The property was as listed, the water park access was a nice bonus. Extra towel would have been nice to have in the bathroom as that was very limited. The battery died on the bolt lock at the front door, no extra key in the key box as stated in email. Host was slow to respond and locked out of the house for over an hour.

The house was really lacking in kitchen supplies for a house that sleeps 15 people. The neighborhood was really loud and crowded. Parking was an issue as well as the gates to get into the community. Even the guard told us just to use the exit side. The cleaning crew could use some work as the house was just surface clean. Bring your own toilet paper plunger ( not provided we had to go buy one for downstairs master wasn’t flushing properly) paper towels and trash bags as only 1 or 2 are provided. The trash can outside that you are supposed to put trash in is to small and there is also a raccoon or something that gets in it. The house itself is fine. But could have been much better stocked. If you don’t plan to cook, this would be great. It is also close to Universal.

The stay was good for 6 people . The 20mn drive to Disney locations, and near alot of stores the communication response on things were on point. I would say it could use a bug spray around the house. The pool table room could use a mini A/C or better fan very warm couldnt stay in room too long but had a fun time. Overall the stay was great.

The house was large and comfortable. It was generally in a good state of repair. Jose and his team were quick to answer any questions.Target (groceries) and a few restaurants are within walking distance.It's close to Disney and Universal.BUT There are things you should know before booking.The position of the house is not as marked on Vrbo. It's nearly 3 miles away, with no easy access to the main Storey Lake resort. (It's 2738 Bookmark Dr)The QR code sent did not open the gates. We just pressed the buzzer or tailgated the car in front.There were barely enough plates / bowls etc for 5 of us.There was no welcome pack or information about garbage collection / recycling, no dishwash tabs, and no spare toilet rolls. TV controllers either didn't work or had flat batteries. The pool table in the games room is broken.Neighbours frequently noisy until 1amThe whole area stinks of cannabis after dark, and a mobile cannabis "dispensary" tours the site regularly.

No Privacy-Poor Communication

We did not receive a valid code to get in our unit from the host. We waited outside about an hour trying to get in after 10pm. Apparently the host does not help you after 10pm. Thank God, VRBO gave me a valid code to get in otherwise we would have had to go find a hotel for the first night. The back sliding door and the bottom bathroom door to the pool did not lock and there are no curtains in the huge living room, there are three huge sliding patio doors so you are totally exposed to all the close neighbors looking in. We all felt very unsafe and exposed and would never stay here again.

Poorly stocked

The house was as advertised it was clean and the photos matched what it looked like, it was however very poorly stocked! We had to buy toilet paper and dishwasher detergent as there was not enough, there also was no toilet plunger so when the toilet clogged I contacted the management company but no one ever replied to me so we had to buy a plunger! We were shocked the house did not have one as that could avoid a lot of damage.

Spacious

We loved the spacious house. Everyone had plenty of space to stretch out. Pool was great! Kitchen was nice and had lots of bathrooms.

Huge Place

This property was huge and worked well for our group. Bring towels and toilet paper when you come because there wasn’t much of either. There were a few lights out in the house. We couldn’t use the game room because there was no light. We checked in the day after Hurricane Milton passed through and there were a lot of bugs but that very well could have been because of the storm. It was a little dusty. Otherwise it was a great house. Location was great. Target was just outside the property gate, Universal was about 30 minutes and Disney was about 20. José was excellent with communication. Would stay again.

Overall was ok

Steps in and out of pool not safe for seniors and kids no railing for support. Area rug in living room and carpeting throughout home was dirty and stained. Home was spacious and accommodating for everyone. Kitchen & bathrooms clean spacious.

Wonderful Stay!

My dance company was in town to present work at an Orlando dance festival, and this house was absolutely perfect for our long weekend stay! So much space to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and everything was so very clean. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Great stay, second year using this property manager.

Second year staying at one of their houses. Super pleased- my only complaint is that the place really needs a deep clean! It’s surface clean but once you sit and pay attention you notice it. But otherwise perfect and easy and affordable. Will use again next year!

Perfect for Friends

Overall, we loved this house. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house is very spacious and we did not feel crowded at all with 8 people (could have easily had more). The personal pool was a huge part of why we chose this house and the kids loved it. There were plenty of pool towels there. It was also conveniently located to Target. The property manager responded to questions in a timely manner and was very helpful. Some improvements would be a welcome packet with better instructions for checking into the front guard gate and where the other gates were located. A bar code was given from the guard that did not work well, we used the QR code to open the gates. Also, a few instructions about the house, i.e., the pool lights and trash pick up days. The kitchen could use some kitchen towels. It was a great place and we would definitely stay here again!

Nice Property

The pictures were true to life and overall we were satisfied. The blinds in the lower master bathroom were broken. The toilet in that same bathroom would continuously run unless you lift the handle up. The slider leading to the pool area needs lock adjustments. For upstairs, the master closet doors had scuff marks but overall everything seemed OK. The room with the pool table had barely any lighting and we couldn’t find the remote to operate the fan. All light fixtures were filthy and we noticed that the wall and picture in the dining area had stains. We also noticed a tear in the seam on the back of the couch near the slider door handle. All vents could use some cleaning as well.We had an issue getting into the gate upon arrival, but it was rectified.

Family vacay

The property itself is great. Fit our family well. Dishes very minimal, t paper/soap only enough for two days. We had to buy some items to be able to make meals. No dish towels. There are clumps of hair around pool fence Instructions on garbage would be helpful/bags not fit can and when put out, ducks got at it in night. Carpet is not clean as well coffee splashes on the picture by dining table and above on the wall. Beds and bathrooms were clean and good.

Multi-Family vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our 3 families. Very bright and clean and spacious. We bought a griddle and left it for the next people to use for making breakfast 😊. The kids all had their own bed and each room had its own bathroom which was perfect.

Team travel

Plenty of space and comfort for 9 people. Everything worked inside the house. Driveway too small for 15 passenger. On street parking is tight. Close to plenty of stores. It was warm enough in January to keep the pool warm for our 3 day stay. My players didn’t want to leave the house. We will book again next January.
