Val-Cenis, Bonneval sur Arc, Valloire and the karellys are 40 minutes away.<br>Non-skiers will be able to enjoy the tranquility of the place, its sunshine and the nearby walks including Polset (5 minutes) and L'Orgère (10 minutes), land of marmots and ibex.<br><br>In summer, this is a dream area for cycling enthusiasts (many passes), hikers (many departures at the foot of the chalet), via ferrata enthusiasts and history lovers (many forts).<br><br>Chalet completely renovated in 2019 in a contemporary mountain atmosphere offering in a beautiful volume of 50 m² a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine and wood stove for the adventurous) open to a living room (TV, DVD player) where you can relax by the fire.
