1 King Mini Efficiency Bedroom with 2 Burner Mini Stove Top, Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach front is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Nice, restful vacation...

Located at the southern end of Top Sail Island in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Manager was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. The motel is dog friendly and I do believe Balto (our large husky dog) enjoyed the beach as much as we did! There are several short sets of outdoor stairs to climb to reach the room but he mastered them in no time.

This was our first stay here, it’s an older hotel, but w that said all the rooms have an ocean side balcony and it’s only a few short steps to the beach. I spoke w the owner and he was very knowledgeable about local history and very friendly. It’s a low key area, so if you’re looking for a friendly, relaxing place to stay where you can set on the deck and watch the ocean we highly recommend sea vista

Perfect!

We enjoyed every minute and aspect of our stay. (I am not complaining. Merely sharing info for other people who read reviews and might see the one that says the bed isn’t comfortable. It’s soft, but some people prefer that.) This was our first trip to Topsail and we plan to come back, and hope to stay in the same place. Everything was perfect.

Grandmas beach condo.

My boyfriend and I have done a lot of travels in the past five years. This one by far has been our favorite! The atmosphere was well above our expectations. I had never felt so relaxed. As soon as we walked in the door I felt like I should be welcomed by my grandma. It was so cozy and clean. The bed wasn’t the comfiest (neither is granny’s guest room) but hardly used it when the beach was just steps from our door. Very quiet area. There is next to nothing to do in topsail so we spent a good bit on our balcony. Once again loved the room, the property, the town, and the overall vibe. Do yourself a favor and book it! I think it is perfect for families, including those that travel with pets. We did not bring our dog but there appeared to be a large grassy area for them. 20 out of 10

Great weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay!!! Checking in was easy and so was checking out. They are contactless so they call you to confirm and give you all the info you need. There’s also posters in the rooms with the WiFi password and directions for everything you’ll need to know! The view was amazing and our room was very clean will definitely book again

Simple property, great location

The room is nothing special except for it location on the ocean. You can fall asleep to the sounds of the waves right outside your sliding glass door.
