VILLA CANELA B11 con Piscina privada y vistas al Mar:
Villa Canela disfruta de unas bonitas vistas al mar, y está situada a tan solo 5 minutos caminando de la playa, y de la zona comercial de la urbanizacion.

Consta de piscina privada, con un porche donde se puede comer y disfrutar de las vistas al mar.La casa tiene tres dormitorios dobles , y tres baños recientemente reformados, con un aire fresco y elegante dando siempre la priodidad al conford.

En la cocina te encuentras con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas fantasticas vacaciones,La casa está orientada al sur y dispone de encantadoras terrazas, algunas cubiertas y otras descubiertas con piscina y bbq donde disfrutar al máximo de cada momento. Es una preciosa propiedad junto a la preciosa y exclusiva playa de Santo Tomas.

La casa dispone de ventiladores en el techo en todos los dormitorios y en el salon.

Esta villa es Eco Friendly, tambien se recomienda utilizar la ventilacion cruzada natural, ya que al estar orientada de a sur, tiene la puerta y ventadas de la entrada al norte, y se puede crear una corriente siempre muy agradable en verano.



La casa también cuenta con un sistema de reciclaje de basura, encontrarás 3 contenedores, uno amarillo para plástico, verde para vidrio y azul para papel o cartón. También encontrarás negro o monocolor para el orgánico.





Se pueden proporcionar otros servicios bajo demanda con un coste adicional, como chef privado o servicio de niñera, un recorrido fotográfico por la isla o incluso una sesión de belleza personalizada.

Yet another great holiday in the refurbished villa. Given the incredible heat we managed to stay relatively cool by using the pool at every opportunity. Might suggest that in future air conditioning be put in the bedrooms for a comfortable sleep, as temperatures only seem to be getting hotter? We love it and will be back

Fantastic Setting.

An amazing villa in an amazing location. The view from the villa was far better than portrayed on the website. The pool was larger than expected and was maintained well. Virginia was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

A very well equipped kitchen and new white goods.The beaches in Santo Tomas were a bit disappointing for us as the winter storms had reduced the sandy areas and so quite a bit of rock. We did drive to Son Bou first thing in the morning a couple of times and the sea and sand there were beautiful but gets very busy later in day. Virginia was excellent at replying to WhatsAps quickly.

Awesome holidays

We loved the house, it is just as the photos we saw, even more beautiful and quiet in real, is located in a very private area which allowed us to feel very comfortable. In the surroundings there are bars and restaurants where a glass of wine watching the sunset enchanted us .... and the unspoiled beach that is only 10 minutes from the house is fantastic. We take a lot of the walks that can be done without having to take the car. The parties on the island with the horses is something unique and very fun I recommend it a lot. We will return to Menorca and we will surely choose this villa for our future vacations.

WUNDERSCHÖN!! Und auch die Lage ist unschlagbar!!

So nah am Strand, aber durch die Lage in der Sackgasse ist es dennoch sehr ruhig. Am Pool waren wir herrlich ungestört und unter uns, wenn wir wollten. Aber der Strand ist natürlich auch ein Highlight. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. :-)

A beautiful villa in a lovely location

The villa is well equipped, clean with a lovely swimming pool. The location is ideal, within 5 minutes walk from the sea and has a biew of the sea. It is very peaceful whilst having a supermarket nearby, plus great fish restaurant. The manager was very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful holiday and would defintely come back

Ideal location and great house

We really enjoyed our holiday in this wonderful house. The best of the house is its privacy and closeness to the sea, just a few steps. Highly recommended. This was our first time in Santo Tomas and we liked it very much because it is a very safe and familiar resort with all facilities avaliable.

Gran estancia!

Hemos disfrutado de unas vacaciones inmejorables en esta Villa de Sant Tomas. La ubicación excelente, con vistas a mar y cerquísima de la playa. La playa de San Tomas y Binigaus son unas de las mejores playas de la isla, y era un lujo tenerlas tan cerca, a pocos metros de la casa. La villa se encontrada equipada con todo todo lo que precisábamos para nuestra estancia. Muy confortable y con los detalles muy cuidados. Lo recomendaría a quien quiera unas vacaciones de playa y relax sin dudarlo

Lovely, comfortable villa, in a great location.

The villa is very well equipped throughout, and comfortable, including ceiling fans in all the bedrooms which are very welcome during August. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, and not overlooked. The pool is great, a good size, and clean, and there are plenty of outside areas to relax in. It is a very short walk to the beaches, with lots of choice from the big sandy beach with lifeguards to small coves dotted along the shore depending how far you want to walk. There is also great snorkelling locally, kayak hire, and access to the wonderful coast path, perfect for an energetic early morning walk or jog. Finally, Virginia was very helpful and easy top communicate with. We had a lovely stay and can highly recommend.

We love Santo Tomas because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Mahon airport.
