Enjoy a East side location only a block and a half from Historic Saratoga Thoroughbred race course. Perfect home for a family reunion or wedding party stay. Walking distance to downtown and many restaurants and shopping districts. If you truly want a taste of Saratoga this is the place your looking for. Close to nearby parks and Saratoga Performing Arts Center, and Skidmore college. Large outdoor patio with plenty of parking with private alley entrance. We are a pet friendly home with well behaved pets. Want to take a day trip to Lake George only miles away. Ski only a few exits away at West Mountain.

Jamie was super welcoming and even had wine ready for us upon arrival! She was super accommodating and would respond almost immediately to any questions we had. The house was so cozy and very clean and had everything we needed! Will definitely be back to the Toga house! Thank you, Jamie and Scott!

Great property! So cozy & comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming and supplied everything you could need. We were there for a wedding and this was way better than staying at a hotel. There was plenty of parking and we loved that we could bring our dog! Close to everything. Overall excellent and would stay there again.

Easy check in. Great communication. Lovely gift of wine. It all made for a very pleasant stay. The back deck is a great spot to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The dogs enjoyed the walks in the neighborhood. Three bedrooms upstairs are all very comfortable. Close to town. All in all a great spot!

Everything was perfect. The hosts have a complete listing of what’s nearby and what to do and see in Saratoga. We came in for a wedding so our weekend was already planned, but would be very happy to stay here again!

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

We came up for a lacrosse tournament and wanted to stay an extra day. We were extremely pleased with the house and the whole experience! The owners were very flexible and accommodating, the house was perfect for our family to relax after a long day on the fields, and even our pup could come too! We will definitely be back!

Cute house close to town

We loved our stay, the house was well appointed and communication was easy with the owner! Good value close to SPAC, the town of Saratoga Springs and racetrack. Highly recommend for a fun weekend!

Great house, great location!

We booked this house for 7 adults to attend the DMB concert on July 5th and 6th. It was a typical hot and humid weekend but the house was comfortable, had all needed amenities and it was in a great, central location to all activities. We would have loved to have seen a horse race, especially since you can walk to the grounds, but we were a few days too early to opening day...next time!

Nice house

This home is very nice, clean. Accurate description of property and amenities. Owner was very easy to deal with house was a little quirky, but worked really well. Kitchen was broken up worked well. The location was ideal. Thanks so much for our stay.

St Pattys weekend in Saratoga

This is our second stay here and we love it. Location is great and the house was comfortable and has everything we need. We went out downtown and had a birthday dinner w family at the house. Love staying here. Hosts are responsive and welcoming.

Great Winter Getaway

There were 4 adults, 4 teens and 1 dog in our party and there was plenty of room. We all loved the character of the home and the layout. There was even a bonus room on the main floor that one of the teens stayed in for privacy and it had a futon and TV in the room. The location was great. We could walk to the race track and Horse Racing Museum (about a mile or less), which we highly recommend visiting. It was a short drive to the town of Saratoga Springs (only a few minutes to drive there) and there were some great shops and restaurants. If you like donuts try Darling Doughnuts. Nice variety and delicious. Lake George was a 25 minute drive and had a lot to offer. One thing to know about the house if you visit in the winter - the pipes do make noise all night. We didn’t touch the thermostat the entire time and the pipes were noisy. It did not bother us, but if you are a light sleeper keep this in mind. We were also there when it was negative temps, so that may have cause more noise. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here and would be back again, in any season.

Cozy to sit and chat-Noisy nights for sleeping

Unfortunately my husband and I were unable to attend due to illness but the other 2 couples were able to enjoy the visit. They enjoyed the comforts of the home, visiting different pubs and restaurants but when it was time to call it a night it was like someone was banging pots and pans. I heard a recording and I couldn’t believe it. The heating system is crazy. Looking into details of the information provided by the reviews in November and February, no one else had mentioned anything about the clanking noise. It stopped and started throughout the night and all they could do was laugh about it. The baby was startled at first but more uncomfortable for the adults. This detailed information is not mentioned until after you book the house. Even with the thermostat set at 72-74 as suggested it still made noises. There was really no need to call Jamie about, can’t fix 100 year old pipes in the middle of the night. But maybe there is a solution if a plumber is called. In spite of the musical nights the guests enjoyed themselves.

Thanksgiving 2022

We absolutely loved the property! It was a perfect location - short walk to where we were celebrating Thanksgiving and short walk to town. The property was a great space for having the family over and it comfortably accommodated the 6 of us who were staying there. I would highly recommend considering staying here for your visit to Saratoga and I know that I will likely stay again. The owners were also very easy to work with - great with communication and very accommodating.

Weekend at the races

Both property & Property owner were incredible. The house had everything we needed and more as well as being a stones throw away from the track. Walking distance to everything you need with the perfect Suburb serenity. I both would and will be staying here again in the future. A complete 5 Star experience.

Great Location and House

This house could not have been in a better location to visit the track. Had a great deck and yard to enjoy with friends. Inside and amenities were exactly as advertised. Would definitely look to come back.

Excellent place to stay

The house was in a great location and very clean. We were 8 people and everyone had a place to sleep. My only input would be to add blinds or black out curtains in the upstairs bedrooms. We will be back! Thank you

Quiet, quaint, and well situated property with easy access to all that Saratoga Springs has to offer

The property had all that was promoted while the proprietors were pleasant and prompt in all correspondence. We will definitely return when the opportunity presents itself.

We have owned this property since 2000. We have made numerous renovations to the interior over the years. It holds a place in our hearts and we love renting the space for guests to enjoy as much as we do.

This location is perfect for summer, fall, winter and spring getaways. Perfect home for family reunions, wedding parties and just a weekend getaway. It is only minutes from the Adirondack mountains, Lake George and all nearby lakes and mountains. Tons of hiking trails from small to expert. Top ski resorts only a short drive. Only a block and a half from historic Saratoga Race Course. Racing season is early July to Labor day. Walking and quick drive to downtown, Skidmore and many of the historic sites to add to your visit list. A plethora of top notch restaurants and dining/drinking options.

Close to so many things. Block an a half down private alley to club house entrance of the Saratoga Race Track. Parking for at least 6 cars in driveway. Free off-street parking. Great deck for grilling and gathering.
