¡No se reparó en gastos en esta impresionante renovación diseñada por Andrea Westwater de Argent Interiors! Todos los accesorios de alta calidad, pisos, electrodomésticos, encimeras, muebles y más fueron seleccionados para este proyecto, que tardó 1 año en completarse. La casa está convenientemente ubicada cerca de muchos excelentes restaurantes, campos de golf, tiendas y atracciones locales. Hay más de 10 restaurantes y bares, un gimnasio LA, Star Bucks, Walgreens y varios salones a poca distancia. Además, está a solo unos pasos del famoso sendero escénico de uso múltiple para caminar / andar en bicicleta Scottsdale Greenbelt. Otras atracciones populares a pocas millas son Talking Stick Casino, Butterfly Wonderland, Top Golf, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Westworld y Salt River Fields en Talking Stick, sede del entrenamiento de primavera de Az Diamondbacks.

Las habitaciones principal y delantera tienen camas king. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos gemelos que se pueden convertir en un rey.

Área de cocina y comedor: la cocina está equipada con un refrigerador Thermnador incorporado, un rango de inducción Bertazzoni de 36 "con 5 quemadores, un lavaplatos súper silencioso Bosch, un microondas deslizable Sharp, cuchillos y cubiertos de primera línea, utensilios de cocina antiadherentes de primera calidad, calidad de restaurante platos, platos y bandejas para servir. Arriba, antes de ingresar al dormitorio principal, hay un área de trabajo con un escritorio de 48 "y también un armario de lavandería con lavadora y secadora estándar.

La suite principal tiene un baño y ducha con azulejos personalizados con un gran tocador doble, un amplio vestidor con muchos cajones, estantes y espacio para colgar. ¡La mejor característica del maestro es la terraza privada con asientos al aire libre y vistas a la montaña!

Great location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Clean, remodeled and nice and had everything that we needed and communication was great. Very nice neighborhood. One minute walk to the lake with walking path and 15 minutes to bunch of restaurants. We are local so if we ever need another rental property this will be our first choice.

A property really well done

This is a really nice property in a great location. It had everything we needed including both indoor and outdoor living spaces, technology, parking, and all the way down to random kitchen utensils we thought we'd never need...but did! Great and very responsive property manager too. We'd definitely stay there again.

Magnificent!

The moment we stepped into the property we were in vacation heaven! As our stay progressed, we found many more reasons to love this choice for our Spring Training get away. Every inch was clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside. We loved all the high-end finishes and layout of the living spaces. The kitchen lacked for nothing. There were custom touches every where. We enjoyed the under-counter microwave and large, double door refrigerator as well as the convenient washer and dryer. As the weather was mild, we were able to open the panoramic doors every evening to enjoy the outside and fresh air. The backyard was also perfect for our dog. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors friendly. It was a short, pleasant walk to a nearby restaurant, drug store and Starbucks. With extensive walking paths around the nearby golf course and lake, we all had an opportunity for plenty of exercise. Our dog enjoyed watching the ducks, cranes, geese and even a small turtle. Mike the owner was very responsive both at check in and when we had a short-lived issue with the TV streaming- we texted, and he came right over to remedy the issue. We have only two regrets......we did not have an opportunity to use the bicycles provided and we could not stay longer. We will definitely book this property for our next stay in Scottsdale.

Perfect Scottsdale Location

We spent a week in Scottsdale to catch some spring training games and spend time with family. I can’t say enough about how perfect this property is! The location is perfectly situated — minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, walking and biking paths, and city parks and playgrounds for the little ones. We were 5 minutes away from the Rockies/Diamondbacks field, and 15 minutes from the Cubs field. The property itself is fantastic — beautifully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is a dream! Every amenity a chef might need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully and thoughtfully designed. It truly felt like staying in a luxury hotel with the convenience of a private home. Michael was great to work with — great communication and responsiveness. The instructions provided answered any and every question we might have. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Amazing House perfect for our family vacation

We can’t say enough good things about this house down to every little detail (including 2 cruiser bikes) The house was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. The community pool is close by and quiet (never had to worry about getting a lounge chair). The backyard was fantastic with bbq, fire pit and twinkle lights. Great neighborhood close to grocery, restaurants, coffee and bike paths. Mike was great to work with and can’t wait for our next stay.

The Santa Fe home was everything and more. First, the home is beautiful and incredibly equipped for a comfortable stay and entertaining friends. Second, the location is incredible. You’re literally steps from the green belt walking and bike path. You’re walking distance to so many good restaurants, Walgreens, cute coffee shops and Starbucks. And, by car your 20 minutes from everything. Third, the neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. The owner, Mike, was great to work with and very responsive. We’d highly recommend the Santa Fe home.

This 3 bedroom home is fantastic.. It’s modern, comfortable(beds, sofa and bathrooms) and has a spectacular kitchen. We ate most meals in and appreciated the spices, oils and extensive cook wear. We loved walking on the bike path. The large dining table was perfect for games. Great location for hiking and golf. It’s rare to find a rental of this high quality. Would absolutely recommend it. And Mike is both very responsive and a nice guy.

Thanksgiving Retreat

This home was perfect for my husband and I and our two adult children and their partners. We especially enjoyed the walks along the paths in the morning and at sunset. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. The house was exactly as advertised.- a great well stocked kitchen, everything is working order and every amenity listed available (be aware that no bikes are provided now). Mike was very responsive to all queries (within a few minutes). We enjoyed the back yard/patio area for cocktails and snacks in the evening, as well as for a lunch under the umbrella. We were sad to leave after 5 nights. Great access to everything. would love to come back,

Home away from home

Truly you never know if a place is going to be as good as it is on paper or on a website. The pictures show a very different story than what you really get. Well this little gem is not that story. It really is everything it is advertised to be. The kitchen is incredibly stocked with cookware, serving dishes to entertain, cutlery that is a culinary dream come true. All the little cooking and baking details of oils and spices etc. The living space was so open and comfortable for my family of 6 and our big doggo. When friends stopped by it still was so spacious and comfortable. Not sure if Mike paid the neighbors ahead of time :0) but the neighbors were terrific amd welcoming and helpful!!!! Loved this place and we look forward to staying here again next year!!!! Thank you Mike!!!

Absolutely the best! Loved everything!

The house was absolutely the very best!. Pictures were exact, the house was clean and comfortable, the interaction with Michael was amazing. No detail was left out. We loved the layout and the amenities.. We played UNO and sat by the fire pit, we could not have asked for anything more. We even "face timed" Michael when we could not figure out the dishwasher, and it was our operator error, but Michael was so accommodating.. he was the very best. Our vacation was to spend time with our son, and this property allowed us to feel at home, and every need was met. We walked to the pool, we rode the bikes, we walked on the walking trail.. it was absolutely the very best. We will return next May, indeed!

Absolutely Awesome Place

This property was exactly as described and more. Spent a week there with friends to celebrate anniversaries and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house was very well appointed with everything we could need. Very clean and comfortable. The Master Bath and downstairs bath were amazing. and beds were super comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to do. Love Scottsdale and will probably make this an annual go to place to stay. Mike was very responsive and provided great, detailed, information on everything we needed to know. Even opened the garage door for our late arrival so we didn't have to fumble around in the dark. Super easier check-in. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place

Comfortable / Complete / Spacious

Three couples stayed for a week - could've easily done a month. Kitchen had everything necessary to cook up any meal - add in the outdoor grill, table & chairs, and firepit ... and you had great dinner party every night. Short walk to heated pool and walking / bike paths. Exceptional owner provided concise wakthrough of property and was available 24/7 for any questions, issues etc. Gold stars all around - a winner !!!
