Hermoso y lujoso de dos habitaciones, tres baños con condominio tipo loft sentado en la comunidad cerrada de la Reserva II. Desde este condominio tiene vistas panorámicas de las montañas Blue Ridge y también tiene vistas a las pistas de esquí de Sugar Mountain. Los propietarios no han escatimado en gastos para garantizar que disfrute de las comodidades del hogar mientras se relaja y disfruta de lo que las montañas de Carolina del Norte tienen para ofrecer. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, área de estar de área abierta con chimenea de gas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size y TV de pantalla plana. El maestro también tiene un baño en suite con tocador doble, cabina de ducha y bañera grande. La habitación cuenta con una cama queen size con TV de pantalla plana. Puede acceder al baño de invitados desde la habitación de invitados y desde el pasillo. Arriba, en el desván, hay 2 camas individuales, TV y área de escritorio. También hay un tercer baño completo en el desván. El balcón le brinda la oportunidad de disfrutar de las vistas del exuberante follaje verde o las montañas cubiertas de nieve. Estás a solo minutos del Sugar Mountain Resort, los restaurantes y las tiendas locales.

The place was very well stocked. The view is fantastic! Lots of space for our family. The kids toys available were a great bonus! We would happily stay again!

Beautiful and comfy property

Owners thought of everything! Our family of 5 enjoyed the comforts of this home, including the comfy beds and furniture, board games, proximity to grocery shopping and snow activities. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking (various appliances, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, bakeware, coffeemaker, etc. I also loved having the washer and dryer on site. The decor was tasteful and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Excellent stay

Excellent place and I would most definitely stay here again. Location is great, view is great, clean and beautiful. My only negative, and again I would still stay here again, is the thermostat drops down to 55 at night while you’re sleeping so you wake up freezing and have to go turn it back up. Also, pillows were really hard and uncomfortable but I’ll just know to bring some with me next time. I have one adult teen and one who is over 6’ tall and this place was perfect sized for our family of 4 where we often feel cramped into many other condos we have stayed in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is underrated. It is big and well appointed the kitchen has everything you could imagine. It is super clean and has a view that can't be beat. There is a small trail at the end of the parking area that brings you to the ski slope. It is about a 1/4 mile walk thru the woods but this allows you to see the snow up close. I could not recommend this unit enough.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in this unit for a short ski trip. I thought it’ll be next to the slope so I can just ski off the backyard. That didn’t happen :) But the view and the house made up that the disappointment. The ridge view is beautifully soothing, the house has a lovely loft for quiet time. It was just two of us, but the space should be large enough for 4-6 people. The cooking utensils are not that much, but should accommodate simple meals. Master shower room may need some extra cleaning. The Food Lion grocery store is only 10 min away, and it has everything you need. Overall, we’re super satisfied with the stay! Will come back if we’re skiing in Sugar again.

January Ski Trip

Out of all the available properties for rent in proximity to Sugar Mountain Ski resort, this will remain my preferred destination for yearly Ski Trips.

Beautiful Views!

Check in process was slightly sketchy. We arrived an hour early (1500) & was told the unit wasn't ready. OK, no problem, we knew it was a risk .. so we had to wait until 1600 - the advertised check-in time. Also, apparently there was a "clicker" needed to open the gate that entered the development - we weren't issued this "clicker" & inevitably found out the hard way that it was needed. The development was very nice as was the unit itself. Beautiful views! It was reasonably clean, extremely well furnished, & tastefully decorated. The only constructive feedback I'd offer is: 1) The only TV that had cable was in the living room; the bedroom TV only had an internet connection. 2) The WIFI Password wasn't "in the book", but once we found it it was all =). 3) The coffee maker needed a good cleaning, which we happily did. All in all, if we were to rent a Condo again, I'd definitely check the availability of this one!

Beautiful View

I very much enjoyed the stay at Reserve II 15B. The view is fantastic. Loved the high ceilings and large windows and patio. All amenities were as expected. Would stay here again.

Exquisite Place with Gorgeous View

The interior design is exemplary. We could tell that the owner has a great sense of decorating the property and pays attention to detail. All appliances/furniture are in great quality. The building has only four units and this unit is conveniently located on the upper floor (same level as the parking lot). It was a fantastic place for my family to relax and recharge. Just to make this review thorough, I will also mention my experience that I think may helps the owner continue to be successful in renting this property out. First, the rental office forgot to put the gate card in my check-in packet and we had to wait outside for an emergency staff member (sorry, forgot his name) to come. But, he came very promptly and was very polite (thank you!!). Second, the cleaning crew could have been a little bit more thorough in vacuuming the carpets and wiping some surface areas. However, household supplies were abundant, and bathrooms/kitchen looked clean overall. Third, some workers unexpectedly appeared on the balcony deck on multiple days during our stay. I think they were applying wood sealer, and the odor was a bit strong. It would have been better if they gave us a heads-up about their scheduled maintenance work. Again, the property was a perfect place for my family to stay and we are thankful to the owner for renting it out to us.

Lovely, relaxing property

Wonderful set-up with everything we needed. Perfect for our size family and close to Sugar Mountain. Cozy, comfortable and even some toys/games available for the family. I would definitely stay here again!

lovely weekend

great unit. Close to the ski slopes but would have been nice if it was ski in and ski out. Still have to drive down to ski area and find parking which seems to be the hardest off all. Unit was lovely and clean and very well equipped. Thanks
