Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación
The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. Each of the 4 bedrooms had a large ensuite shower room. The kitchen was very well equipped and the heated pool was lovely.The downside for us was that there was no internet/wifi available. This caused a real problem for us and had we known in advance we would not have booked this villa. There was no mention that there was no internet which, given that we book a villa every year and they all have internet, this was an issue for us.The 25 euro charge for sheets and towels (which I knew about in advance) did not include a second sheet set allowing us to change the beds during our stay. We had to wash, dry and remake the beds in one day and there was only one towel provided for our 11 night stay. There were no pool towels available.The showers were great but there was no shelf on which to put soap or shampoo. A simple thing but ennuyant comme meme.We were tasked with keeping an eye on the pool water level, filter cleaning and overnight pool robot cleaner which was ok for us to do but usually there would be a visit from a pool person to do this. However, the pool was lovely and we very much enjoyed it.The sunbeds were impossible for us aged mid to late 70s to get in and out of. Something more age friendly would have been good.We did enjoy our stay but I think the above issues need to be addressed but, as the villa is up for sale, I doubt whether things will change.
