La espaciosa casa recientemente remodelada de 3400 pies cuadrados se convertirá en su maravilloso hogar. Puede acomodar hasta 18 personas con camas nuevas, colchones, lavadora / secadora, piso de madera y más. Dormitorio en la planta baja para personas mayores. Es perfecto para una escapada familiar al área metropolitana de Portland. Ubicado en el centro de Beaverton, cerca de la autopista 26, a poca distancia de Nike e Intel. Justo al lado de un grupo de parques para practicar senderismo, ciclismo y mucho más. A poca distancia de supermercados (Fred Meyer, Costco) y cadenas de restaurantes.

Esta es una espaciosa casa de dos niveles con cinco habitaciones en el piso de arriba y una habitación en la planta baja con un sofá cama para personas mayores que no desean subir escaleras, así como muchos espacios comunes. La casa está en un lote de esquina en un barrio animado.

Great Location and House

Great location in Portland, 1/2 mile from Nike Headquarters with plenty of resturant options near by. We visited Portland on an annual golf trip with my buddies. If you are planning a golf trip with friends, this is a great house with plenty of bedrooms and beds that slept 8 players comfortably. The property owner was also great to work with and made it a point to check in with us throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this house - great experience.

Birthday Trip

Celebrated my birthday with 3 friends (was suppose to be 5) and it was fabulous. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of rooms. Great location. Private. Woukd come back again.

We came to celebrate my wife 60th birthday three generations of family came and celebrated her 60th birthday. The house was amazing space for all of us to have room and we had an amazing time. Thank you so much.

Clean and comfortable

The house was as advertised. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, with ample parking. The hardwood floors throughout the house were beautiful, but did lend to a bit of noise as people moved around the house. I would absolutely stay again though. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well stocked, and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items for almost any type of meal prep. Beautiful home!

Very nice for a family get together

Spacious and great for families! Lots of room for our group of 12. Fully stocked kitchen was great. Cleaned before we arrived. Many extra chairs that can be pulled out to use. Beds were good and many towels / extra blankets / pillows. Lovely quiet neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and Fred Meyer. One suggestion: I think it would be helpful to remove “hot tub” as a feature because it makes one think there is an outside hot tub instead of a jacuzzi in the master bath.

Reservation during a snowstorm

It was a beautiful home; I would say that the main sofa and main leaving room table could use some modifications. Our reservation landed on the dates that we had a snowstorm here in Oregon this 2024, therefore majority of the people were not able to make it. I wish the homeowner or vrbo could have been more flexible in providing a full or at least partial refund when severe weather circumstances occur or to allow people to move the reservation to another date.

Lovely retreat in a quiet part of Beaverton

We stayed in the house for an overnight family dinner and gathering. There was oodles of space for us, and my little one loves running around in the tiny grove of apple trees. The house was extremely clean when we checked in, check in was very simple, and the host was quick and responsive to message, enabling a very handy early check in.

Enough room for our crowd

There was plenty of space in the home. The owner was kind and responded in a timely manner. Beds were comfy. I do recommend new bath towels bc they have the mildew smell after one use. Perfect location for us!

Great stay for a big group of friends

There was ample space for our group of mostly adults and 2 babies. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc and big comfy couches to hang out in. The kitchen is well equipped too! Great place for a big group.

Best 10th Birthday Ever!

This is the second time we've stayed in this beautiful home. The kids love it! We went to the zoo. We hit the mall. We visited and played games. It was the perfect place to celebrate this special day.

Excellent Location

This is a great property with lots of space. Our family loved all the rooms and location. We were in town for a family wedding and we were able to host dinner 1 night with the whole family. The house was warm and welcoming. It made us all feel "at home" We look forward to going back.

Beautiful property

We had 17 people ranging in ages from 5-78 staying here. The property was perfect size to accommodate our needs. It is located at the end of the street which is nice for extra parking needs. At one point we had 7 vehicles parked outside (3 in the driveway and 4 in front of the home). The home does carry sound so beware if you have sensitive sleepers. Also, I’m not sure that the 4 hours between guests check out and check in time is enough to adequately clean a home of this size as we found pills on the floor, empty boxes outside, and overflowing trash cans outside upon arriving. The rest of the house was very clean. The backyard has a beautiful sitting area and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Family get together at NW Weible Way

It was a good size house for 12 people. Rooms and bathrooms in the second floor were all very nice. Wish there was a shower in the first floor since my husband and I are both 86 yrs. old it would have been very convenient and safer, a clothes rack in the 1st floor would have helped also. The area is peaceful and the neighbors very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Big house, quiet neighborhood

Just as pictured. Big house with plenty of room. Big enough that you can sleep soundly upstairs while people socialize downstairs. Lovely, quiet suburban neighborhood. Easy access to Portland. Would come back!

Fantastic family reunion

We used this house for our small family reunion and bday gathering. It was PERFECT! Just as advertised— clean, spacious, bright and welcoming. Great yard out back for kids to run around/play. Nice covered porch with grill. The kitchen was well-equipped, the furniture was comfortable and accompanied our large group well. The bedroom downstairs is more of a day room— and worked well as a temporary office space for us. The owners talked with us beforehand to make sure our gathering would not be too loud/disruptive for the neighbors. They were very reasonable and understanding— it’s is a small neighborhood. We also appreciated the signs posted throughout clarifying rules about not smoking on the property, where to park, and the check out expectations. The only issue we really had was that the trash and recycling bins were totally full when we checked in, which was a little frustrating considering we had paid extra for trash due to having our gathering there. Overall, this was really the perfect house for our family and met our needs.

A wonderful home for a family weekend!

This house is beautiful! It is exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed! The location and neighborhood are also very nice and absolutely safe. I am grateful that we stayed here, we were about 20 minutes max to Portland and it was a perfect spot for my family to gather, we flew in from Chicago and my son and his GF drove up from Eugene. It made for a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Great Stay in Beaverton!

We utilized the property as a base of operations for a move for our son out of Portland. It was about 20 minutes to downtown Portland - just avoid the busy times. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Beaverton restaurants and shopping. We stayed three nights and didn't hear a sound. Just far enough from the freeway and just close enough to be on in 5 minutes. We felt safe there. There is a park just a block away for walking. We did have a small dog with us. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, and the main floor is very roomy. The kitchen is well stocked, and the laundry is convenient. The driveway allows for off street parking. We would definitely stay again if the need arises. This is a large home. The backyard is reasonably private.
