Great house, pled the of room. Area around house littered with trash. Septic tank overflowed. Slow response for repair of broken bed. Not fixed correctly and broke again. House was big and nice but that was the extent of the positive aspects. Appeared to be poorly managed.

As bad as bad can get.

Mold. Filth. Property wasn't cleaned at all. Septic tank alarm went off. Called the cabin company and the call was never returned. Not a great smell to have for 4 days. Dishwashers didn't work. Plates and utensils were dirty. Bottom line is it was an embarrassment.

We hate that you had trouble reaching us, as we would have been happy to send someone out right away to address the issues at the cabin, but regardless, we are working diligently to correct all problems at the cabin with care. Lots of Space

The house was really large with 12 bedrooms and 12 full baths. Home was as described on website for the most part. We parked 9 cars there. Cul-de-sac lot. View was great. Lots of balcony space at the rear of the house overlooking the mountains. Saw a couple of bears down below us. House was well stocked in the kitchen, enough linens was provided, and the home was relatively clean on the exterior and interior. A couple of problems existed. There were three microwaves in the house and two of them were defective. They were replaced during our stay. They came promptly to repair a leaking sink drain. TVs where everywhere, but many of the remotes were either broken or missing batteries. The pool table is probably on its last legs and need to be replaced or refurbished. Pool was ok but too small to enjoy. All bed mattresses had spring mattresses and were somewhat noisy. I would stay again if the opportunity presented itself. We had a party of 23 adults 18-70 years of age.

It was ok

POSITIVE...lots of space, the view was great and decent parking area. NEGATIVE....I wish it was cleaner, floors, stairs, counters ect..had a very sticky film on everything. Some of the furniture was old and worn, the windows in the pool area had so much condensation you couldn't see the veiw. Lots of small issues like doors that wouldn't stay shut or didn't lock. The pool table had stains and burns, the air hockey table didn't work properly. The beds were VERY uncomfortable and extremely squeeky! The wooded area around the cabin was unfortunately littered with trash. Also the most disappointing thing I wished they would have told us before our arrival was that the back door to the huge deck had a handwritten note that said do not use. 22 of us had to walk in the rain all the way around the house to get to the deck to enjoy the view. The only other way to get to the deck was going through someone's private room. If this house was better takin care of maintenanced and cleaned properly it would have been a place we would have booked yearly for our family gatherings.
