Hi Rami, Thank you for your review. I am disappointed to see this. First, as I responded to your message, we always welcome feedback and criticism in an effort to improve our rentals. We have 5 stars for cleaning across the board on all other platforms and I am sorry this was your experience. Our cleaning team are phenomenal people who do a great job, and the state that we found our chalet to be in following your group's stay was beyond unacceptable and disrespectful. We always welcome families and never expect the chalet to be spotless. This being said, a torched towel left in ashes in the kitchen, glue and stickers all over our windows and floor, children literally coloured drawings on the bed sheets and towels, used cutlery on the floor throughout the house, it was unacceptable. We know you were more than 12 people because every couch had bed sheets and pillows, on top of all 7 beds being used. 12 people, including 4 children, drove in 7 cars? To make matters worse, your group used $200 worth of firewood. That is 1/4th of what we ordered for the entire winter season gone in 3 days. We have never had to instruct groups on how much firewood to use because it is clear that is it to be shared amongst all rentals. We've never seen anything like it in hundreds of rentals. We provide these amenities to be enjoyed, and shared, for all of our guests. When I explained why we need to charge $200, insulting me and name calling was not the manner to handle the situation. In all, a very unfortunate experience. We thank you for staying with us, for your feedback, and wishing you well.
