/pool. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay, the staff were wonderful, and the beach/pool were not terribly crowded.

Did not like having to carry luggage and food and drinks up a ramp and two flights of stairs. did not like the lack of privacy on the balcony..literally like setting in an outdoor community Dine in. Did not like having to travel 10 miles to the nearest source of food and entertainment. Did not like that the pool bar was not in service. we were actually told we could use it if we wanted to stock it and serve ourselves We did not like that we had to haul our trash to the dumpster when we are being charged for cleaning services. Suggestion: Invest in a Restaurant and Bar " On site" Holiday in has more for way less

Very clean and as described in pics! We had a ton of fun! Can’t wait to stay again! Only thing I would have liked to see is some salt and pepper and basic spices in the kitchen.

Pictures make it look nicer than it is

Not comforting when you walk into a place that you paid a lot of money for and you find numerous dead/alive giant coach-roaches. Yuck Not sure when it was cleaned prior to us getting there. The kitchen chairs have huge rips in the leather along with the outside cushions. For a place that sleeps 7, there was one extra blanket and when there’s a pull out sofa you need bedding. The master bedroom was fine but the closet doors are off track and need repair. The second room is pretty run down and small. Again closet doors impossible to close easily in the room as well. The complex is quite old. Pool and walkway to beach was nice. Beach was clean with clearer water than expected and no seaweed not overcrowded It’s in the middle of Port Aransas and Corpus as far as distance to find food/gas. 10-15 mins either way. Overall not worth the price we paid. And think pictures make it look nicer/newer than it is.

Nice condo - not so nice facility

The condo itself was very nice and comfortable. The grounds are very run down and it really doesn't look like there's much upkeep done. The mosquitoes were really bad due to the big trash bins being located near the condo entrance. We did enjoy our time at the beach and the pool. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo.

Awesome condo

We loved our stay this past week. The condo had everything we could possibly need and more. It was very clean. The view from the balcony was awesome. The easy access to the condo was nice with close by parking and easy pool/beach access. The owners answered questions quickly. I couldn't have asked for more.

Homey and Beautiful Condo

We went at the beginning of June, the weather was great (warning small jellyfish in the Gulf), we have 2 kids 8 and 5. The condo was in a great location for a family, it was clean and had everything we could have needed. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly to any issues, though there were none on our vacation. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

A Weekend Getaway!

great location and great view.

Overall we were very happy. Condo is clean, well laid out and kept. View of the ocean is awesome! owners were always available when we had a question and even let us know we could have checked in early as the previous guest had left early. Everything we needed was there, even coffee AND creamer(not the powdered kind)! We did have an issue with getting the tv in bedroom to work and the button on the kitchen faucet got stuck, but other than that, good times. And I would say that while this unit does have a private entrance, it involves walking up a few stairs. So by the time I took all of our luggage up, needless to say I got a little of the exercise I need....lol. This is a great unit for a couple or a small family. Thanks for making it available!

the condo was lovely

from the moment we decided to stay at this condo, peter and catherine were there to answer any and all questions that we had. the condo was just as pictured and had everything we needed down to a fully equipped kitchen. we were totally relaxed and comfortable and loved being to able to take a short walk up the ramp to the beach. would definately love to stay here again. thanks so much for opening up your condo to us.

Great Island Location

First time to Port A so we were not sure what to expect but we loved our three week stay. The condo is wonderful. Nicely decorated and full of up-to-date amenities. We appreciated our own private entrance and that we could park close, unlike those staying in the rest of the building. The pools were nicely maintained and there is easy access to the beach. While it is about a six mile drive to Port A there is also an advantage to being away from town. We essentially had the beach to ourselves as we took our walks, only an occasional walker or fisherman. While Port A is small compared to some gulf destinations, it has plenty of restaurant choices and outdoor activities. We enjoyed our nature walks and birding activities: plenty of wildlife sighting areas around Port A or across on the ferry to see the whooping cranes. If it is a rainy or cool day then head to Corpus for their museums and aquarium. Following our stay in Port A we spent a few days In Orange Beach Alabama where there were 60,000 people on top of each other. We much preferred Port A and our stay in this condo

The condo is very neat and clean and has everything you need.The owners are very welcoming.

The week we were here there was not alot of people here so it was nice and quiet.I liked how the condo was on the end of the resort and was easy to get to from the parking lot.The resort had a nice walkway to access the beach.The view from the condo was facing the east over the gulf and the sunrises were just awesome.

Elegance and comfort combined!

My family of four spent a long weekend relaxing on the beach. What a comfortable condo with elegant decor and modern sophistication! Short drives to wonderful restaurants and the pools on the property were beautiful and sparkling. The layout of the condo is perfect for sleeping in even when the kids were up early!
