Nuestra Lujo Exclusivo Azul Apartamento con balcón y vista al mar está situado en el piso 10 (piso superior) del Oceano Atlantico con fantásticas vistas al océano, Portimao ciudad y el río Arade. El apartamento tiene capacidad para 4 personas y un bebé (cuna incluida).
Nuevo para el 2015, ahora tenemos una conexión dedicada a Internet 60Mb Fibra WiFi y 156 canales por cable.
El salón tiene un gran sofá cama de cuero en forma de L (230cm x 200cm cama). Full HD de 50 pulgadas Televisor LCD con 156 canales por cable y Blu-Ray / DVD para el entretenimiento.
El comedor tiene una mesa de comedor de cristal negro y 6 sillas de cuero (todos los cubiertos y vajilla siempre). Los grandes espejos y obras de arte contemporáneo en las paredes.
El dormitorio tiene una lujosa cama de matrimonio (150cm x 200cm), mesitas de noche y tocador con 24 pulgadas TV. Se proporcionan ropa de cama (edredones de lujo, sábanas y almohadas).
Nuestro objetivo es superar todas sus expectativas durante su estancia y si quieres algo por favor háganoslo saber y vamos a tratar de satisfacer sus necesidades y requerimientos.

Fantastic Apartment with wonderful views

Wonderful apartment which had great views looking out to Portimao, River Arade and Atlantic Ocean. Photos of the apartment were exactly advertised, very clean and well equiped, it exceeded our expectations. Owners were very attentive and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. Praia da Rocha although out of season had plenty of restaurants open, we particularly liked Senhora da Rocha on the Praia da Rocha beach boardwalk. Oceano Atlantico's pool was excellent with new sunbeds and parasols provided.

Another Great Vacation in Portimao

This vacation was our 2nd year in a row in Portimao and our 2nd time staying at this resort. Mark and Alina are great hosts and they keep their properties in perfect condition. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to have a nice meal on the balcony if you feel like staying in. You couldn't get a better location, from the balcony you see the beautiful town of Portimao, the river, the mountains behind the city and of course the wonderful Atlantic Ocean. Mark knows all the good restaurants and beaches and is always helpful with any questions you may have. We accidently locked our room key in the apartment one evening, along with our cell phone and the friendly gentleman at the front desk called Mark and within 10 minutes he was there to let us in, even at 9:30pm. We explored all the west side of the Algarve, including 2 trips up the west coast, just an hour and a half drive from the apartment. You really are within easy walking distance of several great restaurants, the best beach in Europe, and a very well stocked grocery store. The only bad part of our whole trip was when it was over and we had to leave. We love Portimao and will continue to make it one of our top vacation destinations and are very lucky to have gotten to know Mark and Alina who are always there to make it even better. I recommend this property with complete confidence that anyone would have a great time here.

Great place to stay

We got here at the beginning of Feb. and left mid March (6 weeks) and everything went very well. Mark and Alina are very good hosts. They are very available and present for anything you need. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything that we required. It's a very nice size for two and can easily accommodate two more on the pull out couch. The building is very close to a major supermarket and a short walk to the beach and there are many restaurants close by. The appliances were excellent and the pots, pans and dishes are all there to serve your needs. Parking your car can be done inside or outside whatever suits you better. So I guess you can gather from the above that we really liked this place and you would be right. The next time we come to Portugal I will definitely be talking to Mark about it.

Très beau logement

Nous avons bien profiter de notre séjour grace à un excellent accueil et un magnifique appartement agréable à vivre par sa décoration très acctuelle. Le batiment en général est également très bien.

Great Service

We booked the apartment for a 2 month stay from 17 September 2016 and looked at the property in May when we were on holiday in the area. The apartment and complex is stunning and I would and recommend it highly. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel. Mark and Alina were fully understanding and refunded the deposit we had already paid without any hassle. Great and professional service. Thank you.

Great Apartment with fantastic views

Loved the apartment which had great views overlooking Portimao. Property as advertised, very clean and exceeded our expectations. Owner very attentive and we would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others. The Resort although out of season had plenty of varied restaurants open for local food and drink, we particularly liked the Cactos Bar who served reasonably priced drinks and snacks, run by a very friendly couple. Oceano Atlantico poolside was a bit disappointing as the sunbeds provided were really not in good condition, some almost touching the floor in the middle with material coming away from the frame. I would have thought they could have provided something better.

Fantastic Month!

Lovely apartment, with excellent facilities, equipment and Mark and Alina could not have been more helpful with accommodating our needs and wants and supplying information for the area. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars but just far enough to be on the quieter side. Bus stop close by to travel further afield and Alvor well worth a visit. Our favourite place on the 'boardwalk' was Spot 3 on the beach with always a fine welcome from Fernando! The local market was a weekly regular visit for us and just a little further walk than the supermarkets but worth it too. The Jupiter Hotel evening banquet was excellent value for money. Though staff were lovely; the public facilities within the apartment building were quite 'soul less' with the bar and restaurant 'shut away' from the large empty entrance hall and for us not enticing but being on holiday and out and about a lot it was only the first evening that this disappointed us as after that we found our way around in the town. I say this only as we felt it let down the apartments facilities a little. In summary we would not hesitate to return to visit again and rent this apartment or the larger other apartments under the Bowns care within the complex, that they kindly showed to us. Wishing Mark and Alina all the best with our sincere thanks and appreciation in helping to make our holiday perfect.

This apartment has been completely redecorated, refurnished with all new kitchen appliances, new furniture and bedroom throughout for the 2020 season. The apartment offers superior quality to almost all apartments in the Algarve. The apartment is situated on the top floor (10th floor) of the 4 Star Oceano Atlantico Hotel complex, there are only 3 apartments on the 10th floor, all of which are privately owned, so peace and quiet is guaranteed.

The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout and offers smart TVs in both the Living area and bedroom.
