Feeling Blue in OC

Met our grandchildren in Ocean City to see the Blue Angels. Unfortunately, the weather was so terrible (cloudy and windy) that the Angels were grounded. The condo we rented was as advertised. It was clean, well furnished and close to the beach.

Great Place - Great Location

My family had a lovely stay at Sea Watch, a condominium perfectly situated in the heart of Ocean City and with lots of great amenities itself. Our condo was as close to the beach as it gets, being both low to the ground and right on the beach. The condo had everything one would need while actually in it! Multiple beds, multiple full bathrooms, DirecTV, WiFi, lots of TVs, a kitchen, a laundry room, and beach gear to borrow. We highly recommend!

Beautiful,clean,very well kept property.

No complaints! The dryer didn’t work and the onsite maintenance fixed it after a call to management within an hour. Really nice area, security was great.

Loved the location, the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, kitchen and appliances were good, master bedroom shower was nice (not the entire master bedroom). Beds in both bedrooms need to be replaced.

Great home away from home!

Perfect location. Lay out of the condo was great for us. Covered parking was good. Condo was well organized and clean. View of ocean amazing. Only negative for me was the bed mattress in both rooms were too soft and sleep sofa in den was like laying on springs but other guest may prefer that. Vacasa office staff were always helpful and pleasant. All Sea Watch employees were very outgoing. Beautiful, well maintained landscape. Enjoyed using the Cinema and pools.

Gem on the beach

The unit is well equipped with all that we needed for our stay. We appreciated the washer and dryer and items available for use in the laundry room. The Sea Watch building employees were very friendly and helpful and keep the grounds and amenities clean and well presented. Vacasa was easy to work with. The beds in the unit were a bit uncomfortable and cleaning staff could stand to clean behind stands and under beds but we were very happy otherwise and the unit is just as pictured. Great location and view of the beach. We loved Ocean City and would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Nice but needs better cleaning service

The condo was very nice with an awesome location overlooking the pool. We had a great experience except the floors were not clean. Vacasa was great, they sent someone to clean them. The two ladies that came (where not the original cleaners) agreed the floors were not clean. However, the rest of the condo was clean. I would rent it again just make sure they clean the floors. One thing I love about the Sea Watch is their pool is very clean.

The cleanliness of the condo and the entire community. The amenities are lovely and super close to The Greene Turtle! The furniture needs to be updated, the couch and the chair are so worn and dated it’s like sitting on the floor and the mattress in the second bedroom is saggy as well. The cable did not work in the second bedroom, and the other sitting room has been turned into an open bedroom with two twin beds replacing the proper sitting area.

Exceeded expectations!

Our family had the pleasure to stay in one of the best properties we've rented to date. We entered a spotless and completely bug-free (for a whole week!) condo that met every need we had. Our two small children had a great time exploring and the hotel property had everything we needed to entertain them. The sand playground was an excellent change of scenery while still having sand, and the proximity to the beach was AMAZING. When you have 2 under 3, you have a lot of stuff to carry, so being so close was amazing for the cost. We did have some smelly sheets (I think the laundry, not the cleanliness), and the rental company was prompt in their response and resolution. We had no further issues. Like many other reviews, the beds were not terribly comfortable, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The views, the location, the quiet, and the cleanliness were superb. Will try to stay here again in the future!!!

First stay in Sea Watch

The location of Sea Watch 111 is wonderful, so close to the beach, pools, playground, tennis court, gym, game room, theater, caferia, etc. It is also very close to Northside Park and many good restaurants. We didn't hear any noise from the crowd in the pool or nearby area when the sliding doors were closed. The property appeared clean when we checked in, however, our slippers or feet got dirty very soon. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher (also found it tricky to really turn it on) and used cigarettes at the balcony. We like that the property has clean linens, a starter kit for the kitchen and bathroom, well stocked kitchen, and decoration. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Sea Watch 1111. However, the console table had a crack on its glass top (apparently occurred before our stay) that should be covered or replaced for safety, as it had hurt a finger of our curious child (something to be cautious for guests with young children).

PERFECT LOCATION!! Loved that it was on the first floor, in the perfect corner to see the pool and beach, didnt have to wait for the elevator just used the stairs right outside our door. At bottom of stairs was access to everything - go left you were in the arcade and theater, go straight for beach or pool, go right for My Place snack shop. Even the building Seawatch was perfect location - far enough from boardwalk area congestion but close enough to still drive down there a day and close enough to go to the Jolly Rodger. 3 complaints. Bed needs fixed in master bedroom. Very wobbly couldnt even roll over at night without thinking it was going to fall apart. Other complaint , the curtains from family room to patio need replaced, half were broken and just shoved behind the couch when we arrived. And 3rd, the main bathroom tub needs some plumbing work, it did not drain very well. Other then that everything was great and we’re totally considering booking again!

Good deal for the price

The unit was a fair value for what we paid. The location was great and the view was nice. The info we were originally given stated we would receive 2 parking spaces for $40, this was not correct (it was only one space), but the listing has been updated since we stayed. It also states that the unit has a private washer and dryer, which is one of the reasons I booked there. It does NOT have it's own washer and dryer, they are located in the hall outside the unit and are shared. We were there for 5 days, and were not given the key to access it until late in the afternoon on the 4th day. It took us several emails and phone calls, starting the day we arrived, to get the key which was supposed to be left for us, but was not (maybe the previous guests accidentally took it home with them?) Once we received the key, we still could not do any laundry as the washer and dryer were full of someone else's sheets and towels the entire rest of our stay. Aside from that, the unit was as pictured. The closets and drawers were a bit messy but not dirty (aside from rumbled Kleenex inside the bedroom drawers and some pills on the floor near the baseboards), and the floor needed a good cleaning (hair and dust bunnies under the table). There are plenty of tv's in the unit which is nice if you end up with some rainy days but several of the remotes had dead or missing batteries. The WiFi info we were given did not work (the network name didn't exist), so we used the data and hotspots from our phones to run internet services on our devices. The beds were comfy which is always a plus.

Great property
