Esta hermosa casa de dos niveles frente al mar está situada en el tranquilo río San Bernard!

La casa está idealmente ubicada para muchas actividades al aire libre, como pesca, paseos en bote, navegación, observación de aves y mucho más. ¡Una de las mejores aguas de Texas para el wakeboard y los pies descalzos! Gran espacio al aire libre con más de 3000 pies cuadrados de terrazas (7 terrazas) y 2. 5 acres de patio. ¡Siéntate en la terraza por la noche con una bebida fría, disfruta de la hermosa puesta de sol y la fogata!

Esta casa de cinco (5) habitaciones, cuatro baños y medio (4. 5) cuenta con un área abierta de sala y comedor con una cocina bien equipada y una mesa de billar. La casa puede alojar a 16 personas cómodamente.

Todas las habitaciones se encuentran arriba. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, baño privado, sauna y terraza. Un dormitorio de invitados con una cama king y terraza privada; la habitación comparte un baño con el tercer dormitorio que tiene una cama queen. La litera tiene dos camas matrimoniales y dos camas individuales; Baño en pasillo. El último dormitorio tiene una cama king y baño privado. También hay un colchón inflable disponible para su uso en el área común.

La casa tiene un gran pasillo abajo para relajarse a la sombra. Los vientos predominantes del sureste soplan para garantizar un clima agradable incluso en los días más cálidos.

Hone and property are first class. Very comfortable and lots of outdoor decks to use. We did not bring a boat or jet skis but it's got the setup for it. Rooms are perfect and tons of bathrooms. Kitchen is spacious and has lots of room to spread out.

Fun spot on the river

We enjoyed our stay at the river house. Lots of space, very clean, and nice location. The yard was nice and big and there was plenty of room for family games and fun.

River & Space

On the river house with lots of windows & space between 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Large living room with lots of recliners. Kitchen has lots of cabinets & countertops as well as a table that seats 10. Easy check in & clear instructions. Great for 3 generations

Excellent getaway

From check in, to check out it was a five star vacation. The beautiful scenery on the river, and the large yard for the kids to play in had something for everybody. Sunset on the dock is not to Be missed. Everyone is still talking about it, and planning the next visit.

We had the best family vacation at Peaches! The house was beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of room and the bedrooms are spacious. The best part is the outside decks to hang out and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We would definitely stay again!

Mother’s Day Weekend

Everything about this stay was amazing! It was a beautiful property with an amazing view! We went for Mother’s Day weekend and we will be booking every Mother’s Day weekend from here on out! Absolutely beautiful river rental

Rent it! You won’t be disappointed! We loved everything about our stay and will be back. We had a large group with 12 people and everyone had beds and plenty of space for everything and everyone. The view and fishing was amazing and the house had everything we needed plus more. Thank you for a beautiful vacation rental!

The Family Gathering Spot

We absolutely loved our stay at the Peaches Retreat!! Our families were attending a wedding down the river & decided it would be a great time to gather w/the adult kids & grandkids from out of town. The Peaches Retreat, with its 5 bedrooms/4 baths, along w/the proximity to the wedding location seemed to be perfect for our needs. The Peaches Retreat exceeded our needs & expectations. From the gated entry onto the tranquil & spacious property, large enough for our multi-family, multi-generational gathering to the welcoming & thoughtfully furnished home, we were able to settle in with ease. We had three children under age 10 who thoroughly enjoyed the "kid friendly" room filled with plenty of toys and gadgets to occupy them. The property was well prepared for our stay with fully equipped kitchen & facilities. , The common area, aka, living room/billiards room was the most lively place in the house, situated between the 2 "wings" of bedrooms, where we played pool, cards & reminisced until the early morning hours. There were 8 adults, (4 "couples") & 5 children & we had plenty of space, never feeling overcrowded. My personal favorite, the PRIMARY, primary suite, oversized, comfy & private with its large ensuite & private deck is worth the argument over who gets it!! The property owners communicated through out the entire process & made themselves available should we need anything. Unfortunately, we only had a weekend, we will definitely come back for a longer stay!!

A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED....

The property was very beautiful. Being there brought back memories of growing up on the good old San Bernard. But the problem that i had with the place was not the place itself but the owner. My family and I rented the property for the weekend. We wanted a place that was kid friendly since it was my youngest daughter's graduation. I higherd a Dj for my daughter, and her friends to play some music for a few hours. It was the understanding that we could have guest, and that no more than 20 guest could stay over night. The evening of the gathering went very well everyone enjoyed themselves, even though the police was called due to the music being a bit load. Which was uncalled for because the neighbors could have easily came over and asked us to turn the music down. The cops being called startled the elders of the family. The cops being called made it very unpleasant for the older folk because well they're old ...LOL. But what really disappointed my wife and i was the phone called that we recieved 9 o'clock the next morning. The owner of the property called my wife yelling at my wife telling my wife to get off of her property. My wife asked why, and what was the problem. The owner said that the neighbors had called her and told her that we had played music all day and all night. They told her that the cops came out at 1130pm and 230am. Now let me mind you guys that I'm a police officer myself. None of what the neighbors told the owner was accurate. What disappointed me is that the owner didn't want to hear our side of the story at first. I had to call back and damn near plead my side of the story. It was embarrassing. I mean we had some very esteemed people at this graduation. So make sure its a clear understanding of what your renting this property for.

Way up in the sky

Peaches Retreat was a great get away for myself and my business associates while in Brazoria for a project we were working on. The house had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The layout was such that we could have community time (LOVED the pool table) together and private time to ourselves ( LOVED the many options of outdoor decks and spacious bedrooms. We had everything we needed and then some. Loved the river, loved the solitude, loved the location. Will definitely return when in the area again. Thank you Keith for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Sibling annual trip

Exceeded our needs and expectations. House had everything we needed in the kitchen - dishes, pots/pans, utensils, basic supplies. Lots of outdoor space for watching river go by, fishing, playing yard games, listening to the trains, sitting and reading a book, etc. Owners were great to help in any way and just fun to talk to. We will definitely return.

Perfect getaway

We had a group of friends come together with all our kids to spend a weekend together. The place was perfectly equipped for everything we needed! It had an amazing kids room stocked with toys for them. The back porch area contained our kids well. That was a bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone!
