Enjoy your vacation right in the heart of the village of Wengen at Chalet Waldschluecht. This apartment on the second floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is conveniently located just 1 minute from the train station, cable car and village main street.



Wengen is a charming car limited village. The arrival via cogwheel train from Lauterbrunnen is unique and a real experience.



The entrance hall with garderobe opens up into the spacious and stylish open plan living-dining-kitchen area with wrap around balcony. The well-equipped and modern kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals and is situated adjacent to the dining area with solid wood table seating 8 people. The inviting living area is perfect for gathering after a day out skiing, hiking or sightseeing and features a flat screen TV.



The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king-size bed with high quality Team7 branded wooden bed frame and matching wardrobe, dresser and bedside tables and features an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom features 2 single beds whilst the third is furnished with a king-size double bed, which can be separated into two single beds. A family bathroom with bathtub is family friendly.



Furthermore the apartment is complete with Miele washing machine, tumble dryer and communal ski room.

• Complimentary use of the Central Sport ski, board and boot depot. The depot is located adjacent to the Männlichen cable car within the shop and offers places for more than 1,000 skis, boards and boots. The depot is supervised and is open at the same time as the shop.

Every depot space is numbered and a boot drying system is installed.

Perfect location to have as our hiking base

The apartment was spacious and adequately furnished. We loved being close to the train station, as when we got back after a long day of hiking, we didn't have far to go to rest our weary feet! You are in the midst of everything, which we liked.

Great apartment and location in Wengen

We spent a wonderful week at Chalet Waldschluecht. This apartment is in a great location near the train station and the Coop grocery. It is well maintained and spotless. The only issue we had was a decorative wall shelf near the dining table that was at the same height as my 6 ft. husband’s head. Overall, we highly recommend this property.

Location was great close to all amenities. Accommodation on one level was great for our family with children. Provision of washing machine and dryer was also very useful. Kitchen lacked some smaller items for example a cafetier, scissors and table mats. All of which we would have found useful.

Liked how close it was to the train station and the view. The place was nicely decorated and comfy. We enjoyed using all the amenities. We didn’t realize that there would be stairs and a very steep incline to the place. Was difficult for our mother who has trouble with stairs. Wasn’t 100% handicap friendly due to this. Also, some instruction on the heater and dishwasher control would be helpful.

Great chalet in great location

We had 5 nights here in September. Chalet very well located being next door to the Co-op and the train station is just across from the town 'square'. No walking up or down hills to get to & fro. Also we very much enjoyed Wengen as a location with easy access up to the mountains of Jungfrau & First and down to Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Perfect home away from home

The apartment had the perfect location for us being right next to the grocery store and a 2 min walk away from the train station. Its a modern space and was great for our family of 4 and we had a very comfortable stay. Rachel was available every evening to answer any questions we had. We would love to come back to this place.
