Magnífico ático con terraza y vistas de ensueño a la Alhambra, ubicado en pleno centro de Granada, a escasos metros de la Catedral.

Se trata de un apartamento de alta calidad, recientemente amueblado y equipado con todo lujo de detalles. Cuenta con tres habitaciones dobles, dos baños completos (uno de ellos con bañera de hidromasaje), un salón luminoso y exterior con acceso a una terraza privada, y una cocina independiente totalmente equipada.

La terraza, con pérgola de madera y mobiliario de exterior, es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de unas vistas inigualables de la ciudad y la Alhambra.

La ubicación es inmejorable: a pocos minutos a pie de los principales monumentos de Granada, como la Catedral, la Capilla Real, la Gran Vía de Colón o el Albaicín. Ideal para descubrir la ciudad a pie y vivir una estancia inolvidable.

La reserva de cada alojamiento de Genteel Home conlleva el ofrecimiento de experiencias o actividades extras para mejorar su estancia, las cuales son gestionadas por proveedores externos, que las pondrán en su conocimiento a través de e-mail o Whats App, pudiendo usted contratarlas o rechazarlas. Great location and views of Alhambra!

Location and views are amazing at this place! The AC units had trouble keeping up with the 108 degree temperatures, but overall everything worked out well. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was spacious, comfortable and central to all we wanted to see. The patio with its view of the Alhambra and the neighborhood was a treat. The only downside was that they were a little miserly with their supplies. We had to ask for extra soap, body wash, paper towel and toilet paper. And it would have been lovely to have something other than paper towels to wash and dry the dishes.The patio is not as fully furnished as the pictures would have you believe, but there were chairs for the 4 of us around the table.

Gorgeous in Granada

The apartment was lovely, very comfortable and well appointed. But the stand out feature of this VRBO is the huge veranda with sweeping views of the Alhambra. The photographs do not capture how close you are. We loved having coffee outside in the morning and dinner in the evening. It was a great spot for four old friends to catch up.

This is a great apparent with an excellent view. Full view of the Alhambra from the living room and giant terrace. The rooms were a good size. Full kitchen. Clean and modern. The only problem was the heating. It was December and it was cold for Spain and the apartment had clearly been empty for a couple day before our visit. The wall switch heaters got warm but produced very little airflow. It took two days before it was warm enough to sit in the living room. There are radiators but we were told they don’t work. I’d have paid more for heating if that’s what it took. Or maybe go in the day before a guest arrives and turn on the wall units . I suspect the lack of air flow would also make this an ac cooling problem in the summer.

The view is magical and set the standard for our entire trip. We loved the quiet setting on the outdoor living area - with charming church bells and neighbourhood building with clay roof tiles everywhere. you are in the city centre with shopping, dining and more and more sights to see. Fantastic Accommodations with a Spectacular View

I stayed here recently with my husband and some friends. The apartment is absolutely amazing. The view and terrace alone are worth the rental. The living area inside was incredibly comfortable and easily accommodated four people. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The check-in was very easy, and Fernando, who showed us around, was very friendly and enthusiastic about both the apartment and Granada, which is a beautiful and enchanting city. I highly recommend staying here, and would absolutely come back if I come back to Granada again.

Stunning location and views and very central location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a beautiful apartment and location. I would agree with other previous comments that everything is well thought out and beautifully presented but the kitchen doesn't have quite the same attention to detail re. crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. We would happily return for another vacation. Watching the sunset from the terrace while looking at the Alhambra cannot really be beaten.

This place is practically perfect. Very spacious and well laid out. The outside deck area is stunning and defines the whole experience. The hosts are incredibly responsive (via WhatsApp). The checkin and checkout experience was flawless. Some things to note for potential guests...this is in a tightly controlled traffic area that can only be accessed with approval. Only taxis can do drop offs/pick ups...dont plan on using your rental car. While this place is extremely central it is also very quiet. There is an elevator in the building but you will have to haul your luggage up about 5 steps first...think about this if you have accessibility needs. Wifi in the apartment is not great once you leave the main living area...there is a booster in the back bedroom but it really didnt do anything. They have installed an automatic air freshener in the second (windowless) bathroom. You may be okay with the strong flowery smell but it didnt work for us. Luckily they sent a maintenance man around in minutes to switch it off. Ask them to do this in advance of your stay if you think this will be an issue.

Unbelievable views in perfect central location!

The photos don't really do it justice - views of the Alhambra are spectacular from the balcony. This alone is worth the stay here! Nothing beats a glass of wine on the patio on a balmy evening staring at the scenery -- so lovely! Everything was as pictured and offers quite a bit of space. The elevator is great so you don't need to lug heavy bags upstairs. The hall shower does not have good drainage. The floors were a bit dusty too -- could use a "swiffer" throughout. These are small complaints, though as we were only in the apt. early and late in the day. We loved Granada and this was the perfect spot to see it all. The Plaza Nueva has good spots for churros and breakfast to get started. Note the pomegranates everywhere throughout the city. Prepare to hike up hills -- lots of uphill walks and unbelievable views. Hope to be back someday!

Fabulous place in a great location.

This was a great apartment in a wonderful location. The deck is fantastic. We spent most of our stay on the deck. It is on the top floor (with elevator) so the view is open below as well as to the Alhambra. It is less than 100 yards from the main tourist street and square but is quiet. Going up the hill a few feet puts you into the trinket street with interesting shops on the way to the Cathedral and supermarkets. To get to the Alhambra you go to the main street and jog right and go up the hill for 15 minutes. Google maps gave a very circuitous suggestion that had lots of twists and turns. The straight street up the hill was a better choice. Bedrooms and kitchen were good. The only downside was the fume hood for the stove. It is about a foot too low so we were always hitting our heads and faces on it. Almost want to go back to Granada just to stay in this apartment.
