Great time

The kids and I loved the pool an area was nice peaceful and quiet wish we didn’t have to pay for an extra day so that we could’ve had the pool heated but the weather was nice so it didn’t matter we enjoyed this place an can’t wait to book with vacasa again soon! 😊

Overall good!

Loved the space, pool and game room. There were a few bugs spotted throughout the house and a huge ant issue. Other than that the home had everything we needed and was clean.

Overall the property was very nice. It had plenty of room and amenities. We did have a problem with the code on the front door lock, and help was very slow to come. Several maintenance issues that need to be taken care of. Good location!

Davenport Delights With Sand Cranes

This home has the potential to be a very lovely vacation home. It has a lovely king bedroom and ensuite on main level with nice bedrooms upstairs along with 2 full baths so with a crowd there’s no struggle. The blinds in the pool window/doors need replacing, we left them in working order, they weren’t operable when we arrived. The appliances were good and kitchen well stocked but definitely needs more small spoons. Pool area needs a good scrubbing but it’s lovely. If this house had a deep cleaning, baseboards, walls, carpets and a fresh coat of paint it would be nice. The central heating/cooling vent up at top of stairs needs a lot of work or replacing. We loved the living room area, nice and bright. Loved seeing and hearing the cranes.

Worst VRBO experience

Upstairs was too hot for the kids to sleep, we were kicked out of the pool on the day we planned on spending in the pool for cleaning. That was absolutely unacceptable!!! The hot tub was cold and didn't function consistently. I will never use Vacassa again!

Perfect Location!

I rented this house the week of Christmas to take my children to Disney and it was perfect! It was spacious, and safe, with a cozy atmosphere. The marvel theme room was awesome my 5 year old son was so excited and felt so comfortable he unpacked his suitcase and made his room. We needed permission to enter 🤣 I have rented other homes in the past and have not been impressed with how they looked when I got there. This house was exactly like the pictures! My family made wonderful memories and had a wonderful time! The home is not far from Disney or Universal Studios. It is close to stores, gas stations and restaurants. The home is centrally located to whatever you need or want. The hot tub was a huge help for me after waking at Disney all day! The owners and management team had the pool nice and warm upon our arrival! Definitely will rent again and again!!! Thanks for making our holiday very memorable 🤩❤️

Family Trip 2023

Everything was great but we were given the incorrect code in the check in information email for the door lock and it took 4 calls for the service provider to figure out what the issue was. The door to the hous was unlocked when we arrived so we assumed the code that we were given was the correct one until it came time for us to leave to go to one of the theme parks and we couldn’t lock the door. I was in the phone for an hour trying to get someone to tell me that someone would be by to fix it and we locked the front door manually and left through the back door. When we returned we still could not open the door and it took another 3 calls and and 90 mins of us waiting outside for someone tell me that the code was changed. If you rent from Vacasa don’t assume the code to unlock the gate or door is correct. Call to confirm to avoid any frustration.

Perfect for families

We loved our stay! We visit Florida each year for my daughters end of the season cheer competition each year, and this was by far our favorite place to stay! We had some issues with the property front gate when checking in due to the gate malfunctioning, but that was resolved with a few calls to the rental company and something no one “has control” over. We had no other issues during the stay at all! The master bedroom on the 1st floor gives you privacy, and the other bedrooms are also of a decent size. My sister and her family stayed with my family, and we had 4 adults and 3 kids COMFORTABLY stay… her and her husband also were able to have their own private bathroom as well during their stay. Everything you could need was in the kitchen! The tvs were all able to connect to our streaming services and also were easy to work. The kids enjoyed the game room for the little time we were able to spend in the home. The house was clean… I read other reviews complaining about insects and lizards, we had no issue with any type of insect inside and only spotted a few lizards outside— however; you’re in Florida, that’s GOING to happen. If you leave the doors closed while outside, you won’t have any issues with bugs or lizards inside the home! We wished we had more time off of work to book a longer stay and was sad to leave, we will definitely be looking into availability to stay here again in the future!

My dad turned 84!

We arrived 25 minutes early driving from Ohio & wanted to get in the house b4 4pm(chk in). The door code did not work. Called to be told chk in was @ 4 & “guaranteed the code would work then. I had doubts, so we waited(110 F heat) 4pm, code doesn’t work. 10 mins on the phone to get spare door key to get in. Obviously the person had no idea how digital locks work. I wish the corporations would stay out of this business. No left over salt or pepper, paper towels… We always left items like that behind for the next family. If ya do that now they charge ya $25 & sent it to you. Also showed a gas grill in there photos. Not there. There were 2 grills left by other visitors I guess that were just thrown out side the pool porch. This place definitely needs some upgrades. I will never go through Vacasa again.

Disney stay

The home was very clean and spacious. It was not far from all the attractions and a Publix just down the street made it very convenient for our grocery needs. We would definitely be staying here again.

This home is like a home away from home for us, it has all the amenities anyone can possibly want, plus the beautiful unobstructed sunrise views from the side windows of the house. The pool is so relaxing. Can’t wait to return to this home.

Spacious

Spacious enough for a large family of 10 so that each had their own space. Game room was a bonus for the kids. Pool area was my morning sanctuary. I read and took a morning swim after a walk or bike ride. In the evening, hot tub with to wind down. Great neighborhood to walk in. Upon arrival we didn't have enough towels but one call to Vacasa resolved it quickly. Great customer service. Home was clean well-maintained and stocked with all amenities. We celebrated a birthday had there was a blender and cake pans to make a home made cake. Home is also close to EVERYTHING- publix, Walmart, dollar general, Vet, Restaurants and 20 minutes from Disney. This was a retreat and just what I needed. Will definitely stay again.

Extraordinary Stay

This home is phenomenal. The kids had a blast, between the pool and the game room they always had something to do. I especially loved the margarita glasses. I bought some pool toys and left them so hopefully, they will keep them for other guests to enjoy as well. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice stay close to orlando.

I ate a fly!!!

This house was nothing like I expected. The hot tub smelled like the sewer and there were so many flies that one flew in my soda and I drink it! Felt it in my mouth and spit it out and was mortified! We went and night fly spray and fly swatters that we left for the next guest. The kids were getting out of the hot tub smelling like feces. The water was a murky blue green. The game room furniture was ripped and torn up. I had a family of 10 and I was humiliated. Been booking homes for 12 years now and this was the worst experience ever. 1200 dollars down the drain. Oh and I called to complain and they said someone would call in 30 min, It’s been 2 weeks!!

A wonderful trip

Everything was great, and everything as expected. Only problem that we encountered was that the pool wasn’t heating up correctly but it was fixed by pool services. Overall great time, Recommend this for families.
