Efficiency King Room with Full Kitchen, Microwave, Stove, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster, full. All standard rooms have a private balcony and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. The beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in, if you (jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. 1 Mile south of Topsail Beach Town.

Randomly picked this beach and hotel, did not disappoint. Loved the location, friendliness of the people. Definitely will be coming back.

Affordable, oceanfront stay!!!

This was our third stay at Sea Vista, but our first in this room. The convenience of an oceanfront, pet-friendly place to stay is unbeatable. In this room specifically, the shower handle is backward. We took cold showers the first day, but figured out the problem so we had nice hot showers the next day. Most everything you need is available in the room. Silverware is a bit sparse but it was fine for our stay. Thanks for being pet-friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip/stay!!

Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our art at SeaVista! It was clean, comfortable, and adorable as well as in the perfect location! Local food and gift shops near by were absolutely great and the location on the beach was just incredible! We stayed in the middle of summer and even then the beach wasn’t crowded what so ever and we actually found ourselves out there completely alone during the evening for a while on 2 nights!! Gorgeous views directly from our comfy chairs on the balcony. Amazing atmosphere for our littles first trip to the beach! You can walk down the beach about a mile and find the end of the island absolutely stunning, or head down to either of the piers between the motel and surf city! We didn’t bring our pups on this trip but most definitely will be on our next! The staff and other guests at the motel were all so friendly. The room had everything we needed for a simple beach trip! 10/10 recommend and we will personally be frequenting the SeaVista on Topsail Beach <3

Great spot all you need for a beach getaway

This place was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the location + dog friendliness cannot be beat. We are already planning a return trip.

Surprisingly Awesome Place

This was our first time staying at the Sea Vista. We were a bit concerned that because of its age it would be on the run down side but our room was really nice, clean and with a great view of the ocean. We'll keep it on mind for future visits to Topsail Beach.

Pros: The location to the beach, view from room, Cathy in the office were excellent. Value was good. Cons: The people above me were almost constantly thumping across the floor, and the neighbor next to me smoked occasionally. The facility is dated and well worn, but is a good value.

Sea Crest motel

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our daughter is stationed at Camp LaJhune. Perfect place to spend our time!! We shall return!!
