The villa is fully equipped and offers a beautiful view of the marina.
There are 4-5 bedrooms sleeping 9, as well as a lovely outdoor area with sun loungers, swimming pool and jacuzzi. All close to the centre of Cap d'Agde (10-15 min walk).

Accommodation:
The Villa has 120 m2 of floor space over 2 floors, overlooking the Marina d'Agde.
On the ground floor you will find a large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen fitted with American fridge, oven, dishwasher, hob and Senseo coffee machine. A central island for meals, a spacious lounge with two corner sofas and a TV, and a dining area.

Terrace with dining table accompanied by its beautiful garden equipped with deckchairs, a heated swimming pool available from April to October as well as a jacuzzi heated all year round and a barbecue.

Ground floor:
Master bedroom (with access to the outside):
- Double bed 160 with TV and en-suite bathroom (bath and walk-in shower, washbasin).
Adjoining the master suite is a nursery with a cot and chest of drawers.
- 1 separate WC
- Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board (on request).

First floor:
- Bedroom 3 (Green): queen size bed 160 with TV
- Bedroom 4 (1 sleeping area split into 2): one bedroom with 2 single beds 90 + one area with a single bed 90.
- Small bedroom 5 overlooking the Marina: double sofa bed 140
- Bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
You have 2 private parking spaces with a space for recharging your electric vehicle and storage for your bicycles.

For added comfort, the owners have chosen to invest in the following equipment: Cot, high chair, ironing board and iron, blender, electric mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, board games.

Exterior:
- A pretty wooden terrace with dining table and small aperitif area accompanied by its beautiful garden with shock-absorbing flooring equipped with deckchairs, a heated swimming pool available from April to October as well as a jacuzzi heated all year round and a barbecue.

In an exceptional location, this villa is situated on a small, private and secure island with access to a beach.
with access to a pebble beach and a lovely shady park.
10-15 min walk from the port of Cap d'Agde with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlour, shops, main road and 10 min from Luna Parck and its discotheques and 10 min from Plage Richelieu.

If you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same place, we have additional accommodation available in this residence. We offer you the following accommodation: Ares, Zephyr, Artemis, Le Littoral and the Dionysos. Each flat can be booked independently.

Bed linen can be provided on request at an additional cost:
10€ / per person. Towels are not provided. Non-smoking accommodation.
